"Excellent for B2B Client Retention, Needs Advanced Automation"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I like how focused and effective Rejoiner is for customer retention, especially for our B2B model in Hong Kong. It excels at win-back campaigns, post-purchase nurturing, and inactive customer recovery, which are exactly the areas we struggled with the most. I really appreciate the stable and reliable email delivery for local Hong Kong business inboxes, leading to fewer deliverability issues. The simple but powerful segmentation lets us easily separate active clients, lapsed clients, high-value wholesale accounts, and small business clients, so we can send targeted messages that feel personal and appropriate for Hong Kong’s B2B culture. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free, with our first B2B retention workflows up and running within a single business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

First, the automation workflows are too basic compared to other tools we've used. They work great for simple win-back or post-purchase sequences, but we can't build complex conditional logic—like branching paths based on client behavior, order value, or engagement level. For B2B customers with longer sales cycles, this limits how personalized we can be. Second, the reporting is still very eCommerce-focused. It tracks cart recovery and revenue well, but it doesn't give us enough B2B-relevant metrics like lead quality, follow-up action rate, or client retention trend over time. We often have to export data and manually analyze it in spreadsheets. Third, custom segmentation is limited. We can't filter clients using multiple B2B criteria at once—like industry type, order volume, location within Hong Kong, or client tier. Fourth, integrations with B2B tools are weak. Rejoiner works fine with Shopify and WooCommerce, but it doesn't connect smoothly with B2B CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, or with tools we use daily in Hong Kong like WhatsApp Business API or Google Workspace. Fifth, local Hong Kong & Asia deliverability support is missing. There are no dedicated settings or recommendations for local email providers like HKT Netvigator, Yahoo Hong Kong, or enterprise inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Cart Recovery with Ease, Needs Advanced Automation"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I like how reliably and effectively Rejoiner recovers lost revenue from abandoned carts and inactive shoppers, with a clear, measurable ROI almost right away. The automation is powerful but straightforward, which means we don't need a big marketing team to set up and run high-converting email flows. I also really appreciate that it's GDPR-friendly out of the box, with built-in compliance features like consent management, clear unsubscribe, and data controls. That takes a huge amount of pressure off our team in the German market, where data protection is critical. Additionally, the initial setup of Rejoiner was straightforward and relatively fast—definitely on the easier side for marketing automation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

I find the segmentation and automation rules less advanced than some competitors. For complex customer journeys, the logic can feel rigid. It struggles with more sophisticated lifecycle marketing that we want to scale. While it's great for standard recovery campaigns, it lacks features like a visual journey builder, multi-branch logic, dynamic delays, layered segmentation, and smart suppression. Rejoiner is great at one-dimensional recovery campaigns, but not yet strong enough for full lifecycle automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Your solution for email marketing if you are running an ecom!"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The cart abandonment email series is excellent, especially with its product recommendations and additional features. I appreciate the service model, which includes access to copywriters, designers, and other professionals. If you don't have an in-house marketing team, this solution is ideal. The lifecycle campaign series are also outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The pricing feels somewhat steep, which could make it challenging for small businesses or startups operating on tight budgets. Additionally, I find the analytics tools to be not particularly user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rejoiner are fundamental to our online success!"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiners platform is intuitive and allows our marketers and ecom team to easily build broadcasts without the need for coding. Reporting analytics are accessible and allow our team to visualise performance. But above all, it is Mike and his teams customer service that is second to none! While our company is Australia-based, the AU-US time difference is never noticed, with Mike always replying to our queries or requests quickly. The Rejoiner team are truly an extension of our digital team and have been fundamental to growing our revenue online, supporting new projects and recommending optimisations for our digital comms. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There is really nothing to note here- the occassional issues are few and far between (and always handled promptly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service and Support!"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner has made a major positive impact on our business. The system is easy to navigate and use and reporting is above standard. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to reply and help. Mike has been an amazing help with the more technical side of things, allowing myself to focus on other important aspects of our business instead of trying to figure it out on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The only downside would be that if we try to send out an email last minute, sometimes it doesn't get dispersed right away. However, the Rejoiner team has been very helpful explaining as to why this happens and has helped us to avoid this issue in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great, direct support. Powerful marketing tool."
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Without a doubt, my favorite part about the Rejoiner relationship is your direct communication with their team. Mike, Greg and everyone else on Team Rejoiner have not only been a joy to work with, but are incredibly responsive to any requests or issues. There are no extraneous levels of staff to speak through, which makes the integration and operation phases of working here a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Pulling certain ad-hoc performance reports can be slightly cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tool and top tier support"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The tool is extremely powerful. The ability to run simple email campaigns through more complicated branching and split A/B testing is game changing. Better than that is the support. I don't want to use and over used term, but Mike and the team provide truly best-in-class support and that makes all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

Haven't found any downsides at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rejoiner is an extension of my Marketing team"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I'm not really sure what we would have done without Rejoiner these past 2.5 years as a business. We have leaned heavily on them for their incredibly easy-to-use platform and team of experts. Their team truly feels like an extension of our own. They always get back to us immediately, provide thoughtful and data-driven solutions to our problems, and have built out custom capabilities when we need them. I have learned so much about email as a marketing tool throughout my time working with them, and it has notably helped us grow our business. There's no other team out there like Rejoiner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There have been some minor features I have shared feedback that I believed would help improve the user experience. An example is adding descriptive labels to provide the definition of Reporting items in their dashboard so that my less familiar colleageus can access our Reporting themselves and have a full understanding of the metrics. However, whenever I've shared suggestions for improvements, the Rejoiner team gets to work and puts these features into dev. It's so refreshing to have an external team hear our suggestions and then implement them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Flexible Email Marketing"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner is an overall excellent email marketing platform. The drag and drop email builder, in particular, is quite nice and I actually enjoy using it. It is much more flexible and robust than similar email builders on the market. Working with the Rejoiner team has, similarly, been a great experience. They are quick to respond to questions or new requests and their work has been top-notch across the board. The integration with our eCommerce platform has made it easy to build out a comprehensive email marketing plan with multiple journeys that are fully automated which takes a huge burden off my shoulders. Again, the Rejoiner team was instrumental in making this work and has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. I have used other email marketing platforms including the ever-present HubSpot. While HubSpot might have some additional features that Rejoiner lacks, I can say from experience that Rejoiner is a much more pleasant platform to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There's not much to dislike. Rejoiner does was it says on the tin. There are some times where the user interface can be a little sluggish or an email can be slow to load, but those are minor quibbles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
