"Your solution for email marketing if you are running an ecom!"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The cart abandonment email series is excellent, especially with its product recommendations and additional features. I appreciate the service model, which includes access to copywriters, designers, and other professionals. If you don't have an in-house marketing team, this solution is ideal. The lifecycle campaign series are also outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

The pricing feels somewhat steep, which could make it challenging for small businesses or startups operating on tight budgets. Additionally, I find the analytics tools to be not particularly user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for B2B Client Retention, Needs Advanced Automation"
What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I like how focused and effective Rejoiner is for customer retention, especially for our B2B model in Hong Kong. It excels at win-back campaigns, post-purchase nurturing, and inactive customer recovery, which are exactly the areas we struggled with the most. I really appreciate the stable and reliable email delivery for local Hong Kong business inboxes, leading to fewer deliverability issues. The simple but powerful segmentation lets us easily separate active clients, lapsed clients, high-value wholesale accounts, and small business clients, so we can send targeted messages that feel personal and appropriate for Hong Kong’s B2B culture. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free, with our first B2B retention workflows up and running within a single business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

First, the automation workflows are too basic compared to other tools we've used. They work great for simple win-back or post-purchase sequences, but we can't build complex conditional logic—like branching paths based on client behavior, order value, or engagement level. For B2B customers with longer sales cycles, this limits how personalized we can be. Second, the reporting is still very eCommerce-focused. It tracks cart recovery and revenue well, but it doesn't give us enough B2B-relevant metrics like lead quality, follow-up action rate, or client retention trend over time. We often have to export data and manually analyze it in spreadsheets. Third, custom segmentation is limited. We can't filter clients using multiple B2B criteria at once—like industry type, order volume, location within Hong Kong, or client tier. Fourth, integrations with B2B tools are weak. Rejoiner works fine with Shopify and WooCommerce, but it doesn't connect smoothly with B2B CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, or with tools we use daily in Hong Kong like WhatsApp Business API or Google Workspace. Fifth, local Hong Kong & Asia deliverability support is missing. There are no dedicated settings or recommendations for local email providers like HKT Netvigator, Yahoo Hong Kong, or enterprise inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
