Has reminders to follow-up clients. Its simple, but effective software. Its great to see exactly how the sales department is achieving KPI's. Easy to setup. You can integrate a lot of automation with Zappier. Customer support always replies and replies with a human response, its not automated & they listen to your requests for added features or removal/adjustment of features. We use it everyday in our sales operations. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** It doesnt have enough follow-up reminders, fast paced sales teams, need to follow-up everyday, it only allows for 2 follow-up emails, unless you manually do them. But when you are sending 50 quotes a week this is hard to keep up with. **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reminding to follow-up customers, lead management/quote management, we were using emails direct sending them to customers, but then we had no idea when we needed to follow-up where the quotes where up to etc. We would just call and hope to close a deal, with no plan or stratergy. ### 3. Cannot recommend it highly enough. My customers tell me all the time how good and how professional my quote was and that's why they decided to go with my company. It's super easy to use and looks very professional. Lots of excellent features like seeing when and how many times your client looks at the quote. The more they open it the more interested they are. Always lots of new updates and features that make it better. This software is a must for all business and an absolute no brainer. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** None that I can think of. Quotient is a huge part of our business and streamlines the quoting process and connectivity to our invoicing system (Xero). **What do you dislike about Quotient?** At this stage, I can't fault Quotient. They are the only system we've used and we wouldn't consider using anything else. From time to time we may consider reviewing systems and processes and at that stage we may find things that may be improved but for now Quotient is it!!!! **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were locked out of our account. Recently did a digital audit and changed our passwords. User error resulted in us being locked out. It was late at night AEDST but logged a service support ticket and the problem was resolved within an hour. We were very impressed with the response to our mistake. ### 5. The option to add photos, embed videos, and build your own custom quote makes Quotient different from any regular paper quoting system. Customers buy when they can see every option and photos of every individual product. It makes our pricing consistent for the entire sales team, our customers happy, and our quoting faster than ever! **What do you dislike about Quotient?** Quotient could have a better reporting system for sales and quotes sent. If sales reports, comparison reports, percentage of change reports, and more could be customized and downloaded, this would make it the perfect system! **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves all our inconsistent quote prices, quoting delays, forgetfulness to add attachments, and more! It makes our system quick, seamless, and consistent. When a customer receives their quote quickly it builds trust, increasing the chances for a sale. Same as when the customer has a quote with all the information for the product in one place (including pictures, videos, links etc.), they appreciate this and it makes it easier for them. A happy customer is more likely to buy. It also makes an online price book for us, making it quick to give out prices and find prices no matter if we are quoting right then or not. It solves the problem of not always entering contacts into our CRM because Quotient automatically builds a contact list. ### 6. The flexibility on offer with Editable Quantities, Multiple Choice actions, and Selectable Items all make it really easy for our client to ensure the right services are visible to them, pricing is accurate, and the project can be delivered exactly how they need. View tracking also allows us to keep tabs on popular proposals or lesser ones, if perhaps a client is interested but not viewing the quote so much and therefore may need a little more detail, meaning we know when to proactively reach out to them with assistance. ### 10. Easy to train my staff on how to create the quotes. I love that we can add photos to a line item to show the client what we will be doing for them. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** Integration with QuickBooks is 90% there. It would be nice to have one-to-one field mapping for each service. **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improves my staff's capabilities to generate on-the-spot quotes for clients. We were using Xero quoting and it was not customisable and cannot add pdf's etc. I started using quotient and it is great how you can customise your quotes so much more. Also Rebecca has been very helpful replying to my questions, and once my free trial was almost up, it was automatically extended for an extra 15 days free of charge. I happily started paying for the app as it has streamlined quoting, following up and for the first time trying to build up some reviews. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** Only a few minor additions which I am sure will be added at a later date through their R&D team. We have multiple team members using Quotient now and would be great if each team member could add their own mobile number to the quote. Currently it only allows you to add one phone number (our office number), and our customers mostly want to contact the person they have been dealing with. **Recommendations to others considering Quotient:** If you are using excel or paper quoting, or even Xero quoting, I highly recommend using quotient **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much more customisable quotes, easy almost automated following up and its integration with Xero ### 13. It looks professional and the fact that it is interactive makes my company look cutting edge when people receive quotes from me. In addition, Quotient reaches out to my customers and asks them to leave a review for me. The reviews show up at the bottom of every quote I send. I believe I have won many bids and maintained the loyalty of many customers partially because of this. I'm also impressed by how quickly the staff get back to me when I have questions. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** Quotient is a little expensive. I wish I could use it to calculate all my estimates including the estimates for different quantities of an item. I currently have to work that out on a spreadsheet. I also wish it had more CRM functionality to help me store information about my customers, vendors, and projects. I currently use the Quickbooks Enterprise on Desktop with Cloud Access for this. Enterprise has a lot of great functions but it doesn't work as smoothly and it doesn't have any interactive capabilities. So, until we figure out how to get Enterprise to create and provide the slick interactive quotes that Quotient offers I'm stuck paying for both services. **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** My customers get to see different options and don't have to put a purchase order together because the Quotient communication looks that official. ### 14. It wasn't until we shifted to a new platform that I was able to identify the beauty of customization within a contract or a proposal. I have found that building out an engaging agreement, which includes visuals, structure and the ability to embed videos, goes a long way experientially for our prospects. This is something that Quotient lacks. **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team leveraged Quotient to develop new business service agreements along with ad-hoc professional services engagements. The primary tangible benefit that we were netting back from the tool was time, as you could easily templatize agreements to cut down on the proposal development process. ### 17. Qwilr has elevated that crucial end-of-funnel moment: pitching your services. **What do you dislike about Quotient?** The tool's visual design lacked the 'wow'-factor. Because of the lack of imagery, colors, and graphic elements, we choose to switch providers. We also could not integrate videos to play in our proposals. **What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Quotient was a big step up from sending simple PDFs or Word documents. It let us show our prospects we understood their pain points and goals. And it allowed us to organize the various elements of our proposal into blocks. ### 18. We've had to get creative with that and make the changes on the invoice once the quote is approved. A bit annoying, but we don't often use deposits anyway, so it's a minor inconvenience. **Recommendations to others considering Quotient:** It's worth checking out!
