**What do you like best about Openforce?**

The Clientcare team and legal team are top tier. They are always knowledgeable, quick to assist, and if they have to research or ask for assistance they always get back in a timely manner. The system is user friendly on both vendor and client side, and in transportation ease of technology is great for a majority of users. Transportation runs fast and is always changing so we need to have answers fast and for a driver they just want to do what's needed and get back to work.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

I would say my biggest dislike is the general customer service team that contractors speak with when they call in. Many times we direct contractors to Openforce customer service for personal information changes, pay details, or to inquire on garnishment details. Majority of drivers will contact me back more upset or more confused than when I sent them. One example they'll be told by customer service they don't have garnishment details, but the legal docs are in the contractors document vault on Openforce. One day just to test I was sitting with a driver when we called for a simple direct deposit update. First 2 reps said they couldn't assist and that the client (us) would have to assist which we don't even have access to. The 3rd time we called, that rep was more than happy to assist the driver to get it updated. Recently we went through a large project, to change a log in email and phone number I had 2 drivers both call 5 times, each time they were told it was updated and they would receive details to reset password within 24 hours. It finally took them being so frustrated that I called the clientcare team and a rep there was able to update everything right on the phone, I could instantly see the user access update to new email, and the driver was able to do password reset to complete the 5 minute task they needed to do. I'm not sure if the general customer service is an outsource company or what, but there is a major shortfall there in their ability to complete simple things for a contractor.

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3rd party Contracting and settlement issue and housing for 1099 independent contractors. W Majority of our contract base is in the state of Illinois which has very specific rules around 1099 laws. Using Openforce gives us that sense of a little relief as it's easy for us to issue settlements and house all important contractor documents where they can access their information whenever they need it.

**What do you like best about Openforce?**

I have worked with a number of third party settlement processing companies, and OpenForce is by far my favorite! The OpenForce team is very supportive and they always respond to my inquiries quickly. If we ever encounter any issues, they are more than willing to assist us and find solutions to resolve the problem. They are also flexible and open to making changes that accommodate our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

The only concern we have with OpenForce is on the compliance side. I do not work on the compliance team, but they have voiced that they would like to have more options to generate reports.

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenForce provides our drivers with Occupational Accident insurance, which is extremely valuable in our line of work. They also provide the drivers with the option to enroll into cargo insurance and WUD insurance. OpenForce makes my life so much easier with their efficient and accurate settlement processing. We

**What do you like best about Openforce?**

I love that Openforce is a "one stop shop" for onboarding new I/C's and they receive real time communication during the process.  Openforce is much more simpler/easier to use than the previous business we used to use.  I can easily submit settlements on a weekly basis, with timely processing. Openforce's customer service as been top tier since the ease of integrating their business.  I am in contact with customer service weekly and I've always received prompt responses/resolutions to my questions/challenges. I am able to use the portal frequently with the submission of settlments.  There are also many other features I have access to with the portal, such as checking the onboarding status of I/C's, etc.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

I've only experienced one downside with Openforce's customer service in over a year.  I have chalked it up to the representative not having adequate knowledge of process and therefore provided me with incorrect information.

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Openforce is the decrease in possibility of human error(s) that can be experienced when you have the same person looking at the information from start to finish when trying to calculate contractor's settlements.  Downloading the information from our system and then uploading the spreadsheet on the portal has made it so much easier, effecient and cost effective with the amount of time that is being saved now.

**What do you like best about Openforce?**

Openforce is an easy way to keep my pay organized.  Everything is combined here.  I have one website to log into, which saves me time. I use Openforce multiple times throughout the week.  Openforce has a very userfriendly APP and I have never had an issue logging in nor has there been any confusion about how to use the APP.  I also have my comerical insurance through Openforce and it is very affordable.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

I do not have any examples of any downsides of using Openforce

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Openforce is keeping my income/finanances more orangized. I like the benefit of only having to log into one website.

**What do you like best about Openforce?**

I find Open Force to be user friendly, easy to navigate through the site and their client support is top notch. My rep, Sara Garci and Jason Sugrue are excellent team members and always resolve any issues we have in the quickest manner possible.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

I get a lot of complaints about the customer service team. When my drivers call in for assistance, they either wait on hold for extended periods or do not get the assistance they need

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They assist me with all of my driver pay issues or on-boarding issues that drivers are having and make it much easier for the drivers to navigate through the on-boarding process

The thing I like best about Openforce is their customer service. They are usually quick to respond and are always pleasant to deal with.

I would say the speed of the system can be slow at times. They have improved a little recently and it is better than it was.

Openforce provides the necessary insurance needed for our fleet as well as provide contractor payment services.

The site can be slow at times. When it comes to updating documents, it can be hard to find the right area to upload/update them.

**What do you like best about Openforce?**

Ease of use when processing payroll. Customer service is professional and bery knowledgeable. Ease of use for the independant contractors to enroll online.

**What do you dislike about Openforce?**

The time it takes for independant contractors to get through to customer service in the phone. The Blue card for the independant contractors takes to long to arrive.

**What problems is Openforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Openforce resolves the issue for occupational insurance. It offers other packages to the independant contractors which helps in finding independant contractors.
