**What do you like best about MyDesk?**

User-friendliness, mobile app, and Outlook integration. Additionally, they have a really good and personal support that helped us and our employees get started.

**What do you dislike about MyDesk?**

I don't have much negative to say, overall it has been a really good experience, the 6 months we have used the system.

**What problems is MyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the full package of MyDesk. This includes guest registration with digital e-ink cards, meeting room booking, meeting catering administration, desk booking, and Planner for the reception.

**What do you like best about MyDesk?**

Mydesk is a software that allows you to work remotely from anywhere, with features such as video conferencing, file sharing, task management, and more. I have been using Mydesk for couple of months and I am very satisfied with its performance and functionality. It is easy to set up, compatible with various devices and platforms, and secure. Mydesk has helped me improve my productivity, collaboration, and communication with my team and clients. I would highly recommend Mydesk to anyone who is looking for a reliable and user-friendly software for remote work.

With my experience using the software have not experienced any difficulty so far.

We save time and increase productivity overall by doing this. Our workstation has become more organized and stress-free thanks to MyDesk.

**What do you like best about MyDesk?**

With MyDesk, you can book a desk in one click whether you need a desk or you just want to free up your space. It is also customized for your company's needs, where you can see the 3D floor plan of your office desk to easily recognize a space or desk. You can also use it for making a reservation if you are having a meeting that also has a catering service. We also use it frequently for booking a meeting especially if you are outside of work. you can use your phone or laptop. It's also easy to implement because they have a lot of tutorials on how to use it.

**What do you dislike about MyDesk?**

So far I haven't had a thing to dislike about MyDesk. It's the best.

**What problems is MyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking a meeting room is a bit of a hassle especially if most of us are busy working or busy with our live, but with MyDesk, it helps us with that problem and we mostly use it for Booking a room.

**What do you like best about MyDesk?**

With MyDesk, you can easily search, find and book desks that fit your needs. You can book a space in the office or free up your regular space when working from home. You can see where your colleagues are located and also you can use branding for your colours, logo and design using Visual 3d floor plans.
It's user friendly and flexible. It covers all employee needs in one platform.
You can book a desk next to you for the guest,book catering for meeting and also after demand and avoid food wastage. You can register guests coming to visit.
MyDesk can easily integrate and work with the company's existing equipments. 
Using Mydesk, you can search, find and manange your meeting rooms through Mydesk Planner which is so good for administrative staff like Receptionists. Mydesk Infor screens help you to book a desk space via the screen if the employee forgot to book before coming to office. Finally, MyDesk helps you track worktime. And WorkTime will remind you of your registration if you forget.

**What do you dislike about MyDesk?**

Actually, there is nothing to dislike about MyDesk. For it is fantastic and so amazing for business management.

**What problems is MyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyDesk is making it easy for employees to choose whether to work from home or in-office.  It is making desk bookings, meeting rooms booking, work time tracking, guest bookings much more easier and faster. You can easily notice an empty desk of an employee who chose to work from home and can allocate that space to another.

**What do you like best about MyDesk?**

My experience with MyDesk has been nothing short of fantastic and i really like  that how seamlessly it has streamlined our booking process. The real-time availability feature is such a  game-changer. 

It ensures that we don't waste a single moment on unnecessary complications. The system is very ast, providing instant updates on the availability of meeting rooms and workspaces. This has not only saved us time but also has significantly reduced the conflicts and confusions in the team. The customer support is very efficient and quick to solve problems.

**What do you dislike about MyDesk?**

One minor drawback i feel is occasional lag in updating real-time availability. It's has not created big problems for us , but quicker updates would enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is MyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyDesk is helping us tackle the age-old issue of inefficient booking processes. The provide such a streamlined and user-friendly platform. The real-time availability feature is the one i liked the most, as it ensures we never have to deal with the headache of double bookings. This not only saves us time but also boosts overall productivity. MyDesk has helped our workspace to become smoother and stress-free.

I don't need to worry about where to hold the next meeting. My work is well updated and organised. Ability to work well with office 365 is a plus. It is user friendly and can accommodate many people as possible. Whenever I have a challenge the customer support comes in handy.
