MobieTrain is a valuable tool for maintaining both the knowledge and engagement of our sales team at a high level. The platform allows us to efficiently and effectively track which training sessions have been completed by each team member. Additionally, MobieTrain enables us to provide diverse training programs in an intuitive and enjoyable manner, making the learning process appealing and accessible. As a result, our sales team does not perceive training as an obligation but rather as a stimulating and motivating activity. Overall, we are very satisfied with Mobietrain. Only the dashboard tool could work a little more smoothly.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

MobieTrain covers all essential features of a microlearning platform. The available content is fun, engaging and most importantly customizable to our own organization’s needs. The lessons are specific to retail industry and tailored to frontline employees with focused learning outcomes. 
The mobile app performance is excellent and that makes the courses accessible to all employees across dispersed locations. 
The interface is fun, exciting, easy to use and navigate. Employees asked for almost no assistance with how to register and use. Even new team members can use it from the first day. 
It offers customizable dashboards that allow users to focus on relevant information. Highly recommended

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

The only feature that can be substantially enhanced is the AI tool.

Mobietrain has really helped us not only to fully align and digitize our pre-onboarding and onboarding process with our organization, but also to transfer knowledge to our employees in an efficient and engaging way. Thanks to their platform, we can continuously train our employees and keep their skills up-to-date. The Mobietrain team actively thinks along with us and provides personal support where needed. They ensure a perfect balance between customization and user-friendly technology, giving our employees always access to relevant and digestible learning content. Truly a recommendation for organizations looking for an innovative way to share and secure knowledge!

There is not so much something wrong, but as a company, you must keep in mind that you need to invest time to successfully implement and maintain the program. It requires attention to make the learning environment engaging and relevant. Ideally, new content is presented monthly, and this demands active management and involvement to get the most out of the platform.

What I really like is the simplicity and flexibility for both, the admin and the user. 
There is already a library of content to use and to modify to your own needs. 
Onboarding is easy, fast and tailored to your own needs. The customer success managers are quickly replying and trying to make anything possible. AI makes the creating of single learnings super easy!

More premade content could be available in German.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

Mobietrain is an application that supports e-learning. With this application you, as an admin, can create small training courses for your users, completely customized. This requires some guidance, but we get that from the fantastic staff at mobietrains. It is wonderful to work with them. Casual, straightforward, and certainly efficient. The intention is that we as users can train our employees more efficiently. This is an enormous added value for our company.

We have not yet experienced any negative comments

As a company, we do not always have our employees at the same location at the same time. This is typical of transport where our employees are away for days at a time. During our employees' rest periods, they can use the application whenever they want to gain more insight into the operation of our company. In addition, procedures are processed in crash courses. Win win for all parties.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

We are a catering company with a team of more than 5000 staff members. Within our company, we have long searched for a way to easily train and brief all these people. MobieTrain has provided us with the solution for this.

I am a layman in these kinds of things, and I was also intimidated to introduce a training tool in the company, but thanks to weekly meetings and a contact person who is available day and night, we developed an app at a rapid pace. The support made the launch of the app even easier. MobieTrain contains many options that allow you to easily design training courses. You can create very short courses but also very extensive learning paths. MobieTrain also offers a database full of training courses. From this, I was able to draw inspiration to write our training courses. Additionally, we can also set up a quiz to check the knowledge of our staff. Our app now contains multiple training courses where we can monitor who follows them and what score was achieved. This is exactly what we were looking for.

My biggest concern was how we could link our planning tool to this training tool. I was afraid that this would not be possible and that we would have to register all our members one by one. The MobieTrain team took this problem entirely upon themselves and solved it. They contacted our planning tool themselves and developed an integration between the two apps. This completely alleviated this technical concern for me.

The app is used daily by our staff. Both we as a company and the staff are very satisfied. We can easily reach our teams with courses, and our teams can easily find out what is expected of them. They also have the option to leave reviews in the app. This gives us efficient feedback so that we can only improve. Win-Win!!

MobieTrain contains a lot of options, but my favorites are the translation capabilities and the Mobie Chatbox. We have both French-speaking, English-speaking, and Dutch-speaking staff. Thanks to the app, I only have to press a button, and my course is fully translated into a language of choice.

The Mobie Chatbox is a chatbox that answers all your questions thanks to AI. I can upload texts and courses into a database. From this, the chatbox retrieves answers to the staff's questions. They can ask questions in the app and see an answer appear immediately. As a result, the phone of the personnel department is no longer ringing off the hook, and they are relieved.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

There is nothing that outweighs all the benefits that MobieTrain offers us. The only thing we miss is the ability to send push notifications to the staff. We have asked this question and MobieTrain assured us that they find this very interesting and are exploring how they can make this possible.

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We lacked a way to easily train and brief our staff team of more than 5000 members. Thanks to MobieTrain, we quickly launched an app in which I can develop training courses myself. Additionally, I can also check who has completed the training and what score was achieved.

Thanks to our app, the staff knows much better what is expected of them. As a result, we receive far fewer questions and the in-house interim can work much more efficiently.

Easily share general information and facts. Better support employees in how to use certain products or perform services. Customer support service, we are very satisfied with that.

Actively deploying content, updating, posting messages can be improved but that has more to do with our planning than with you.
Convincing employees to actively and use it more is difficult.

Especially sharing necessary, internal information with all employees. Micro learning is also a very big advantage.

MobieTrain invests in you as a customer. They make you an expert in microlearning step by step. Well-dosed instructions keep you continuously engaged and enthusiastic. Here, the identity of your own organization is central. So the end product is authentic and easy to maintain by your own organization.

I really can't think of any points of attention! If I really have to: in the initial phase, we visited your office in Amsterdam. The look and feel of this office really doesn't match the beautiful organization you turned out to be later!

It's a very user friendly tool to train your organisation in any department. We also use this tool to spread news letters and company updates. This way we can measure the dedication in all stores. MobieTrain has an excellent support team to help us out and encurraged us to use their platform in multiple ways.

Would like to see more features like uploading video's and chat function. PDF upload is compatible with phone size. Would also like to give back that de dashboard tool is some kind of unclear.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

I like that is quite intuitive both for the end users and for the administrators. The MobieTrain team helped us every step of the way during our onboarding process and it has been nothing but smooth. Our audience were engaged and enjoyed the content immensely. This has translated to concrete actions in their behavior. 

Also, a lot of updates are in the works. They listen to their customers quite well so the app is updated and constantly improving.

This is our first time to have a huge onboarding for employees (50+). MobieTrain allowed us to provide a smooth preboarding and onboarding process. Our new starters are well-informed about the necessary details before their first day. Thanks to the smooth and easy to use app.

The tool is easy to use and very accessible to our target users. The app appeals to our new starters due to the gamification, short nature of the learning tracks and the accessibility on their cell phones. This results in a high engagement rate. Our learning and development team has enjoyed working with Mobietrain, both in terms of content creation as during the whole implementation process. The people at Mobietrain took time to get to know our company and tailor their approach.

Some extra features would be helpful to automate the follow-up process and stimulate engagement. However, Mobietrain is open for feedback and continues to release new updates.

It helps us educate our new starters even before their first workday. It is also efficient to use in order to support our different offices in 10 European countries.

Sometimes the translations are not super accurate, but we are working with the team to ensure our technical terminology is inserted in their vocabulary and we are making big progress together.

TNF sells technical products whose technologies have always been difficult to explain to our store staff. Mobietrain helps us delivering these training in a fun and engaging way, while keeping all notions clear.

The platform is easy to use, both for end users and for us in the cms. When problems occur, they always help you with a smile! It is a fun way to learn new things, our end users are over the moon with their new learning platform.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

That it has recently become mandatory to add text under videos. This is of course personal and depends from client to client, but in our case, everything is already said in the videos and we don't always find the mandatory text underneath necessary.

The fact that learning must go quick. Modules should be short and straight to the point. In addition, the platform should be easy to use and usable on mobile phones. Mobietrain has all that!

It is extremely easy to add content once you get the hang of it. The quiz formats are unique and engaging enough for our staff to keep using it.

The back-end reporting is not that easy to understand when you have multiple stores.

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've grown from 5 stores to 52 stores pretty quickly and it was becoming more difficult to reach multiple staff across a wide geographic area. MobieTrain has helped us reach 900 people in a way that face-to-face never can.  It is highly visual and also  able to communicate with people on many different levels - important because many of staff do not have tertiary education.

The contact with the succes manager and the content team. Always a pleasure to meet and very helpfull if we have any questions. MobieTrain is also continuously working on improvements to improve the application. We are also kept informed of innovations through webinars or meetings so we as admin are also learning and developing.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

In the beginning we had some issues with a mobile phone that wasn't comptible with the application because the phone in this case was to dated to be used with Mobietrain. The problem is internal solved bij using the application on another device.

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use the platform for microlearnings for our employees on the floor. We are currently busy with onboarding for new employees, but it is also important that permanent employees are also aware and have acces to the platform so that they can provide information to the new employee if they have any questions. With this platform, we reach a huge amount of employees with the same info on the same time. This is useful because in real life it is sometimes difficult to convey information correctly. With the dashboard we can monitor our employees and give support when necessary. In the future we also want to introduce MobieTrain to our logistic-team and our office-team.

I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of the tool (both for content creation and for the learner). 

The MobieTrain team provides very good follow-up and is very responsive to any concerns. They take into account our feedback and try to adapt the tool to meet our needs and requests.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

The reporting tool (aggregation) sometimes has some difficulties to load the data correctly which makes the analysis of the results a bit complicated to do alone. But the MobieTrain team offers detailed reporting on demand which can give the same information.

We have a lot of employees who do not always have access to a computer and a lot of time to spend on training. Thanks to MobieTrain, they can train directly on the smartphone and with short courses when they have a free moment.

The fact that short training sessions combined with gamification actually leads to higher knowledge retention. The mobile application also ensures that learning paths can be followed at any time, reducing time pressure during working hours.

An automatic translation function would be great, so that translations only need to be checked for accuracy, this could save time and costs. Especially as our company operates in all Belgian language regions.

How we can input content according to the provided methodology. The playful way of questions and quizzes. Nice interaction. Easy to translate. Milan Van Velzen ;-)

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

The entry price is high. We pay a lot for few users... it will take months before we, hopefully, reach a higher audience.
Certain analyses that were sold to us turn out to be difficult or not feasible.
Not being able to register automatically is outdated. Customers are not used to waiting more than a few seconds for a confirmation email.
A mass upload at stores is not possible.
Too much advertising for your own app - personalize more so that it seems like it's an app of the customer themselves. This would seem to lead to more success... also, the emails that are Mobietrain-branded would yield more if they were made in the look & feel of the customer. It is more recognizable for the user.

Our stores have been uploaded en masse. Stores still need to be linked to our account managers.
