The chances that the entire process will become automatized with a number of professionals engaged and progress constantly tracked make it a highly promising tool. **What do you dislike about MentorCity?** The matching algorithm in MentorCity dosen't give me much confidence. In fact, I am not quite sure if I might find the needed mentor I am looking for. I’ve realized that the mentors suggested can sometimes not meet the target I’ve set for myself or have the right expertise to help me. This requires extra effort as I have to sort through many profiles just to figure out my best match. **What problems is MentorCity solving and how is that benefiting you?** The MentorCity has shown its relevance. At the same time it is another important source of every-day-life experience that can't be excluded from my biography. Being able to follow and see the level of their progress through their app is for me one of the tools that keep me accountable and driven. ### 2. All my experience with MentorCity has been absolutely fantastic. **What do you dislike about MentorCity?** The software search filters as they are not as advanced as I prefer. This limitation hampers the effectiveness of the mentoring program. **What problems is MentorCity solving and how is that benefiting you?** MentorCity has enabled me to connect with mentors who have provided guidance and support. But, this official website sends me pdf tips and guidelines about how to make an experience without being in Canada, then I find out mentor city among several ways to do so. the thing I Like the best is the discussion groups where you can speak and engage with many people, most of them are successful immigrants. **What do you dislike about MentorCity?** I really dislike that some of the mentors are not replying to your messages and ignoring them. For example, I sent two massages for two successful mentors and they have neglected my massage. And one of them was an immigrant from my country which will really help me a lot. But it was disappointed to neglect my massage. **Recommendations to others considering MentorCity:** If you are looking to know more about other cultures, and you want to meet new communities, then Mentorcity is your choice. **What problems is MentorCity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yea if I succeed to collect as many hours as possible in one year, I will solve the experience issue to work as an engineer in CANADA. Since haveing an experience about the culture and people is manadotery. ### 5. The software is not also so efficient and effective but also it has great customer service. **What do you dislike about MentorCity?** At this point in time, I am so sure there is nothing we didn't like about this software. There is no doubt it is great high-quality software. We're totally satisfied with this product. **What problems is MentorCity solving and how is that benefiting you?** MentorCity software has empowered our employees to connect with great mentors very quickly and efficiently. It's a massive improvement from manually administering mentor programs. The support from a customer service standpoint was great as well. Got all my questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Very user friendly for the hundreds of users we have on it, and the customer service is impeccable. **What do you dislike about MentorCity?** Wish it had a private chat room to invite mentees to meet at a specific time (not Skype).
