The only con would be if there is a huge key fob with a bunch of keys attached to it - that it may be a little too big to fit into the box. We had this issue, but found out that all except two of the keys needed to actually be there and it all fits now. **What problems is Keycafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Keycafe every morning was a cluster-f with employees trying to find keys to different assets. Now each employee knows where the keys are and managers are able to have a peace of mind and focus on more relevant tasks to ensure a successful day. ### 2. Users can independently use the system with little training. The units are clean/elegant and look great in our office. We have found the price to be very reasonable, especially as our needs expand. **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** Sometimes we have challenges where one of the key bins does not open correctly, or a user closes the bin without taking out the keys. Reporting of who and when keys were removed or put back. Missing keys...who had them last. Employees that have the Keycafe app on their phone can view what vehicles are available and which ones are out. Admin/Manager has remote access of Keycafe and can open the box without being onsite if required. **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** Rare occurrence but, we have lost connection to Keycafe. It could be our network, we just don't know. Again extremely rare. **What problems is Keycafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keycafe is looking into implementing permissions/access based on when a vehicle is due for a safety (important with commercial vehicles) or if a drivers licence has expired. If due for a safety, the keys will be locked out to drivers. If the driver's licence is expired the driver will be unable to access the keys. Both are very valuable for our operation. Any ideas or suggestions to improve the system is brought forward to our Success Coordinator Pablo Quezada. He really does take our input seriously and presents areas for improvement directly to the Keycafe team. This really makes the whole experience feel very grassroots.
