I like how JOP declutters the user experience and does not overwhelm users with too many features to manage OKRs. It rightly follows the essence of the OKR framework i.e. to focus on the most important things. I like the intuitive interface, ease of managing OKRs, updating progress weekly, etc. on the platform. You also have access to this permanent dropdown on the top to view previous quarter OKRs.
