What I like most about JOP is how it brings everything related to performance into one place. Earlier, we were juggling between sheets, emails, and tools, but now goal tracking, reviews, and feedback all happen in a single system, which makes things much easier.

Sometimes the platform takes a little time to fully understand, especially for new users. There is a slight learning curve in the beginning, and it would help if onboarding was a bit more guided.

I like how JOP declutters the user experience and does not overwhelm users with too many features to manage OKRs. It rightly follows the essence of the OKR framework i.e. to focus on the most important things. The core functionality of OKR management works efficiently and the additional features like the Badges and Projects make it more useful.

I started using the Mobile App last month and I feel that it still needs much improvement and similar use cases as the web application.

I think we faced the main problems related to assigning and doing many tasks at once and not being able to prioritize them well. With JOP, we can easily create Projects and Actions directly connected to the most important goals (OKRs). This has led to reduced confusion, more transparency, shorter meetings, and better alignment with each other.

I like the intuitive interface, ease of managing OKRs, updating progress weekly, etc. on the platform. You also have access to this permanent dropdown on the top to view previous quarter OKRs. We also don’t usually guide our new team members much about the JOP’s platform.

It’s more of a suggestion or request from the JOP team that they should let us add more detail to the confidence number such as the reason for the low confidence.

I think the biggest improvement is the awareness of the most important goals for the business and teams. Now, we must align our goals with the team-level OKRs and everyone has the full visibility of these goals.

I started using JOP a few months back and it’s honestly made goal setting so much clearer for everyone. It’s easy to use, keeps everyone aligned, and the feedback feature makes check-ins feel natural instead of forced.

The support team is quick and super helpful too.

It felt a bit clunky at times. Some parts of the dashboard aren’t as intuitive as we expected, and customizing reports took more effort than it should.

The good thing about the tool is that it is easy to explain it to someone and it is especially handy for teams like us who work in a hybrid mode with some people completely remotely. What I have found the most helpful recently is the Projects. I can easily assign actions to myself and my teammates in Projects in our biweekly check-ins. The easy part here is that I don't need to use another platform to manage OKRs, check-ins and my projects, I can do all three in the same place.

I would request the JOP team to add reminders when my Action or Project's deadline is approaching. It would help me complete more my actions. Other things are fine for me.

I think we faced a problem of not doing everything OKR-related on a single platform. JOP definitely helped in recording our previous OKR progress, feedback, projects, tasks, OKR-related work on one platform. Also, the intuitiveness of JOP makes it easy to train other team members on using it.

found great relief with the Projects feature as it gives more context to the team members of  which projects to prioritize and why. I create the projects, bring them on it and track our progress in the check-ins.

As we use different apps, JOP’s limitation to connect to many different apps seamlessly is a concern. I hope that they include more and more native integrations in the future.

I think it takes time to train the new team members on which tasks matter and how to prioritize. Apart from the ongoing learning curve, I think OKR related Projects is a great way to make progress in the right direction both individually and contributing to the business.

Our tasks and projects are less overwhelming now. I feel, with OKRs, I can focus on one Project at a time, and the good thing is my manager can view my progress and check-in with me regularly. I was a little hesitant at the start but its a fair system as everyone’s OKR are visible to the team.

**What do you dislike about JOP?**

There are no major problems but I would suggest two main things. Actions would be easier to manage if they had some sort of tags highlighted on them in the list. Second is the issue with notifications. I have missed some notification a few times.

One main problem that I think is solved to a significant level is the burden of having too many tasks at one time. I feel by making it clear to the team that these are your priority goals for 3 months and everything else comes second unless it's urgent and unpredictable.

I like all the helpful use cases of the platform as explained by Sumeet in our JOP’s demo. He really simplified working with OKRs, such as how to start fruitful conversations with confidence levels, how your tech team can easily collaborate on the same platform, and more. I like the thoughtful features included in the platform, like recognition badges, anonymous surveys, and goals alignment

As of now, I don’t have any major dislikes. I have experienced some sudden sign-outs and I think it’s a minor bug to fix.

One major problem in our organization was managing the alignment of different teams and individuals with the core business goal for a given year. I think it’s changing now, as this quarter we have already created well-aligned OKRs for the team. We are also expecting to improve the OKR implementation with time and with JOP’s quarterly retrospectives.

When adopting a new tool you don’t wanna invest too much time in training the people for the platform, especially for team members in different locations. I think JOP has a smaller learning curve and the associated consulting they offer is great to reduce your training time on the OKR framework as well.

**What do you dislike about JOP?**

Currently, JOP has everything we need to manage OKRs and collaborate on them. Their customer success team also responds timely.

The biggest challenge we faced is common to remote working teams - teamwork and alignment. I think we still need to strengthen the alignment part but we have taken a major step toward it by adopting JOP. The OKR consultants there also help you kickstart the OKR program.

One big advantage is the ability to see the team’s progress throughout the quarter. I feel the team dashboards are intuitive and non-confusing and recently their OKR snapshots are insightful too. They tell you about the team’s progress rate for the quarter.

I like the search button provided on the OKR screens, and I wish we could have one Universal Search Button on every screen on the platform.

The overall usability and supporting guidance on the platform make it easy to cascade the training that leaders receive from the onboarding training. I also like the commenting feature which we use to tag people, insert file links, and update progress milestones.

I don’t know if it is already in their product roadmap or not but I would like to have milestones creation in the KRs itself.

I mainly like the two functions of JOP: the OKRs alignment and the praise feedback. I personally value positive feedback at work and how JOP helps me connect my projects to the business contributing OKRs.

I cannot seem to edit or delete the feedback I submitted recently. Also, a smoother Slack integration would be also appreciated.

I like how the Projects have made prioritization easier for me. It has priority levels and the KRs they are attached to, so I know which of my KR it drives and deadlines.

One thing I feel annoying is the recent slowness of the platform, especially when loading Projects and actions. I request the customer success to take note of it. Its not a major problem but it breaks the flow of work.

I like the weekly check-ins and brainstorming we do with JOP. We can have focused meetings and really focus on achieving our OKRs.

I feel that it takes more than necessary mental effort to figure out the Insights section. It would be more useful to have crucial insights above and highlighted and the rest categorized neatly as we scroll.

The biggest advantage I feel is the constant tracking of our OKRs and related priority projects through the check-ins. We also record the meeting takeaways in the checkin notes so that we all agree on the same things and have a common source to get back to.

I find the Insights a bit heavy when I enter the module. I feel it could be more useful if it had lesser and well-categorized elements.

I do a lot of collaboration with other team members. I like that our company adopted the OKRs; it really makes collaboration more meaningful. I share two KRs with the Sales and Product team members, and it’s great that we can focus on these KRs in our meetings and also track our collaborative work on the same platform.

Although it's not a major bad thing about the platform, I like to have a feel-good factor in the software I use. JOP feels a bit less engaging from the UI and design elements perspective.
