"Excellent Platform for Organizing Thouhtful and Provocative Discusson of Topics of All Kinds"

What do you like best about Ideanote?

Ideanote is very well designed, from the initial entry of a Topic, through discussion, debates, and final synopsis.

I found both the online app and desktop app to be fast, easy to learn and use,

Definitely unique in its category, and should be useful for organizations of all kinds.

What do you dislike about Ideanote?

I struggled in the beginning to understand the program's organization and flow.

What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am currently researching two tpics: (1) The future of Estate Planning; and (2) The Opportunity and Responsibility for our generation to actively participate in digitization of analog atifacts (which in itself adds eall new value as each is added to the overall wealth of mankind). What do you like best about Ideanote?

Ideanote walks participants through the ideation and selection phase of a design process very well. The digital tool allows for massive engagement across time (asynch), and space (shareable links). The potential for crowdsourcing ideas and solutions here is immense. The amount of data that users can visualse in regards to contributors and the votes on concepts is very detailed. What do you dislike about Ideanote?

Ideating and acting on those is a very valuable process, and a very specific one. This tool could incorporate more functions of surrounding tools more strongly (eg. stronger project management during the implementation phase) to make this more of a one-stop tool. What do you like best about Ideanote?

Ideanote is a well done product. The design is beautiful and friendly. It makes an enjoyable experience. So it is easier to find the good mood to start thinking about game-changing ideas. It mixes AI features (autogenerating ideas). And it gives results. After 10 mitues using the app, I noticed that it is a gold mine for growth. I came up with ideas that can make an impact. I thought that I could do the same with my project management software, with my roadmap software, or that my team would not like having an additional software to deal with. What do you like best about Ideanote?

There are a tremendous amount of possibilities to give your own ideas a safe and organized place! I wouldn't know how I could co-create with others in a better way! What's really special? That you can present all the collected ideas in so many ways and also generate a fantastic overview with statistics of everything that has happened in this creative portal! I am currently busy organizing all my loose notes into Ideanote! I will use this daily to provide high-end service to my clients. You definitely need to take the time to learn all the possibilities (much more than I initially thought), but then you have a valuable tool in your hands! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Ideanote for two primary purposes. To get ideas and engagmenet from our core leadership team to improve operations and also for our members for our Bizwiz Challenge. This is where we ask the members to submit their best ideas that worked in their business and our team of evaluators pick the top 3 from the ideas submitted. "IdeaNote - the place for people to keep track of ideas for development and to use it for coms!"

What do you like best about Ideanote?

After I had installed the app, I had to share it with my team lead developer. They agreeded to it was a great way to fix the issue with getting all ideas into one workspace for us to focus on. I believe ideas need to be explained well and thus we knew this would let us not have to use emails and others to stay on track and in the loop. :) We love the customer support too. What do you like best about Ideanote?

Great tool to have all Idea Collection, Evaluation, and Idea Development in one place. Also great that it can be used in a multi-team setup, with different view/edit permissions for each team. Highly flexible in how you can set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run two organizations: a street children rescue organization (Amani) that operates in three different regions in the country (Tanzania), and a global online learning community about working with street children. For now, we especially use (have started using) IdeaNote to simplify idea collection and evaluation across our three Amani locations. It is a relatively simple way to start collecting ideas, and to then process them together. What do you like best about Ideanote?

It simply helps us to gather ideas, both internally and from customers. We are able to bring more innovation into our company and create new products and map this process. I find the AI integration really helpful, which I really wouldn't have thought.

Other tools, such as canny.io, don't easily allow creating and sharing boards with specific groups of people (e.g., clients), or you have to pay extra and a lot more for that.
