# What topics for Missions had the most ideas and team engagement for your organization?

Like many my topic was customer service. It didn't get a huge response, so I am interested in what type of ideas typically take off and get teams involved.

To increase engagement in customer service or other areas, consider framing Idea Collections in a way that highlights its relevance to the team's roles, encourages creative thinking, and offers a clear path for implementing the ideas generated. 

Remember, the key is not just the topic itself, but how it's presented and integrated into the broader goals of the organization.
