Support from everyone we've interacted with has been excellent, and prices are good. Very easy to set up - there haven't been any issues we've encountered. The ease of implemenation and features around webhooks and graphql made it super straightforward for our team to replace our old google spreadsheet implementation with Hygraph. Hygraph has become an indidpensible part of our daily operations. **What do you dislike about Hygraph?** The have a couple different version of their UI's and while both solve many of the hard problems that come with CMS management and rich relationships, as a power user, I continue to hope for them to continue to get better. In a similar fashion, version management with related entities is a really hard problem to solve and while I think they are ahead of the competition, there is still a lot that frustrates me when trying to understand whats published now, what previously was published before and what the history of changes looks like not just on the content itself but also on the entites and relationships. **What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it to define our business rules that drive our application and the database of internal entities that can be used for business rules. When we have an array with items that have identical data and differ in only one element, you still have to input it 20 times! - Singletons! Oh my, why is this important feature missing? Sometimes, and even often, it's necessary to create a model that allows setting globals like Navigation, Footer, etc. - Conditionals: It's great that they exist, but they need refinement. When you don't select a value in the Enum that is used as the basis for multiple conditionals, they all show up. - There's no option to group components, enums, models, etc., in the Schema view. When you have a larger number of them, they start to overwhelm the screen. - Why, if I want to create an array of some objects, do I have to create a special new component for that? It's very cumbersome and unnecessarily consumes the maximum number of components! This essentially makes it impossible to implement a larger site that allows the dynamic creation of subpages based on the design system introduced into the CMS. - If a component is required and it’s a single component, the options within that component should be available to fill in immediately, not only after clicking the “add” button. - There should be an option to create enums with a local scope, not just a global one. Global enums are also nice, but there's a lack of local scope options. - This is not a crucial feature, but it would simplify CMS implementation for developers: the ability to define schemas directly in code, as done by PayloadCMS, Sanity, or TinaCMS. **What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am just a frontend developer implementing a large website.
