The location of some important information sometimes gets hidden as well as ADA accessibility.

It consolidates everything into an intranet rather than having many documents sit on Google Docs potentially unsecured.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Signe click sign in with google or Microsoft account, easy integration, we can find All user profiles at one place in the Directory.
Apart from that we have different channels to broadcast to respective teams.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Most of things are good although I think that support section could be more informative as when I am going to search something in support section, the self help information is not much supportive.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IF I want to search for any person in my organization and want to know the escalation points and team structure then Happeo is a great help.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Dallas Nephrology Associates values Happeo for its ability to streamline internal communications, improve employee engagement, and provide a centralized platform for information sharing.  A key benefit is that every department has a page that they manage and update, making it easy to manage content with multiple contributors. Additionally, Happeo's email functionality helps drive traffic back to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I have not found anything that I dislike at this time.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous Intranet was only accessible from within our Network; now, employees can access this anytime and anywhere.   Happeo has reduced the number of company-wide emails being sent.

It is very easy and intuitve to use and offers great knowledge hub (bot own Happeo resources and active users community). Great search engine. Easy integration woth Gsuite. Happeo provided amazing, proactive support.

Not much, we were waiting for functionalities likes polls and kudos for bigger engagement. Page editing was sth not as smooth as wished (especiallu when inserting elements like docs, videos)

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

My company has been using Doctolib for over 2 years now, and the name of our platform has become a common name for every employee, who go on it every week at least. We know that every thing is on it. 
We have been well supported for the implementation, and keep being greatly supported by the CSM team. 
The different features (the search bar, the filters, the different type of widgets, the groups management, etc.) allow for every persona to find something they will like. 
Finally, our tech company is working with the Google Suite, and an platform which would integrate our tools was key in our choice.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The governance can be tricky, especially once the platform has grown, but thanks to the Happeo team support, they help us even on strategic aspects.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of issues before implementing Happeo: 
- no single source of truth
- poor quality of information
- the eternal question of "who knows what?"
- inadequate tools
- silos, lack of visibility between teams and lack of transmission
- weakness of continuous learning

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your compnay 's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement.

We use Google Workspace and the integration of calendar, documents and email makes communication and search functions more robust.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I wish all the analytics tools were included in the base purchase and not add ons. It would be easier to submit a check or credit card instead of wiring annual payment (organization is based outside of the US).

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The search function is powerful and is helping us put more power into the hands of our employees, to easily access information and receive updates seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Before using Happeo, our company consisted of loosely defined teams that did not fully embrace all of the responsibilities that others viewed their team as being responsible for. Happeo helped our organization better define these teams and their members, giving them the platform and agency to become the source of truth for their realm. It created a culture of owensrhip around the company. It also created a greater desire and ease for collaboration. It was the perfect tool for us to transition from one phase to the next.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We appreciated how well Happeo integrates with Google Workspace. As a Google Workspace company, however, we cannot help but to compare any software we use to Google's products. We found that Happeo's features were not as smooth or error-free as Googel's products. In the end, now that we have a culture of ownership and collaboration, we decided to make the shift back to Google for our intranet needs.

Happeo solved the issue of having a central location managed and championed by specific departments.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

It is fun working with happeo as the look and feel are really nice. The tool has a logical structure of pages (this is best to document knowledge) and channels (the communication part). So happeo is a good mixture of both, documenting knowledge in pages and improve communciation within different groups via the channels. Nonetheless, it is not a unique knowledge sharing tool as the pages are quite static. But the channels are really good and useful to communication within a team or the whole company. The support of happeo is really quick and competent.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

We would like to have more options in pages: to see a date on the different elements on one page. e.g. on what date a text element has been written or changed.  To allocate a responsible person for the content of page (which is not necessarily the person that has created the page or written the content).

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better communication of company topics and and an exchange (by writing comments below) concerning the news. 
More easy way of working toghether in groups (communication, sharing documents, posting questions and getting answers visible for everyone in the channel). Even for employees who join the company: they can review the older information and get the whole picture.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

Excellent way of collecting and centralizing information via the pages feature. We were able to build a strong knowledgebase with search functionality, a great way of getting all the knowledge to the page that floats around in peoples heads, stronlgy  supported by the review-before-post function. Also, because of the channels, we have significantly improved comunication and understanding of other departments day-to-day operations across the company because we were able to make all information available to all users. Obviously, sensitive information can still be compartmentalized.

Since everything is based upon G-Suite, the functionality, especially the search function, is a powerful tool. No matter how much stuff you "dump" into Google Drive, Happeo finds it all, and important files can be linked into pages for immediate download, or changes on the fly, no matter how deep they are buried. Even full text search is available.

The communication via channels is also a fun and effective way of distributing information with a "social media feel", supported by the mobile app. A great way to not be overwhelmed is the option to set the notifications to different levels, so that you may only be notified of posts that have high importance, while being able to catch up on posts of lesser importance at leisure.

Integration of chat systems like Google or Slack into channels make for a powerful comms tool across several platforms.

The customer community channel is a very helpful way to get insight into other companies ideas and issues, and has helped us  several times with problems we could not solve on our own. It is also monitored by the support team, and the response time is very fast, no matter how urgent or benign the question might be. There have been some fun discussions, that have also lead to the development of new features already.

We are very happy with Happeo, and so far there is very little to be desired.

not much, there is always room for improvement in certain areas, however all issues are welcomed by the support team and can be discussed  within the Customer community channel with other users.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interdepartmental communication and understanding of everyones daily struggles has certainly improved. Especially during lockdown, the communication has been much more pleasant than just going by plain old email.
The ability to create pages with important information, and to be able to bookmark pages as well as channel posts for later use has helped us along immensely in our day-to-day.

Happeo was easy to dive into, it was easy to build pages and channels.  We had to get it up and running in a short amount of time and we were able to do so.  We also had incredible support from Sarah our designated Customer Success Manager, she was so helpful every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The templates are great but having the option to do more of a customized layout for more advanced designers would be great.  We had issues wanting to do widgets sometimes.  Also having the ease of integrating popular social media widgets such as instagram, facebook or tiktok would be great.  We had to use third party ones that were not the best.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more central and formal place to house all of our communications for our team.  As well as a central area that we could have documents and policies without people having to dig through our google drive.

Happeo has helped our teams to put the info we always get asked about into one easy to find place. It's super easy to create pages and to share them with others in the company. The customer service is great and they always respond incredibly fast and go above and beyond to help us when we need it. 

Happeo is very user friendly and you can make pages and channels quickly.  It's perfect as both and single source of truth and also to help communicate that truth. 

They are constantly upgrading and making it better and better with extra features.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

It could be a bit more flexible when designing some pages and have more technical widgets. The search could also be improved as it doesn't find misspelled items or related items but it's something they are working on.

The ability to quickly communicate and scale collaboration is second to none. Users across the globe can receive information, connect and collaborate in real time – answer questions quickly and publicly to avoid duplicative emails.

The lack of a scheduling tool is challenging; posts are made in real-time, and not able to be scheduled to launch at a specifici time.

We're able to provide more specific, tailored communications. Previously, we sent a tremendous amount of information to reach everyone – now we're able to specify the audience, so messages don't get lost/overlooked.

The ease of use to create visually appealing information at the same time as integrating a lot of the software products we already use made it a no-brainer.

The analytics have a time delay which means that 'real-time' information is not readily available and the channels miss a couple of features like polls/surveys but the product roadmap is really strong and new features are added all the time which is great

I love the community that Happeo has around its users. We get to collaborate with other businesses to come up with better experience with our company's page.

The only trouble I have is the integrations for each user. I wish there was a way that the admin can do the integrations.

Happeo offers a great platform to create an intranet for the organization which integrates all your google applications.
Best of all are the ways to customize to make it perfectly suitable for every organization. Everything can be adjusted to the style and look and feel you like. With templates/styles you can easily apply the same look on every page.
There are many ways to make up and structure pages and information on it.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Analytics function in this product could be more advanced to give more insight in the use of the intranet you have set up.
More functionality in the area of messages and search would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Happeo:**

I would say: preferably for smaller organizations (up to 2000 employees).

We are sending information and updates about the organization and subgroups.
The platform connects employees and gives them a place to find all the information to do their job.

I love that Happeo truly listens to its customer base. They communicate openly with their user community and continually take customer feedback seriously. In the past year that I have been a part of the community, I have seen numerous improvements that have come as a direct result of their communication channels with their customers.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

Due to their continuous improvements, they recently updated their billing plans. Although I understand the need to shift in billing, I wish the new plans were more straightforward.

Their mission is to create more transparency throughout organizations. The platform they have designed to meet this need has been essential to our organization as we are an entirely remote working environment.

The ease with which we can make information available for all.
The main problem with bigger companies is that we need to make sure everyone has access to all the information they need.
While emails can be informative, nothing beats a post on happeo, followed by a company-wide notification.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

There is nothing to dislike in particular.
Maybe the limitations on page layout, like you cannot move a picture to exactly where you want to, but I guess this will be improved in the future.

If you are looking for a highly customizable intranet platform, Happeo is a very good choice.

With the help of Happeo's product we have managed to be more transparent towards our employees.
From patch notes for our internal products, to new guides and trainings, everything is easier to share.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

We were looking for a product that allowed us to connect all of our teams no matter where they were in the country. We have serveral teams working remotely, offsite, in partner businesses and in our Retail estate.
Happeo allowed us to integrate with our existing system (we use Google Workspace) to ensure that our teams were involved.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

There isn't really a lot to dislike, and the things that we would like to see are in the pipeline. I guess the limitations of linking with external social media (facebook, linkedin)  would be up there. But on the whole its not a barrier!

Keeping the team informed and creating one source of truth.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

The platform is extremely intuitive and logically structured. It has much more functionality than the previous communication hub we were using. Staff are engaging and providing great feedback about their experience. The customer support we've received from day 1 has been exceptional. When we have a need, they are responsive, and if the capability doesn't currently exist, their staff advocate with their product development team to have it be added when feasible to do so.

There are a few features that haven't yet been built into the platform that I'm accustomed to using w/our prior communication hub platform, but Happeo is looking to have those added in response to our and other customer needs.

Happeo is such an easy to use platform as admin but also as an end user. It's the first social platform i've set up and their willing support team helped us out wherever we needed.

The missing features. I know that Happeo is still growing but we've seen some functionalities we'd like to see sooner like an integrated birthday system or widget placing tools.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

I've used a number of different content management systems during my career to manage web and intranet content, and Happeo has asbolutely been one of the most intuitive and easy to use platforms I've used. 

We've found the integration with Google Workspace to be really effective - it's mean the UI/UX was instantly very familiar for staff and the intranet has become a much more integrated part of our way of working, especially compared to our previous intranet. 

The support for customers is also excellent - customers are proactively involved in the product development process and our support manager has been brilliant in helping us make the most of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

There are some specific features when it comes to editing content that would be helpful that aren't currently included - things like scheduling content, moving content from one section to another, more embedded video options etc.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous intranet was very broadcast in nature - centrally owned by a couple of admins. This is helping us in driving a lot more collaborative content - anyone can post, they can react, share and respond to the information being put out there. It's been really helpful in moving away from everything being on email and helps us now that we're more dispersed and working remotely in fostering a positive company culture.

The only downside is that it is not fully integrated with Outlook, everything else is great!

Prior to Happeo we had miscommunications happening, all staff not being informed of schedule/work flow updates, and alot of unnecessary emails being sent. Happeo has rectified all of this and freed up individual inboxes while improving organizational efficiencies.

I like the ability of quickly changing the layouts and the design system to fit our organisations high quality needs when it comes to design. The platform has a great way to manage permissions and works on an opt-in rather than opt-out basis, ensuring that security of information has to be explicitly shared with other participants.

The system has some quirks and smaller issues when it comes to usability or customizability enablement. These cause some unclarity in certain areas, but nothing that can't be fixed with a couple of UX sessions. Search within the system could be optimised to better include and allow for prioritisation for each organisational desires.

Having an inhouse HTML/CSS expert can unlock hidden potential of the platform.

We have been growing quickly, Happeo helped us to remove some of the growing pains along the way! I like most that our employees now have a digital home where they can log in every day and get all the relevant news, connect with colleagues and find everything they need to get their job done. Also the recently launched Federated Search is awesome, we can now search from Happeo across all of our tools, such as Confluence and Slack! A great time saver that affects productivity positively.

Intranet Pages builder is powerful but a bit inflexible. I am happy to hear that improving this is currently a priority for them.

It will be hard to pinpoint "the" best. I love that I can push out a message to the entire company and they can thumbs up, heart, or even drop a gif. It gives us an indication of enterprise-wide reaction to new info. I love that we can track not only track the read response rate, but we can export a CSV filer, filter it and find which teams and departments might be disconnected.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

I wish there was a "share-to-channel" option. Based on the nature of our school we must bring some information to certain levels before others. Each of the 84 leaders must copy and paste the info into their post.

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was becoming email fatigued. Each department would send out its information. Sometimes it would be days before people would read the content and by then, other groups already knew the info. Realized benefits have been the building of culture through the gifs. A picture is worth a thousand words, but a gif tells an entire story.

Pages and Channels, aside from how straightforward it is to create and how practical the templates are, there is also a large amount of customization which enables you to design the pages & channels you require in a layout and design which fits your needs and wants.

Compression of GIFs and restrictions on the size/scale of images. Typically, these wouldn't be issues that affect work, but they can and do cause issues in creative media.

To be aware that Happeo isn't like other company intranet, it doesn't try to be facebook or twitter. Instead it works more like a personalize website/blog where there is no requirement for the user to understand HTML/CSS.

Using Happeo is EASY. You don't need to be a virtual virtuoso with special software skills - if you know how to write a post on social media you can easily start and get the hang of things in Happeo. The platform is a game-changer for information sharing, communication, and collaboration within a company. It combines a digital workplace and collaboration platform with a social intranet and integrates the Google Workspace tools, too. Naturally, it is mobile-friendly. The powerful search function helps to finds things, no need to know where a piece of information sits: just learn to search.

Many corporations are stuck with e.g. Teams and other (MS) tools; this sometimes creates resistance towards using other ecosystems' tools despite their user-friendliness (which is great e.g. in Happeo). 
I'd like to get more out of analytics, e.g. a dashboard with insights would be useful.

Think in advance about what you need and what you really wish to accomplish with the platform. A tool is always just a tool, people are needed to create the right content and ways of working that fit the organization's needs.

Everything that is needed in the daily work can be accessed via Happeo (desktop, laptop, mobile). Finding information (guidelines, instructions, etc.) or people - all are there. Sounds ridiculous but this one piece of software is often the thing keeping me most connected to my peers. I am constantly in the loop, always have the most recent version of something, and never have to ask HR, Legal, Finance, etc. about expenses, employee handbooks, the most recent MNDA, or where to find company goals again. The key to alignment in the modern workplace.

That is a helpful platform that connects the company. 
We came from a place of stranges, during the pandemic, to a social network where we are closer.
The Happeo team was super attempted to the company's needs since the beginning, offering superb customer service.

Some people, mainly the old ones, are taking some time to join, but we believe it is only a matter of time.
It would be awesome to get some tips to make it a reality for these people.

It is good to know all the functions it offers before start using, and see if it is what your company needs.
Trial tests are essential, and I'd say to concentrate the communication to the platform. Multiple platforms do not work at all.

Happeo doesn't require the knowledge of a web developer to create your company's intranet and is extremely easy to use/navigate. On top of that, the customer service is amazing and their team will work with you every step of the way to get your intranet up and running and continue to provide world-class customer support even after that!

The biggest challenge for us as a company was finding a common space to host company resources and to share company/employee news and updates - Happeo helped us solve this issue and remains the preferred place for sharing these forms of information to this day!

Happeo creates a great platform for office wide communication. The ability to personalize notification levels is especially helpful so people don't feel overwhelmed by alerts but have enough to stay informed. I also really love the GIF feature- it helps create fun posts and encourage some light heartedness in a professional setting.

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

The mobile app is difficult to use due to permissions issues within the Google accounts. Our business is a hospital with much of our staff walking around, or not stationed at a single workstation, so better access on a personal device would be incredibly helpful to us.

I wish the pages that used to host static information were a little easier to use. There is no autosave feature, and moving information around the page is sometimes clunky. There are often some glitches that result in lost information.

**What do you like best about Happeo?**

very quick deployment
simple and uncluttered UI
suitable for non-technical users
permissions system to prevent unwanted wide communications  and limit them to designated collaborators
deep Google Workspace integration, with documents, calendar and mailbox access inside Happeo
ability to host various interest groups, even for non-work related activities
regular and documented updates to product

**What do you dislike about Happeo?**

article layout design in channels should have at least the same level of functionality found in "pages" design
it would be nice to have an happeo-hosted alternative to Doodle as it's a very requested feature

**What problems is Happeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have communication silos. Everybody has the same level of information delivered right into the mailbox or their Happeo stream
All useful enterprise data is centralized in Happeo; it's easier for new collaborators to find all needed HR information right after their arrival
