What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto makes it incredibly easy to recognize people in a timely and meaningful way. I love how fast it is to send a reward, how flexible the redemption options are, and how the platform removes all the administrative friction that usually comes with recognition programs. What do you dislike about Guusto?

The main challenges I’ve run into are login issues on mobile devices and difficulties signing in with email providers other than Gmail. Outlook and similar accounts often require multiple attempts or don’t authenticate smoothly, which slows things down when I’m trying to access the platform quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is a gift card on steroids. Within the corporate environment, with locations all over the province...management is able to send gift cards with messages quickly and easily. What do you like best about Guusto?

What I appreciate most about Guusto is the wide variety of stores to choose from. The selection feels almost limitless, which makes it easy to find something I want. I usually convert my Guusto balance into gift cards for the places where I regularly shop. I've never encountered any issues redeeming my Guusto rewards when my employer sends them. My employer recognizes my hard work by sending me Guusto every month, and I really enjoy receiving it. I almost always end up using it for Amazon, which is great for me. What do you like best about Guusto?

It's one of the best platforms that helps us to stay on top of the employee recognition program. It also allows teh staff to choose from 200 different vendor of their choice which is fantastic for us as a manager and for staff as it becomes very streamlined and efficient process. it is easy to integrate with the information we need to be on there and the customer support is amazing. What I appreciate most about Guusto is the wide selection of merchants available, which gives me plenty of choices. Having more merchants available to use when redeeming your balance would be great. Sometimes when you look up a merchant, they're in the system but they're grayed out. I'm not sure why that is, but it would be nice to get access to more merchants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

One of the best things about Guusto is that the gift cards received in the Guusto never expire. Every gift card received stays in one place, no matter how many years have passed. This is a huge deal for people like me who tend to forget to redeem the gift cards, and then they get lost in older emails. Another great feature of using this platform is that you can redeem the gift card for various retail stores, restaurants, brands, etc. Basically, you can use Guusto gift cards at almost everywhere. What do you dislike about Guusto?

The only limitation that I think can be improved is the Currency change. The US Dollar gift cards can only be redeemed for US Brands and stores, which is a little disappointing if someone is not in the US and receives a US Dollar gift card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Guusto?

I like the structured ability to send recognition and praise to a fellow co-worker. It is great that the funds can be used for a very good selection of partner merchants and that your recipients can select where to spend their gift :) Guusto is very user friendly, and customer support is very responsive. What do you like best about Guusto?

I like the fact that the employee can choose whatever gift card they like, that way I don't pick something they won't use. It's also immediate recognition of the work, instead of waiting for me to go purchase gift cards, or get them sent in the mail. I've had 100% positive feedback from team members who have received Guusto cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Guusto and don't have any complaints. My only suggestion for future is to figure out how to transfer funds from US$ to CAN$. We have team members in both countries, and when I have to send a gift up to Canada, I have to ask another manager up there to issue the gift. Would be nice if I could transfer one (using current rates) from US$ to CAN$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
