I really like Guusto because it makes recognizing and rewarding people simple and meaningful. The platform is easy to use and helps teams feel appreciated for their hard work. I also like how quickly rewards can be sent, which makes recognition feel more personal and immediate. Guusto offers a variety of gift options, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it creates a positive experience and helps build a stronger and more motivated workplace culture.The integrated experience with Guusto is very smooth and user-friendly. I like how easily it connects recognition, rewards, and communication all in one platform. The system makes it simple to send rewards quickly without any confusion or complicated steps. Everything feels organized and efficient, which saves time and improves the overall experience for both employees and managers. Overall, the integrated experience helps create a more connected, positive, and appreciative work environment. The performance of the website is great. The pricing is and ROI is more than reasonable. Their is great costumer support and east onboarding. The AI intelegance is great as well.

One thing I dislike about Guusto is that some reward options can feel limited depending on the location or available vendors. At times, the platform can also feel a little repetitive if recognition messages are not personalized. I wish there were more customization features to make rewards and recognition feel even more unique. Occasionally, notifications or emails can become overwhelming when there are many updates at once. Overall, while the platform works well, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.

Guusto solves the problem of employees feeling unrecognized or unappreciated in the workplace by making it easy for managers and coworkers to give meaningful recognition and rewards. What I like best about Guusto is how simple and meaningful it makes employee recognition. One thing I dislike about Guusto is that the reward options and the redemption experience can sometimes feel limited, depending on the location or which merchants are available. From time to time, notifications or even account access can be a bit inconsistent as well, and that can take away from the overall user experience.

Guusto is solving the problem of employee recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in workplaces. It makes it easier for managers and organizations to appreciate employees quickly and fairly, which helps improve morale, motivation, and workplace culture. **What do you like best about Guusto?**

The team has been great to work with and has provided wonderful customer service. The process to onboard and integrate with workday, while time consuming, has been very smooth! I really like the ease of use of the portal and all of the administrative features like providing quarterly budgets to other workspaces, not allowing folks to send to themselves, only allowing sending to wayfair email addresses, and the visual and useful reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

There are only two downsides so far: 

1) The process to fund accounts is not as smooth as with all of our other vendors. I don't like the extra step of having to send an email to request an invoice. All of our other vendors attach the invoice on the backend within coupa without requiring this additional step of our team. This is something our team is not used to having to do and I am afraid it is going to continue to cause issues (already has). 

2) Our previous digital gift card vendor automatically converted currencies prior to sending GCs - e.g. if I am sending a GC to someone in the UK, I select to send a $100 GC in pounds and it tells that I am being charged $75 USD for it and the employee will automatically receive it in their local currency. This really seems like a baseline expectation to offer.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Guusto has solved for us is how easy it makes gifting to our employees - we are thrilled to finally have a gift card solution that notifies employees via text and also has a printable QR code redemption option. This has gone a long way to make providing employee rewards accessible to our deskless employee base.

I use Guusto for milestone things like work anniversaries and hitting targets, which helps in a busy workplace where recognition can be easily postponed. I like that Guusto is quick and actually gets used because it allows for immediate recognition without needing to set aside time or get approvals. It really makes people feel seen for their contributions and reinforces positive behavior. The account creation was very clear and easy with no technical issues. With more than 10,000 people at my company, it's nice to have a tool that works well for our size.

The variety of rewards options could be better. It covers many popular retailers but could use more variety. Also, the customization of recognition messages needs improvement.

What I like best about Guusto is how simple and meaningful it makes employee recognition. One limitation is the redemption options. It would be great if rewards could be added directly to widely used payment methods such as Mastercard, giving recipients more flexibility in how they use their rewards. Expanding redemption choices and making the process more seamless would improve the overall user experience

I love that I can use it at so many different merchants, and that it’s easy to access right from my email. I also really appreciate that my company uses Gussto for certain perks, and that I can use the gift cards anytime.

Sometimes it takes a while for the barcode to load so I can show it to the cashier, which can be a bit annoying.

It’s been very helpful for recognizing and rewarding employees. Right now, I’m using Guusto gift cards as the prize for a photo contest, and people were really engaged. They were also happy knowing the prize was a gift card they could use however they wanted.

Guusto is easy to use. My work gives us gift cards for Christmas and sometimes for other reasons and I just put the app on my phone and don't have to decide what to spend it on beforehand...I can load the amount and choose when I shop.  I can also use part of the funds one place and part another place.  It's so convenient.

**What do you dislike about Guusto?**

Just make sure you can access your work email while you’re out, especially if that’s the email address you used.

I am the employee, but Guusto is solving a satisfaction problem for all of the employees that receive one!! :D

I really like that my company provides us with gifts at least once a year and Guusto always makes it really easy to reedem gifts/transfer over to my phone. I feel like the ammount my company gives me is very generous and I just feel appreciated.

I wish they would bring back Amazon but that's about it

i really like how they keep it hassle free for me to redeem my gifts and I don't have to jump through hoops to get it. Last time I got mine, I just clicked on the merchant I wanted, it sent me a code and then it was ready for me to use.

I like that I can trust guusto, it’s easy to use and it’s accurate on tracking redeemed gift cards. There’s also a lot of options to stores that I love and visit frequently

There’s actually nothing I would change, it’s extremely easy to use and I love how I can view past redeem cards. I wish everyone used Guusto for gift cards

One time I redeemed a gift card to my company from another gift card site and I accidentally picked a US winners gift card which I can’t use in Canada or online which makes it really frustrating. Guusto would have never had this problem

**What do you like best about Guusto?**

I like how easy it is to setup Guusto for our rewards program. I think the dashboard and user interface was thoughtfully designed by the Guusto team. As a sales manager, using Guusto has helped to boost our team's performer, we have been able to grow our sales with the incentives that Guusto offers on the platform. I also like how quick and responsive the Support team is when called upon, they provide assistance and help to resolve issues without hassle.

I don't have any dislike for the Guusto platform, their team does an incredible job of constantly innovating and improving the features available on the platform.

Guusto has made it easy to reward both our new customers and  returning customers, our employees are not left out either. The monthly rewards for our best performing staff is a great morale booster for the team, it has created a very healthy competitive environment at the office.

Customer support is effective, easy to reach to and resolve issues if any.

It has many vendors that can be used for gift amount, covering different facets of life and need .

Nothing, as of now.
One thing I would like to mention is that we should have the option to move the amount from one vendor to another, so long it has not been encashed.

With Guusto, I’m able to use my gift card across multiple locations and apps. It’s easy to redeem the gift value, and it’s also simple to send gifts to friends, reward workers, and more.

During my time using Guusto, I’ve never had any issues redeeming gifts, using gift vouchers, or sending gifts to family and friends.

When I first started using Guusto, I wasn’t sure where these gift vouchers could be used or how easy the process would be. With their support, they guided me through it, and it ended up being much easier than I expected.

Guusto is super easy to use and provides a variety of redeemable cards from brands that I use regularly. It also provides a virtual Mastercard option that I can use anywhere! My company uses it for employee milestones, "Thank You" recognition for employees that go above and beyond or just a little moral boost after a tough week.

Nothing. It is super easy to use! If I had one dislike it would be understanding how to create an account - but that was a very minor learning curve for me.

It allows our team to thank employees quickly and easily with a reward that is actually wanted. No more gift certificates to a restaurant I don't like or recognition in a team meeting that, while means something, isn't exactly a tangible reward.

Also, the report function and tracking have both come in very handy and are something I use regularly.

So far so good - there was a bit of time I had to wait to secure my account and use of a credit card vs loading in funds with a cheque or transfer, but overall Guusto has been a positive experience.

It is straightforward to use as an employer, has good selection of vendors the recipient can use, and is easy to use for the recipient.

So far I am quite pleased with it, so no complaints as yet.

Our previous employee reward/recognition program accumulated points that the employee could only redeem for products that the program offered. The selection was not great and many employees sat on large amounts of unredeemed points because there was nothing they wanted from the selection the program had available. With Guusto the employee has a much wider range of vendors and therefore products to choose from, and even if their reward was not enough to outright purchase an item from one of those vendors, they can partially subsidize the purchase if they so choose with their Guusto redemption.

Really like how easy and efficient the system is to use. I can easily send multiple gifts at once, while still being able to personalize each message. The dashboard is great, and I like that I can scroll through other people's notes of recognition to help me stay informed about what's going on in the office and who are champions are in each business unit.

Ok, this is a small thing and maybe specific to my firm, but I really wish this was available via SSO.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely eliminates the need for me to go buy a gift card and then submit an expense report.  My budget is automatically allocated to the system each month and the system keeps track of what I've used/remaining.

I've actually noticed that more Leaders are inclined to proactively send out recognition messages or gifts because the tool is so handy. Anything that makes it easier for Leaders to recognize their employees or business partners is a great tool in my book! Recognition is often missed, but so important.

The best part of using Guusto is that the employee gets to choose how, when and where they use their credits. Guusto offers a wide variety of vendors to choose from. Employees can use their credits towards a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, travel, online shopping and much more.

Guusto is a gift card on steroids. Within the corporate environment, with locations all over the province...management is able to send gift cards with messages quickly and easily. On the recipient side the ease of use on the website and the vast options available make every gift card a personalized gift.

The only thing I dislike is that I didn't hear about it sooner, and other companies I have worked for didn't use it.

**What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our company wants to give an employee a gift card for performance or as an incentive, without Guusto it would have to be done in person. The card would have to be picked out, purchased, then delivered to the employee. The logistics of this for our company, with employees dispatched all over the province would make the practice unfeasible. Guusto allows us to send the right gift card to anyone, anywhere, any time.

I don’t love needing to redeem the gift inside Guusto first (rather than receiving a ready-to-use card immediately), since it adds a small extra step when I just want to use the reward quickly.
