Features are simple to use. You don't have to search/think about them, and if you get stuck the customer support is awesome, very responsive and willing to help. They have solution for every problem. I like the remote feature and it instantly solved my problem while uploading PDF. I got in touch with Beatrice and she was very helpful throughout. Agnes from the from the Business Development team was also helpful. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** I don't remember. You just need to drop the file on the website and it's done! I have 2 big catalogues, one is 100 pages and the second one is 200, I had no issues whatsoever uploading them. You can personalize how you want to show them, add your logo, your name. I upload 2 sets of books per year and all can be shared and displayed. And the best, for sharing your books you just need to copy the link and send it to your customers. In my case I integrated it to my website with a link to Flipsnack so my customers can download the books straight from my website. Flipsnack also let you know how many times your books have been checked and downloaded. It's that easy that I have not used Customer Support tools, but i assume they are a great as the whole platform. **What do you dislike about Flipsnack?** Nothing so far, I haven't found any issue as of today after 2 years of using it myself.
