The registration that goes through the website seamlessly flows into Salesforce CRM, and this integration is set up with EventMobi making the process much easier. Additionally, the initial setup of EventMobi seemed to be pretty seamless, as our IT team worked effectively with their IT team. **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** Some of the design features for virtual events could be expanded. There should be more native integrations, or native aspects where you don't need an integration or API integration. The scheduling and descriptions of events made life and coordination easier to navigate than other platforms I have used. The reminders of chosen events was a complete game changer! It integrated well with my iPhone so that I could use previous photos to update my profile. It even sent me notifications for the following sessions. This part is quite essential, as there was so much going on that I needed the reminders. I used the app for almost all my sessions, but it wasn't intrusive. **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** The only problem I had was that When I closed the app, it made me log in every time. I fount during this conference it was so simple and easy to just pull out my phone and see what keynote session or roundtable that I wanted to attend or listening in on and instead of searching or locating a piece of paper with all the infomation that I was looking for, I could just find it easliy on my phone and in the app! ### 22. This was on an iphone. I ended up having to use the phone mirroring on my apple laptop and airdrop the pdfs onto the desktop. I was not able ot open the PDFs from the phone directly. **What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having centralized communication that is up to date, organized, and clear. Helped me know where and what time my sessions at the event were - and to be able to actively engage in those sessions. ### 23. The Q&A feature was much better used this year allowing everyone to have an announomus voice for questions through the app. I think there was better uptake as our moderators did not have microphones for questions from the floor this year - all questions were filtered through the app and the auience was able to vote on the questions they wanted answered. **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** It would be great if the agenda automatically took you to the current time instead of having to scroll through the sessions. I also had a bit of a problem with the activity feed, it stopped loading on my phone. It would be really nice to be able to share videos on here too. **What problems is EventMobi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was a conference attendee, so it saved me from having to carry around a paper agenda. It also gave everyone a voice to ask questions. I personally didn't use the contcats feature much. ### 24. I loved everything about it from the attendee list, agenda, information in the agenda, the handouts, the list goes on. Mostly I liked the ability to ask questions in the app. It seemed to save time during sessions instead of waiting for people to raise their hands or pausing. We could ask questions throughout and they would get asked. It was also great to ask it when I thought of it, instead of waiting until the end so I didn't forget. I also liked the ability to message attendees. I was able to connect with someone that I hadn't connected yet to in a unique way as we found something in common. The announcements were also very helpful to keep us in the loop and on time. Normally, I'm a paper person when it comes to conferences so I can print out the descriptions of the sessions but this had everything! The activity feed was fun too! **What do you dislike about EventMobi?** My only issue, and maybe it was my settings, but unless I was in the app, I didn't get a notification for the announcements. I did get them when I received a message from another person. I like how you never have to re-login and the app always pulled up right away with no buffering or reloading required.
