I particularly love the ease of generating interactive content on Easygenerator. It saves me a lot of time and I can create eye-catching content with a fraction of the cost compared to other solutions. Me and my team can also collaborate on creating the content and the trainings can be used directly on our internal learning portal thanks to the ease of integration. Understanding the tool itself was also quite easy, there were ample resources to learn how to use Easygenerator and any time I had any doubts I found the FAQ section to be quite useful. The overall performance of the tool is beyond satisfactory, I can always rely on it to deliver the trainings even in time critical situations. What do you like best about Easygenerator?

What I like best about Easygenerator is its ability to create genuinely interactive training experiences, rather than simply generating a video or PowerPoint presentation. The courses encourage learners to actively engage with the content through interactive elements, questions and activities, rather than passively watching a video or clicking through slides.

I believe this makes a real difference to the learning experience. It encourages people to pay attention, think about what they are learning and demonstrate their understanding as they progress through the training. Having used other AI-powered training and content creation tools, I really appreciate that Easygenerator focuses on creating an engaging learning experience, not just presenting information. It makes developing effective, professional training accessible and enjoyable, and I genuinely love using it.

What do you think about the integrations and performance?

I have been really pleased with the integration options available, particularly the ability to use SCORM packages within our learning management system and share training through direct links. This flexibility makes it easy to distribute training in different ways depending on the audience and requirements.

The platform has been simple and straightforward to use, and I have not experienced any performance issues or received any negative feedback from learners. Overall, the integrations and usability have worked very well for our needs.

What do you think about the pricing?

We initially participated in a trial of Easygenerator, and following that experience, I was confident enough in the product to proceed with an individual licence for my own use.

There is a significant need for this type of software within our organisation, and I see real potential for us to expand its use in the future, either through an enterprise solution or by providing access to additional members of our team.

I consider the pricing very reasonable for the value the platform provides, particularly in terms of the quality of training we can create, the time saved through AI-assisted content development and the flexibility it offers. I see it as a worthwhile investment with significant potential for wider organisational use.

What do you think about support and onboarding?

The support and onboarding we received during our trial were absolutely fantastic. We had regular weekly touchpoints with the Easygenerator team, which gave us the opportunity to ask questions, discuss our needs and get the most out of the platform.

Personally, I found the experience so straightforward that I rarely had any issues or questions that needed resolving. The team were supportive, approachable and proactive throughout the trial, which gave me real confidence in both the product and the company behind it.

What has your experience been with the AI capabilities?

Overall, I have been very impressed with the AI capabilities, including the ability to create training content efficiently and work across different languages. I have used translations into multiple languages without encountering any significant issues.

As with any AI-powered tool, there can occasionally be terminology or contextual nuances that require review and refinement. However, these have been minor considerations rather than broader limitations of the translation capabilities.

I find Easygenerator to be a pretty intuitive platform with lots of bells and whistles that you usually find on more expensive platforms. I really enjoy the training programs; they're helpful for learning the platform and understanding its capabilities. The trainers are knowledgeable and can answer questions on the spot, which is great. I really like the interactive elements—they add a lot to the courses. I love Easygenerator's intuitive structure right from the start. It's simple and understandable, both for creators and general users. I didn't need to make a quick video for users to figure out how to navigate - they just got it and even responded to tests, which was great for ensuring knowledge retention. The system's features for creating training, either from scratch or with AI support, are amazing as a starting point to create learning materials more easily. I love how Easygenerator combines features for video creation with those of LXT Authoring, making it easier to manage and understand. The professional templates it offers require fewer steps to format correctly compared to LXT Authoring. The translate option is also fantastic, as it makes knowledge transfer easier across different global regions at Webasto. I would say it gets lagged. I'm not sure if this is because of the low quality of internet at Webasto offices in MX, but my colleague from the US has also told me that it gets very lagged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Easygenerator simplifies training in our fast-paced environment, making it easier to distribute training globally without needing to meet in person. I love how easy it is to create and populate questions because it comes with a lot of base materials, so I don't have to start from scratch. The addition of AI is fantastic; it helps generate answers and organizes my thoughts effortlessly. Uploading videos and creating interactive elements like blocks and pop-ups is something I love because it makes training more engaging and interesting, particularly for visual learners like myself. The last time I used Easygenerator, I couldn't edit video uploads within the platform itself. I love that you can upload videos, but it lacks the ability to add things like words or captions directly on them. You also can't integrate audio to make the videos more engaging. It's a bit of a hassle since I like using videos and I'm a visual person. I hope this has been updated since I haven't explored it recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Easygen for almost everything, technical courses, professional and personal development courses to digital onboarding. It is affordable and very easy to use. We can embed things from canva, youtube, gforms etc. And most importantly the support team responses within minutes whenever I reach out to them. Stepan, Anna, Veronica, Saif, each and everyone of them.

Performance needs improvement and it lags sometimes.

Easy AI and the Voice Narration are so far my favorites in Easygen. Easy AI helps refine the content within the course builder and there is no use to pay for extra LLM. The narration tool from eleven labs some times skips or under pronounce words but is good overall.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not being able to add learners to multiple courses. I have to go to each course and add emails their separately & Not being able to change the email of the learner, one loose all the progress if their email is changes by the company due to some reason.

I would like if managers could have visibility of their teams, what we do now is download the complete learner report and then vlookup with the email and then send the report to the managers for their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create visually stimulating content with pre-set blocks going beyond just text vs image especially the interactive blocks, walkthroughs and scenarios are just fantastic but importantly the pre-set blocks also provide enough flexibility for when I need to go a little off-track too. I love the ability to start from an existing document too. I am also pleasantly surprised that each time I come back to it after some time away, there's usually a fantastic new feature to try out as it keeps evolving and improving. Even when there's a new tool the GUI is so intuitive that it rarely takes me long to find out how to utilise the new feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love there to be a little more by way of built-in control of access somewhere between sharing a link and creating your own front-end or using an LMS. A time restriction where access remains available for e.g. 3 months, 6 months, 12 months etc We use this as a supplementary tool where we provide this as an add-on to a hardware purchase and don't wish to have customers having permanent access to content. I really enjoy the interactive modules, such as Card sorting, Flip cards, Hotspot on image, Walkthrough, and Scenario. They make it simple to build engaging content by letting learners click through cards, sort them, and move step by step through a visual walkthrough. I also like the "Easyvideo" feature, which lets me create videos with avatars. In my experience, learners appreciate having someone talk to them instead of having to rely only on reading text. One of my favourite features, Easyvideo, is also the one I’ve struggled with the most. The AI-generated voice had a lot of glitches, inserting weird sounds in the middle of sentences. I often had to shorten my scripts, replace words with simpler, easy-to-read ones, and regenerate my video multiple times. Sometimes I even had to create separate parts for a single video just to keep the scripts short. However, once I merged those parts, it was obvious the video had been cut into different pieces.

What I’ve noticed is that for very short videos (just a few seconds), it worked fine, but anything longer than a minute or two had many more glitches. I believe Easygenerator is constantly improving these tools, and I’m hopeful these issues will be addressed, because video generation with Easyvideo is my favourite tool. Easygenerator has taken many steps to make creating online learning content almost as simple as pressing a button. Where we used to spend hours building multilingual courses, it’s now a much more straightforward process of selecting what we need and clicking through.

On top of that, Easygenerator is constantly developing its product and rolling out new features and improvements, which makes a real difference in our day-to-day work throughout the year. They also show genuine interest in our feedback: their consultants have proactively reached out to ask for our input and to discuss the issues we’ve raised.

In the early phases of working with Easygenerator, there were a few “Kinderkrankheiten” (infant maladies, as Germans say), even with simple features like moving a text block to another page. These issues, however, have been fixed by now.

What I like most is the intuitive design and the wide range of options for creating educational content. Thanks to such a broad spectrum of tools, course developers (like me) can create incredible courses. I also really appreciate the company’s responsiveness and speed of support.
