It has enables us with an enhanced customer experience, scalability, customized product curation, excellent recommendation algorithm and an overall increased efficiency of the working model. **What do you dislike about DropGenius?** Since, this is a budding AI integrated platform I have observed some basic errors due to the AI responses which needs to be run thorugh a human in order to get rectified. Hence, the algorithm needs to be updated. The embedded advertising is not always effective in the business it needs more addons. **What problems is DropGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my project we were going with the traditional dropshipping features but post switching it with DropGenius a new horizon of features is there for us improvise and explore. The major issue resolved by the platform is that DropGenius has completely automated the dropshipping side of the business. And this has shown exponential growth in sales too ### 2.
