The UI also feels more fluid and responsive. It truly serves the purpose and does stand on what it's built for. The e-sign feature is really useful with multi party signature support. It natively uses advanced Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) which is considered most secure. So I can safely use it without any compliance concerns. Their blogs and youtube tutorials are also regularly updated and very helpful goto resource for any issues. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** Nothing major that I think needs improvement. Very satisfied with overall experience with docupilot so far. One minor thing is currently generated document urls have default validity of 24 hours and overriden to max of 3 days. They were excellent, easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly to my queries, which was very helpful. I liked that Docupilot would create a nice end product in response to what we asked for, which was exactly what we wanted. It was able to format specific information into a correctly presented Word document, gathering all the necessary data accurately and correctly. It did everything we asked for, making our end product deliverable to families. Additionally, Docupilot was considerably more cost-effective compared to HotDocs. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** In the end, it didn't solve the problem of having to put all the information into forms and then those forms creating the template. Existing AI tools now can eliminate time-consuming steps, such as looking at PDFs and manually importing data into Google Forms to be parsed by Docupilot. It took several months to figure out the setup, which was a complicated and time-consuming process. **What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docupilot initially helped with creating automated templates based on testing data, making document presentation accurate and well-formatted. However, it required manually inputting information and wasn't as efficient as newer AI tools for parsing PDFs directly. Thinkific allows for the creation of certificates, but not the ability to import certificates from institutions of higher learning or government agencies that I use. Docupilot allowed me to upload a unique government form to be sent automatically. Customer support was timely and helpful, moving me from a plan that didn't fit my business use to one that does. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** It took some effort for me and my limited computing skills to realize that I needed Zapier working together with Docupilot. That is on me, not on Docupilot. **What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I offer a class on Thinkific and at the end of the class the students receive a certification form from a government agency. I would have to manually complete the form and send it to them via email. This took time to complete and often resulted in students not receiving the form until a day or two after completing the class. Circulation of documents across checking in multiple teams is also centralised where we don't have depend on many forms to get approvals done. Thanks to Gdrive once a file is generated it appears in a folder in my laptop. It was very easy to implement. I connected my CRM Follow Up Boss to Docupilot and then Docupilot to my Google Drive. I use the on a weekly basis. It just sits ther in the back and I just create a tag in Follow Up Boss and the magic happens by itself. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** When I find there is a mistake in my document. I need to open my .docx in my computer and then upload it. If it would automaticaly read the files from my Google Drive folder with Templates. Multiple groups have come to understand it in a short amount of time and, using Airtable and Zapier, we have complete document lifecycle in place now. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** There is nothing I can say about disliking DocuPilot at this time. Nearly a perfect platform for its purpose. **What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to generate multi-page documents from database information and we use Airtable for our relational db management. Airtable only does single-page docgen and many of the other potential workarounds out there are too convoluted to use or explain to end users in my company. We are able to use DocuPilot across all functions of the company and not only for large one-off multi-page docgens but for actual doc workflow because we have also attached DocuPilot to our Box environment. The platform was extremely intuitive and easy to use and navigate. The sequencing of tokens, conditions, tables, etc., was a tad difficult in the beginning for a new user. However, the Support team was absolutely incredible with assisting in helping me create the document. Their help guides online were also helpful as I was able to go to those to help me get an idea of how to create the sequence I needed for the output to work appropriately. The output was spot on and there were numerous options on how to get the documents from Docupilot to your own drives. Overall, this was a seamless process thanks to the help of Docupilot and their Support team. You can't go wrong with utilizing Docupilot! **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** Honestly, there weren't any issues with Docupilot that made me dislike the platform. The only thing was there were minor nuisances that had to be perfectly coded in order to get the output you needed. However, with those minor issues that occurred, the support team was there to help within hours, oftentimes minutes, to assist me with the creation of my documents. **What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to create one form that would allow for conditioning of specific situations for mass exporting purposes. Docupilot allowed for utilizing only one form and removed the duplicative work associated with having to use multiple spreadsheets and multiple forms like you need in mailmerge when trying to get the result we needed. The key feature that Docupilot provides is the ability to create the formatted output template in MS Office apps (Word, Excel). The template is uploaded to Docupilot and then mapped to the data in Airtable via an Airtable integration extension. Being able to create the templates using Word and Excel is much easier than using a drag-and-drop editor, which is an approach with some competitive products. There are also some good tools that use G-Suite apps for creating templates, but my client uses MS Office which made Docupilot the right tool for them. I was able to set up the Airtable extension, create a test template, map the data fields and create an export document in a couple hours. Docupilot's support team is also very helpful and responsive, even when I was initially using a trial version to test their product. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** Documentation is ok, but could use more detail and examples. When you upload an Excel-based template, it renders weirdly in the Docupilot UI although it works properly when you generate an output from Airtable. **What problems is Docupilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** My client uses Airtable to manage marketing tactics across their various customer engagement channels. Many of these tactics are used to promote their partners, who pay to be promoted on my client's website. Docupilot allows me to generate word documents from a template directly inside Airtable. It is difficult to find an app that generates a Word document and I was pleased to discover Docupilot has this option. While setting up my templates, I received assistance from Docupilot using their helpful videos and via email. In cases when I couldn't reach them immediately, they got back to me by email within a reasonable amount of time. While setting up and testing your template, you are allowed to use a testing mode so it does not use up your monthly credits. This is especially important if you are on a lower tier plan. **What do you dislike about Docupilot?** No cons to mention about Docupilot.
