I like that I can load multiple templates that integrate easily with Airtable. The interface is intuitive. It has a great amount of delivery methods which is also very helpful. I've had no issues with performance since using Docupilot. I don't have a specific figure for ROI, but this streamlines our SOP process and increases the speed in which we can get them done. The only issue I had was when I first started using it, I didn't understand how the tokens worked. I used an external AI source to help me through that learning curve. I love this platform for its ability to inter convert document formats like Excel, PDF, PPT, DOC etc. This platform can also merge and E validate even without signing in to the platform. I love the capability of the platform to generate contracts, invoices and more easily without any code. I love the ability to create template. I also love the integration of this platform with platforms like Zapier, Airtable, Typeforms etc. I love the user friendliness of this platform. The onboarding of this platform was quick and easy. I also love the bulk merging of this platform. I feel that the performance of this platform is also reliable. I love most part of this platform but the template creation process may be confusing for some users so getting trained from someone with experience in using this platform would make the user more efficient faster. I also feel that the pricing of this platform can be made a little more moderate. I also wish that there was more customization of this platform. Frankly, efficiency and effectiveness of task execution is increase by enabling auto merging of documents which otherwise would have needed a constant human involvement.
