The mobile application enables technicians to record on-site information with their smartphones or tablets instead of descriptive and prescriptive paper forms. **What do you dislike about doForms?** When there is no internet connection, doForms appears to have limited functionality. This may be unhelpful when field technicians have constrained or inconsistent Internet connection, which may slow down data acquisition and reporting. **What problems is doForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** doForms is still very helpful in reduce the field data collection since it has an ability to take and submit the data through mobile application. Personally, the choice to send automatic PDF reports and forms is tremendous and can save some time to convert.
