## Divi Reviews
  ### 1. Divi 5 Is a Game-Changer: Intuitive Visual Editing with World-Class Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levent E. | Agency Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi 5 is an absolute game changer for web designers. The new Flex and Grid system, the Variable Manager, and the revamped Theme Builder give you full creative control without writing a single line of code. The visual editing experience is incredibly intuitive, and the responsive design tools make it easy to create pixel-perfect layouts across all devices. Divi 5 feels like a completely new product while still keeping everything familiar for long-time users. On top of that, the support is world-class – patient, thorough, and genuinely dedicated to solving your problems. For me, there's simply no alternative.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Honestly, there's very little to complain about. Since Divi 5 is still in its beta phase, there are occasional minor bugs – but that's expected and the team is actively fixing them. The support is always there to help with workarounds until a proper fix is released. Nothing that would stop me from using Divi as my go-to tool for every project.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi allows me to build professional, fully responsive websites for my clients without depending on developers or custom coding. It speeds up my entire workflow – from initial design to final delivery. The Theme Builder lets me create consistent layouts across all pages, and the new Flex and Grid system in Divi 5 means I can handle even complex layouts visually. This saves me time, reduces costs for my clients, and lets me focus on what matters most: great design and user experience.

  ### 2. Divi’s Visual Builder + 2,000+ Layouts: A Powerful, Great-Value Website Builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olderico C. | ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi is a powerhouse in the WordPress ecosystem, blurring the line between a theme and a full website builder. Its standout feature is the Visual Builder, a front-end drag-and-drop interface that allows you to design pages in real-time without touching a line of code. This makes it incredibly accessible for beginners, while its deep design controls satisfy advanced developers. The included library of over 2,000 pre-made layouts is a massive time-saver for getting projects started quickly. Easy to implement and great customer service.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

However, Divi is not without faults; it can be "heavy" on performance, requiring fast hosting and optimization to load quickly. There is also the issue of "shortcode lock-in," meaning if you ever switch themes, your content structure may break. Despite this, the lifetime access pricing model makes it arguably the best value for money for freelancers and agencies building multiple sites.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi primarily solves the problem of technical barriers to entry and workflow inefficiency for web creators. It bridges the gap between a rigid template and custom coding

  ### 3. Reliable, Flexible Website Builder with Helpful Support and Great Lifetime Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

We’ve been using Divi for several years to build client websites, and it’s been a reliable solution for our team. It offers a strong balance of flexibility and ease of use, which makes it a great fit for both development and design. The customer support has been consistently helpful, and the lifetime license has provided excellent long-term value for our company.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I don’t have many complaints overall. Because of my development background, I’m generally able to work around limitations or customize things as needed, so I rarely run into something I can’t solve within Divi.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies and speeds up the website build process by giving us a flexible framework to design and develop sites efficiently. At the same time, it makes it easier for clients to manage basic updates themselves, which reduces back-and-forth and saves time for both sides.

  ### 4. Flexible, Intuitive WordPress Builder with Stellar Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathy L. | Owner/Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I love Divi's flexibility and the huge variety of modules it offers, making it a great base for all our WordPress website builds. The integration with key plugins works well, and clients find it easy to navigate their own site updates. The backend navigation is very clean and intuitive, saving a lot of time in client training. We love the quick and easy variations for mobile, tablet, and desktop views, which save a ton of time in testing and building sites. The initial setup with Elegant Themes was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Sometimes we need to revert to CSS to override some of Divi's functions to create the customization we want. The media library with optimized images means you have two versions of every image showing - it's unnecessary.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Divi flexible with a variety of modules, integrating well with plugins. It saves training time due to its intuitive navigation and quick device view adjustments, which streamline testing and building. Clients also easily update sites post-launch.

  ### 5. Easy Website Builder, But Bloated Updates Are Slowing It Down

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan W. | Head of Digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Its easy and simple to use for a webite builder for someone without a huge knowleadge of technical web developer skills. Lots of documents and support only is available.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Bloated core files, updates that seem to break more things than it fixes and how slow its getting with new releases. There has been alot of features that have been promised but not been delivered.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to create websites without knowing code in a quick and easy manner.

  ### 6. Makes Building Professional Websites Simple and Easy to Maintain

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tonja H. | Owner and Technology Administrator, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

It makes building functional, professional websites quite simple and easy to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Some of the interface is less intuitive than I would like, but I believe that has been addressed with Divi 5 - I'm excite to build my next site using Divi 5.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can build my own website instead of paying someone thousands of dollars to build it for me. I can also integrate the tools and functions I need using plugins, and make changes and updates whenever I want.

  ### 7. Intuitive Visual Builder with Flexible Layouts and Ready-Made Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izel I. | Digital Marketing Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I like how intuitive the visual builder is. It makes designing pages easy without coding and gives me a lot of flexibility to customize layouts and there are ready templates through divi express as well.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

It can feel a bit heavy and sometimes slows down the site, especially with more complex pages.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to design and update my website without coding, which saves time and lets me quickly test and launch new pages.

  ### 8. Versatile Website Builder with Stellar Community Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Retired digital marketing agency owner and author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I like the Divi community and the wealth of plugins and themes, which extend usability. The support and design choices available in Divi offer more options than the native, built-in WordPress themes, which often come with limitations and very basic options.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The contact form could have enhanced spam protection and have a built-in SMTP somehow. As it is, the contact form has had issues sending with shared hosting environments for some users such as myself. It took several weeks to really get up to speed using Divi as a theme and page-builder.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi creates beautiful, drag-and-drop website designs that enhance Gutenberg's basics. I appreciate the community, plugins, themes, and support, which extend usability beyond WordPress themes' limitations.

  ### 9. Responsive Web Design, But Too Many Gaps in the Experience

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxime L. | 👨‍💻 Dompteur de Google et du Web (Référencement, Analytics, Création de site), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

It's a responsive solution for the webdesign on the website I used

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I think it's difficult to create complexe webdesign with Divi contrary to other solution on Wordpress.
The system of margin and container are not really easy to use

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to schedule and easy to modify existing content

  ### 10. Elegant Visual Builder with Room for Ecommerce Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas V. | Software Consultant, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I really love using Divi for building WordPress websites because of its intuitive and powerful visual builder, which easily outshines other market options like the Gutenberg editor that is shipped with WordPress. Divi's visual builder simplifies complex web design, making the process significantly more efficient and enjoyable. I appreciate Divi's excellent SEO optimization, which helps my websites perform better in search engine rankings. Its performance optimization tweaks ensure smooth operation, and the beautiful icons enhance the visual appeal of my projects. Divi also offers a lifetime license, which is a fantastic value as I pay once and get to use it forever. This kind of licensing is rare in the market and adds great value. The inclusion of templates significantly accelerates my workflow by allowing quicker deployment of new websites. I find Divi's recent addition of a marketplace, where I can purchase additional features, a clever expansion that broadens its functionality. The marketplace is quite elegant, fittingly in line with Divi's aesthetic and usability standards. Additionally, Divi is lightweight considering its capabilities, making it perfect for many years of use. Finally, the setup process is straightforward; once you make a purchase and upload it to your WordPress site, it works out of the box for most setups, ensuring a smooth integration into my projects. Divi's combination of design versatility, performance, and ease of use makes it a standout choice for WordPress site creation.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I find Divi's capabilities lacking in the eCommerce domain, where there's not much happening that could benefit from improvement. The contact form feature is also not perfect, specifically its integration with reCAPTCHA, which could be improved to provide a better user experience. There is also issue with the caching sometimes. Additionally, there are sometimes issues with portability, especially when moving from one domain to another, which can be problematic. Lastly, while Divi should usually work well with WordPress, it sometimes faces compatibility issues with other plugins, which needs to be monitored closely.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Divi for its intuitive visual builder, SEO optimization, and performance tweaks, allowing me to build websites faster and more elegantly. The lifetime license is cost-effective and the templates enhance my productivity.

  ### 11. Excellent WP builder with amazing customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafal S. | Front End Developer and Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I have been using Divi for years, this builder is easy to learn to use it, and if there's something you don't know, the support team always responds quickly. There's also a great community around Divi as well the forums. Elegant Themes have been always on top with updates, and new features, they always listen to their clients.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Not every software is perfect, sometimes the builder can slow down while you are building the page, Elegant Themes has improved that with frequent updates and websites tend to load faster now. Divi Marketplace can be expensive with some of their third party offerings, watch out for those yearly subscriptions renewing at full price after the sale.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After building the website, Diivi is so well build that my customers are doing their own updates. It takes the load of my plate and allows me to focus on next project.

  ### 12. Divi: Feature-Rich and Well-Documented

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | IT and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Extensive number of features and good implementation information.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

With the upgrade to Divi 5, the workflow is somewhat confusing compared to V4.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvement of speed and an array of improvements for easier website building.

  ### 13. Easy to Use and Client-Friendly for Website Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Ease of use, familiarity and excellent to hand over to clients to edit their websites with.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The new Divi 5 interface is still buggy, and slower than previous.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website building with lots of customisable controls, easy for clients to use too.

  ### 14. Been working with divi for years, and support from the folks at DIVI is amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerard P. | Founder | Strategic Cloud Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

No coding. Well CSS stuf if you need to, but coding html and javascript is dated when it comes to most websites that are build for SME's out there. The extensive possibilities, automatic alignment and layouts for different devices is super. Besides application speficic, there's no way that you can code against this for most websites.

A note about support: I was setting up a specific blurb as a 'floating featured section' for my company website. I was well underway but ran into some esthetic and layout snags. I've contacted DIVI support for the best approach for this. I was so impressed with their skills. They help me tweak up to the last detail and making it look correct on different viewports where it was supposed to behave differently. And you receive a video explanation on how they do it.

I have a weakness for craftsmanship, and I can truly say these guys are magicians when I comes to tuning layouts.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Nothing, as long as you know what your'e doing. I've seen people drown in building their own website for weeks. The good/bad thing with Divi is that anything is possible :)

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Managed cloud services company that also manages websites, you want a professional style and no headaches when running updates. I've seen so many website break when people build their own. I've never had any issues with Divi.

  ### 15. If "staying true to the tribe" was a company....

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel V. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I would have to say their work ethic innovation and tenacity is the best thing about divi, Because without their team absolutely crushing it and providing content updates and improvements, they wouldn't have lasted as long as they have as a leader, even despite the detractors.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The fact that divi 5 isn't released yet as of right now.

In the past some of my biggest gripes which I hope have been solved in this new update that's coming have had to do with problems with accessibility and speed optimization but speed optimization has drastically improved for the output of sites it creates and my understanding is that the new update will even more dramatically improve the performance of the builder itself.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to building websites there's not much that they aren't solving. This tool allows you to visually design top tier looking sites with engaging and interactive elements and conversion optimized modules and features that no other builder has been able to deliver with such control flexibility and ease of use

  ### 16. Great Adaptability and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy H. | Webdesigner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Adaptability and outstanding support. Great freedom of creation

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

sometimes slow, automatization is not intuitive

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating a bulder that helps my clients change some content on the website with no training or knowledge

  ### 17. Always super fast support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo L. | Business owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Divi?**

The ease of use and the incredible support that's provided by the team.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

In some places, such as the form module, you cannot change the H tag for the success message. This then adds a H2 tag randomly through the content when using a sidebar for a newsletter signup. Not the end of the world but just wish we could change it.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Build websites for myself and my clients really easily.

  ### 18. Divi Elegant Theme Website Builder Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Does not integrate the best with Yoast SEO tool when trying to review content.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building websites or landing pages for various clients in the home improvement industry and tech industry.

  ### 19. Divi makes building websites a breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Araceli G. | Web designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I've been using Divi for years, and it’s my go-to tool for creating beautiful, functional websites.
I love it because is incredibly versatile and works perfectly with WordPress and most plugins, which is a huge plus. The interface is super intuitive, making it easy for my less tech-savvy clients to manage their sites on their own. On top of that, the support team is fantastic—they’re quick to respond and really helpful whenever I’ve needed them.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike. Sometimes, very advanced customizations might need a bit of CSS knowledge, but that’s easy to handle with their excellent documentation and support team.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi simplifies the entire web design process. It saves me time by providing a flexible, drag-and-drop interface while still allowing for advanced customizations when needed. It’s also a great tool for empowering clients—thanks to its intuitive editor, they can confidently update their websites without constantly relying on me. This makes my workflow more efficient and keeps my clients happy, which is a win-win.

  ### 20. Support Crushes It - Program is Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George H. | Owner / Serial Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I have been a user of Divi for about 5 years now. Published between a dozen and two dozen websites. It's excellent for somebody like me who is somewhere between a novice and an expert. There's no coding required and it makes building a website really easy and really pretty compared to other "themes"

Support always seems to be near instant. They have a feature on the backend you can turn on so support can look at your website. They even fix problems that lie outside of divi - example being a feature was turned on in jetpack that was showing "related content" and I couldn't find the issue. (I thought it was a reading settings issue or divi theme related). Support found it and problem fixed in just minutes.

I'll never go else where. Thank you divi.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I genuinely have no complaints. Divi does a great job

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have very little idea how to code, but want to build pretty websites. Their visual builder allows it.

  ### 21. Divi - Best website builder with amazing support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I've been building websites for over 15 years and I've tried and tested all the major website builders available. In my experience, Divi is way ahead of all the other builders. I've been using it since 2017 on daily basis and highly recommend it to everyone in the industry. It's very intuitive, easy to implement and integrate with all the major plugins. Also, their support is very knowledgeable and resolves the issues (that hardly ever appear) really quickly.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

In my experience so far (since 2017), I didn't find any downsides to using Divi.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an issue with importing a premade layout for a blog page. There was no actual issue, I've chosen a wrong blog layout setting and didn't spot it. I've submitted a support request and in less than 30 mins I've received an email that my problem is fixed with full explanation of what I did wrong and screenshots in addition that explanation. I was delighted!

I’m a big fan of Divi, especially because it offers a lifetime license, making it a valuable long-term investment. What truly sets Divi apart, however, is their excellent customer support. Recently, I encountered an issue, and Reshma from India efficiently resolved it, making the process smooth and stress-free. Great product and even better support!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Honestly, I can’t argue anything negative at the moment, as every feature I’ve needed has had a solution.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently, I needed help changing an icon in the default Divi menu, despite already having a custom footer through the theme builder. Reshma from India provided prompt and effective assistance, resolving my issue smoothly and efficiently.

  ### 26. Great Support!

Divi has still a lot of flexibility, so that you can be creative.
The Customer support ist wonderful: The support is made in a way that is so easy to understand for a non-techy like me.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Sometimes, it takes a lot of time to switch between the builder and the result after leaving the builder, vice versa.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi delivers the basic programming, that I would not be able to do and a lot of nice templates.

  ### 27. Simple design with many possibilities

Divi makes it super easy to design websites using drag-and-drop, without any programming knowledge. There are many beautiful templates, and you can customize almost everything. Perfect for beginners! Support has been excellent so far!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Sometimes the page loads a bit slowly when many effects are used. Additionally, it's difficult to switch to another theme later because Divi uses its own shortcodes.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to build a website without coding :)

  ### 28. Very Intuitive and all in one WP Builder

It is very user freindly and the amount of options it provides is massive, you can customize the website any way you want with little coding language plus the template library is huge and covers almost every use case for website category.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The subscription model is a turn down for me as I am willing to pay but one time not every year or month.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was in need of a responsive and highly customizable website builder in wordpress. and Divi solves that issue as I can create websites very easiliy now

**What do you like best about Divi?**

The support I get from Elegant Themes is amazing. I had a problem creating flip cards without a plugin and they were very quick to respond and we got to the right solution. I'm very grateful for their continued support.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

In the past I've had issues with the Divi theme being slow to load but I haven't encountered that recently.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've decided to stick with Divi because I'm most familiar with it and I get great support. It's very flexible and has a lot of features that I enjoy using and learning. Because it's so flexible, it's very easy to create unique websites with great features.

  ### 30. DIVI's customer service shines again!

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I find their customer support some of the best I''ve ever come across.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I wish they would internalize some of the features that their 3rd party plugin developers add so as to avoid necessary expenses. i.e. :
DIVI engine ACF modules.
List formatting.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Liking the DIVI cloud a whole lot because reusing succesfully modules, sections, rows, elements is a great time saver,.

  ### 31. The almost perfect page builder

**Reviewed by:** Christophe P. | Website developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

It is a leading builder for Wordpress. Powerful, efficient and user-friendly. The support (VIP) is cheap and very good.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

DIvi 4 is sometimes too slow, it sometimes slows me down in my work. I'm waiting for version 5 which promises to significantly improve this defect.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build beautiful, complex web pages quickly.

  ### 32. Seamless Design and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy Ann B. | Marketing And Public Relations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I've been using Divi Builder for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with its capabilities. The intuitive interface makes designing websites a breeze, allowing me to bring my creative visions to life with ease. The range of modules and customization options is impressive, giving me the flexibility to craft unique and stunning websites for my clients.

Moreover, the support team at Divi is top-notch. Whenever I've encountered an issue or had a question, they've been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth user experience is truly commendable. With Divi Builder and their excellent support, I feel confident tackling any web design project that comes my way.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

It is nothing really to do with Divi but having to go through tutorials to get my head around everything. I wish I just knew everything. But then their VIP support is always 100% on hand to help. Exceptional service!

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi's intuitive interface and wide range of design elements likely streamlined my website design process, saving me time and effort. Its extensive customization options and modules have afforded me more creative freedom in designing websites, allowing me to bring your unique visions to life. Their amazing support team have minimed downtime and frustration.

**Official Response from Kelsey Brown:**

  ### 33. Best Visual Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

You can do almost anything with Divi. The pages load quickly, and they are very focused on compatibility (unlike Elementor). Divi is not only the best builder but also the cheapest, by far. The learning curve is very short, and you can create high-quality websites in no time. The customer support is good, but I pay $8 for VIP support, which is extremely fast and available by chat, helping a lot to solve issues while you're building your websites.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Right now they're developing Divi 5, but it's taking quite a lot of time to get there. I'm here for the long run, but it's taking a long time.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Page speed, fast design, easy import & export of pages, modules and sections

**Official Response from Kelsey Brown:**

> Thank you, David! We're grateful for your kind review. We're thrilled that you've utilized our Divi VIP support services, and have found this so valuable. We're getting closer and closer to completing Divi 5, and we hope you enjoy this after release! Thank you again for choosing our services and for being a valued member of our community. :)

  ### 34. Site building for a visual designer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi fits my experience as visual designer. I am able to craft a site based on the visual creation style I've always employed as a designer, and still end up with a site that is technically sound. In the past I avoided site design due to the sterile world of code and not being able to respond to the design process by visual feedback. Also when I do run into a technical sticky point the support is extremely fast and accurate. The design features in Divi are vast, and designed for a visually based person like myself to use in a ways that are similar to eother design software. Divi is easy to learn and implement, and the support helps with areas that require a bit more experience. After building the first site for my own use I am now offering sites to various clients.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I haven't encountered any downsides. None.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating visually based sites that fit with the rest of a design program offered to clients.

**Official Response from Kelsey Brown:**

> Thank you for your awesome review, Chris! We're so happy to hear Divi fits your needs perfectly for visually building your websites, and that you're now offering your services to clients! Cheers to building many more websites in the future. :)

  ### 35. Divi product and services are outstanding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Birgitta Dogg B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

The theme is absolutely the best I've tried in any web design in the past. Intuitive, easy to implement and offer a diverse set of tools to work with. Their customer service is genuinly great for any users with any experience. Clear cut great service team.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The AI feature is new and can be hectic to work properly but with better trained data we will get even better results that suits our needs.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use and time to market

  ### 36. I have been used DIVI since 3 years and the support is amazing

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Nothing, because i find the solution complete

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No code

  ### 37. Divi and Divi support are amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tess R. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Support is amazing. I have VIP support and it's really good. There is nothing you can't do with Divi and if stuck, just reach out to their awesome support. I find it the best and most cost effective page builder framework and their AI is amazing too. It's got a bit of a learning curve but there are a lot of videos and great tutorials as well as the incredible support.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

There's not much I dislike but I do think it's possible to get a few better designs in one of the other page builders but the cost is so crazy and the alternative has a lot of security issues and is constantly being hacked. I haven't had this issue with Divi.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes building websites on WP very easy and fast.

**Official Response from Kelsey Brown:**

> Thank you for your fantastic feedback, Tess! We are thrilled to hear that you have been able to take full advantage of our Divi VIP and Divi AI services and have enjoyed them. Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with us! :)

  ### 38. BEST tech support EVER!!!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I love the ease of building with DIVI modules. As a beginning builder, it is fantastic for creating the look and functionality of my sites!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Sometimes it doesn't play nice with. plug ins. But with even a basic membership to Elegant Themes, tech support is AWESOME.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi is so user-friendly, I don't have to know code at all. It's a beautiful builder.

  ### 39. Amazing Builder & Layouts - Consistently Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ren C. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I love the control over nearly every aspect of the layouts, from font spacing and line height to mobile variations to just about every granular thing you can think of - with a little css from time to time. I also REALLY LOVE THE SUPPORT. I've worked with support from the other top builders and they are never NEARLY as helpful as Divi Support. Occasionally, the issue will be outsidde scope but that is rarely the case and they will defintely surprise you - pleasantly!! For someone learning how to use a builder for the first time this decade to now having built about 20 divi websites... yeah, I still stand behind Divi all the way!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I dislike having to click the mobile icon in each setting of each element or else i might change the desktop setting by default And I dislike not being able to do nested tables, eg inner sections, without a fair bit of custom code. Elementor does both of these things natively and easily, but it costs a lot more and the support just isn't as cool.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi makes website building fun again!

**Official Response from Kelsey Brown:**

> Thank you so much for your amazing feedback and for choosing Divi, Ren! We are thrilled to hear that our technical support has been so helpful and valuable to you. If you haven't already, make sure to ask for this feature to be added to Divi in the future with our support team. They'll be more than happy to submit a feature request on your behalf! Thank you again for your support and happy designing. :)

  ### 40. Easy to use and great support (when they finally answer)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel Jonathan R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi is a great tool for people getting into web design or for those who just need to get a site up and going.

With some design knowledge and practice you can get a site up in no time.

I use Divi all the time! Whether it is at the start of a personal project or building a few websites for clients, because it is so easy to use you can get sites up, make changes, and major updates in moments. This makes it easy to impress clients and get their business moving forward faster!

It's easy to add to WordPress and there are a lot of tutorials and documentation on using Divi and its various elements.

Their support is friendly and helpful. They are a bit slow to reply but when they do they send personalised videos and can get remote access to fix your problems 👏🏼

Another great thing about Divi is the ability to build custom templates for your clients so they can add things like blog posts or projects to their portfolios. This means you don't have to be involved in each upload. Saving them money and you a whole lot of time on mind numbing tasks.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Divi is rather bloated. Pages built using it are often slow and clunky.

While their support is friendly and helpful they generally take a few hours to reply. This is really frustrating, especially when you have clients waiting for work or an error on your site that is having a big effect on business!

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to build websites for clients without extensive coding knowledge. This also allows for a very quick turnaround from idea and design to functional webiste.

I have launched a fully functional e-commerce system in about 3 days from scratch.

  ### 41. Awesome Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi is fairly lightweight, the easiest and most intuitive to use, does not seem to slow down WP, and has the best support I have found. They also make frequent updates and seem to listen to what their users are requesting. There is a terrific ecosystem of products and developers that provide tons of flexibility. Implementation of Divi couldn't be easier. You just install the theme and that's it.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

There honestly isn't much not to like. Some minor visual builder glitches occur from time to time. I find they are usually related to third-party plug-ins though.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have websites with other well-known visual builders that create a lot of headaches. The others have limited support and are not intuitive and are difficult to use. Having Divi is a life saver for our time and the ability to quickly accomplish our goals in a modern and unique display.

  ### 42. Supposedly very easy to use and often is, but still a lot of struggling with basic functions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

It is easy to build simple sites quickly. An semi skilled amateur like me can build good looking sites without knowledge of coding. I will never return to old fashioned tempates (but I will sometimes use Gutenberg).

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Very often I have challenges with basic things. Some recent examples:
• making a professional bootom field with logos etc. This should be a clickable option. This is an example of something that is solveable but where I have to do too much studies to perform
• a Divi strenght is for sure that I do not have to use inflexible templates. But, a good thing with templates is that many design details and dynamic formatting details are taken care of. A customer does for instance use "Colibri". The good thing with Colibri is that there are preformatted drag and drop modules – a lot. And these modules are very well formatted for various screen size. One could argue that Divi is not restricted the same way as Colibri, but on the other hand it so much better and feels so much more "solid" to format this way. I can struggle for hours in Divi with setting correct font sizes on PC, pad and smartphone in headings and with padding and with margins etc. One can also argue that Divi has hundreds of prebuild templates, but many of these (as many templates) are very much out of fashion or most does not fit exactly with ones need. Maybe on page of a site template fits – and another page form a differen site template... but using from here and there messes things up

In particular the last issue is big for me. I feel that Divi including the marketplace has developed fantastically..... and then the elementary stuff is a struggle.... I am about to develop a site and these tidious formatting of very elementary stoff is not tempting. I would like to have todays excellent flexibility that actually enables me to be a developer, but also to have a more similar option as Colibri instead of (would suit me) or in addition to templates for hair dressers and beauty shops etc.

• Customer support varies a lot. Overall I get the help I need. But some try to help although they do not have the necessary competence or really does not care. It feel very unpleasant to tell someone that they should escalate the support task or send it to a colleague.

• In general Divi integrates nicely with lots and lots of plugins.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi helps me to develop web sites

  ### 43. Great Tool & Fantastic Support on the rare occasion you need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Betsy P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Divi is super stable, reliable, and continually updated with new features. If you're a front-end website designer, Divi makes it so easy to layout pages the way you want them to look. In other tools, I find the layout options are very limited. Mobile optimization is also super easy to tweak for differet screen sizes. When you need to add more complexity, Divi also gives you the tools to edit the CSS. I rarely need to contact support, but when I do, they are super transparent and get my issue solved super quickly. I've been an Elegant Themes customer since 2012, and I purchased the lifetime license to Divi in 2021. It is one of the best business purchases I've ever made, hands down.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I'm having a hard time thinking of any...I've had a fantastic experience with Divi from day one. If you don't know how to do something, they have tons of step-by-step tutorials.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it super easy to create beautiful page layouts. It is 100% frustration free. I wouldn't use Wordpress without Divi ever again.

  ### 44. Her name is Charry but you should call her Patience 😉

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Internet Presence Development and Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

The tech support has always been good. Tonight was a long oe though. I was having trouble with an area of the theme I dont use as often. Charry patiently went through all my issues and made reference videos for future use.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

Sometimes some of the things are not as intuitive as I'd like. It's been a learning curve on the divi template.

I really wish you could import an entire web site into a template and I can see whow that might be challenging. But it would be great if you could let someone change the template rather than having to re input all the content.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping get a running start on optimization the way it's built.

  ### 45. DIVI Vip Support - Excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Mayur with Elegant Themes Divi VIP technical support solved – in less than a minute — a problem I worked on for three days. But it was also the way he expertly and with the same speed asked for and reviewed various logs I uploaded to him that made his help so amazing. And he did it all with a great attitude and patience.

I had been thinking of getting DIVI VIP support and it was the best $231 (VIP with Ai) I have spent in a long time. It's a great value.

People like Mayur and the power of DIVI make Elegant Themes still the best website design framework.

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I have a lifetime subscription to DIVI themes, but getting to the right place on the DIVI website takes longer than I think it should.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical support when developing and operating websites

  ### 46. I have been building websites for 25 years and Divi is my exclusive tool of choice for past 6 years

**What do you like best about Divi?**

I love Divi because it is so easy to use - i can easily hand off the new websites to my clients and they have no problems making edits

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

It is the only tool I use!!! If there was a downside I would be looking for a new one. They are constantly coming up with new updates for any problems I have and support is wonderful

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to Build on the front end is so easy and it cust my time in half when developing.

  ### 47. Amazing tech support

It makes my website look fabulous! Everyone is surprised when they hear I created my own website. They think it had to have been professionally done. Divi made it very easy!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

I have run into occasional tech issues, which can be very frustrating. I hate having to resort to tech support, but some things I haven't been able to fix on my own. But tech support has been very responsive.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an author website. Divi had the perfect theme prebuilt and ready to use!

  ### 48. Amazing

**What do you like best about Divi?**

Not only does the Divi framework allow me to regain control of any wordpress that I'm working on, but their product support is next level in terms of helpfulness! Too often these days, when we buy digital products, they're very WSIWYG; that has not been my experience with Divi. Best all around product + support anywhere! Thank you Divi!!!

**What do you dislike about Divi?**

The hardest part of divi is being patient enough to work through their documentation. But the great news is that 1) they have a ton of documentation and 2) their product support team is ON IT when you find yourself struggling.

**What problems is Divi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Divi has allowed. my nonprofit organization to regain control over the look and feel of our site without having to spend thousands on a designer who will lock us out of features; as we are currently recovering from now.
