If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

Since trialling another service, I discovered that Determ was missing 9/10 mentions. At first they said they had sorted it out; next time it happened, it turned out they hadn't made the necessary changes. Then, as it continued, they stopped answering emails. This is mostly my fault, but I feel that I do not use all possibilities. Reading is time-consuming and often does not lead to what I want. I would be happy to see good examples of effects that could be achieved and see how it looks like: examples of good Boolean, good tagging, etc. Looking at them like looking at computer code, I can learn faster than watching videos or reading many things.
