**What do you like best about DSM?**

I am able to track all classes and payments accurately.  The automated messaging helps make sure students remember to attend classes and make their payments.

**What do you dislike about DSM?**

They don't have an app yet, but as I understand, an app is coming soon.

**What problems is DSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of administrative time, as students are able to login and sign up for classes and make payments. They can sign waivers online too. It's just a lot lesss work for us than in the past.

**What do you like best about DSM?**

For those who don't know what DSM is, I would like to tell them. DSM software is a type of software designed specifically to help dance studios manage their business operations. It includes features such as class scheduling, student and instructor management, billing and payment processing, and customer relationship management. This software manages all our work easily and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about DSM?**

The software obviously provides better results but the thing I found to have to problem is the people who owns dance studios are not very familiar with all this. So it takes time for them to be familiar with the software. So proper tutorial should be given while using the software. Also there should be free trial so that people will get idea about the software, means it is beneficial for them or not, as the software charges monthly and annual fees. But if one gets used to it, the software is very useful and has a lot of potential.

**What problems is DSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is amazing. We suggested this software to our clients and the experience was great. The clients who owned the dance studio found that using this software saved their time and effort on unnecessary things. They become more productive on teaching dance and running classes. DSM automates all the tasks and runs the business very efficiently. It manages billing part, customer relationship management, class scheduling which saves a lot of time for owner. It also provides various tools for communication and collaboration which can write emails, messages, etc. It also gives business insights by tracking and analyzing data, such as class attendance, student enrollment, and financial performance which really helps the owner to grow their businesses.
