"Flexible backend and seamless workflow – strong multilingual handling in DCatalog"
5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

Compared to other providers, DCatalog is significantly more flexible when it comes to the backend. Uploading, editing, and finalizing are handled so smoothly. Managing and handling publications in multiple languages also runs extremely cleanly. The helpful tools for finding SKUs, including automatic linking, are our highlight! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

There is certainly still potential to optimize certain functions. An example would be categorization -> there you can indeed store your categories in the respective language, but if you manage multiple languages and later have to assign them, it could be difficult to find the right category immediately and without aids. "Powerful Yet Intuitive: DCatalog Packs Flipbooks, Analytics, and eCommerce Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

My favorite thing about DCatalog is how the platform combines powerful features such as flipbooks, product linking, analytics, search, and eCommerce integrations while remaining user-friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

While DCatalog offers a robust set of features, the sheer number of tools and customization options can feel overwhelming when you're first getting started. New users may face a learning curve as they explore advanced capabilities like integrations, catalog automation, analytics, and interactive enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Support and Clickable Literature Links Make DC Catalog a Win"
5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

I like how I can link the literature pieces to the products on the website, so people can click an item in the literature and be taken straight to it. Also, when I’ve had technical problems or questions, the team responds super quickly and even sends video tutorials to walk me through the steps. 1000 times better experience with DC Catalog compared to when we had Brandfolder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

I don’t really have any complaints. Like with most things, I wish they were a little cheaper, but they’re still priced way better than Brandfolder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DCatalog Makes Technical Search and Custom Spec Sheets Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

The search capability is probably what we use the most. We have a massive volume of product and specification information, and DCatalog makes it incredibly easy for our team to search the library and quickly pinpoint the exact technical data we need. We also get a lot of value out of being able to create custom spec sheets on demand for specific projects. Instead of sending a contractor or customer a massive, bulky catalog and forcing them to dig out the relevant pages, we can pull together a tailored file of exactly what they need and share it instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

There was definitely a learning curve right at the beginning. It took some time and planning to figure out the best way to organize our content and fully take advantage of all the available features. However, once we got over that initial setup hurdle and everything was structured correctly, the platform became very intuitive and easy for our day-to-day team to use. "Strong Onboarding, But Handoff Communication Gaps Derailed Our First Project Round"
3.5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

Our onboarding team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us confidence in what we were looking forward to accomplishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

Once we were handed off to a separate development group, we were misaligned on what was possible and had a poor experience, feeling like communication issues and a lack of effort in assisting with trouble shooting our unique problems prevented us from finishing our project as desired in the first round. "Polished, Customizable Catalog Platform with Easy Digital Sharing"
4/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

It provides a polished platform for creating and editing a catalog. There are plenty of options available out of the box, and during onboarding they can customize just about anything you need. I also like that you can generate a link so the catalog can be downloaded digitally and hosted online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

The cost per template feels a bit limiting. Out of the box, you get very few separate templates, and you have to pay for each additional one. I also think their training could be better. They did offer training, but once we started using the product ourselves, a lot of things came up that were either skimmed over or not covered at all. We eventually figured it out, though. "Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Backed by Outstanding Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

D Catalog is an awesome platform. 1. Super intuitive and user friendly. 2. Time saving: we tried to manually create a catalog, and D Catalog's system is 1000X faster. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE! #1 and #2 would mean nothing if they had bad customer service. Their team members were easily reachable, responsive, and super friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

The price.......but not really. The yearly cost is a bit up there.....but not really given what they provide. WELL worth it. So, this is not really a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Publishing for Searchable Web-Based Flipbooks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

What I like best about DCatalog is how easy it is to publish and maintain large documents as searchable, web-based flipbooks. We use it for our university catalog, and it provides a professional reading experience while allowing users to search for specific programs or policies quickly. Publishing updates is straightforward, the platform has been reliable, and embedding the catalog into our website was simple. It requires very little ongoing maintenance, which is especially valuable for a small web team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

The platform has been reliable, but the administrative interface could be more intuitive. Some tasks take a little longer to figure out than they should, and I'd like to see a more streamlined workflow for managing publications and making updates. While it does everything we need, some usability improvements on the back end would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich Catalogue Customization with Handy Link Copying"
4/5
What do you like best about DCatalog?

Once you're familiar with the interface, it has a lot of helpful features for customizing an online catalogue or flyer. Being able to copy links from one catalogue to the next is a huge plus, and there's the ability to code in automatic link mapping to make the process even easier. It's an affordable investment that helps us reach more customers while costing less than physical flyer distribution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCatalog?

Sometimes it can be cumbersome to remember which features are housed in which parts of the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
