**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

My employees are able to clock in and out, adjust their time, add note and pictures. I can see GPS pins of their locations 2-3 times an hour.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

It has some glitches and I am not able to assign pay rates per job. Time scheduling is based on employee and we work in crews so we do not use the scheduling feature.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me process time sheets much faster then paper timesheets and I can verify my employees are not clocking in early or out late based on their location

I love that our teammates can clock in and out of jobs with ease. No more confusing paperwork! It's all digital now & makes time-keeping way less overwhelming!

My only wish is that our employees would be able to clock in their shorted breaks (2 - 10 minute breaks).

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

I believe the most useful feature of ClockShark is actually the support staff and training tools.  Overall, ClockShark is very simple to navigate.  My company was reluctant to switch to electronic timekeeping because change can be difficult to implement.  However, ClockShark offers excellent training articles, videos and live support so everything from the integration to training our staff was a breeze.  A bonus for us is that ClockShark offers training tools in English and Spanish, and the app can actually be turned to Spanish mode.  I believe this helped with our transition to the digital age and made the experience more  enjoyable and less intimidating for our employees.  They really enjoy using the app and like that they can add pictures and notes to each specific job. Thank you ClockShark for such an outstanding product!!

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

There isn't much to complain about ClockShark.  However, in the future I would like to see the app autoclock employees in/out employees based on their arrival/departure of a set geo-fence.  I understand there could be some hesitancy in an auto clock feature and it may not be something that we would set on all job sites, but I would at least like to have the option to add this for individual users or job sites.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClockShark helps me keep track of additional services that are requested the day my employees are on site.  There are many times that we go somewhere to perform a specific task only to find that additional work is needed.  Since ClockShark has the ability to switch job tasks and add notes, my employees are able to track the progress of work more accurately and I can invoice for the proper services.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

It works well with a lot of our employees working out of service area. The Sync funtion seems to work well.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

It is very buggy. The owner cannot stop getting alert emails despite me fixing his account and speaking to their customer service. On the flip side of that, I need the alert emails but can't seem to get any. After alerting customer service of these issues they said they would fix them and nothing ever happened.
The timesheet adjustment on the back end is quite clunky as well, there is no switch option when adjusting timesheets. I have to adjust times and install a new sheet every time an employee forgets to switch a task which is quite time consuming.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clock Shark solved the problem of our employees being unable to clock in when out of service. That was making our old time tracking app unusable in our location. Despite its other issues, that alone will keep us using it.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

The reports feature. We use it all the time to bill customers for change orders. We created tasks that are change order specific.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The way overtime is calculated. Saturday and Sunday can be setup as only overtime or double time. Then standard over 40 hours settings for the weeks. We are a union company and the contract dictates Fridays are overtime as well. I put a feature request in already, but who knows if it will be added. My request was that any day of the week could be customized for applicable OT and DT. Allow us to set OT after so many hours in one day, in one week, and then set any day of the week as OT or DT. There are many in the construction trades that could benifit from this.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Their tech support is amazing. I've used it a few times. Other than that, the platform itself is very intuitive and makes running a business that covers multiple different locations so very easy. I find myself using thier tools more than I thought I would need to. And it was simple to implement  into our business. I have referred them to a few clients. I know at least 2 who are very happy since changing. It also is very easy to integrate with existing tools.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I don't like that you do not have the ability to export any pages. If I want to share a timesheet with someone who doesn't have access, I have to take screen shots or give them limited access. The latter costing more money per month.

Tracking hours and holding employees accountable.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clockshark makes it super easy to get all of my time including jobs and tasks into Quickbooks.  Also whenever I do have a problem the staff at Clockshark are alwys there to help fix the problem.  They can usually get it fixed in minutes.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Wish I could have different overtime rules for the payperiods that have a stat holiday in them.  Wish i could chose the jobs that are in the list of jobs for each employee.  This is becase I have to have headers for the customer but I don't want the employees to be able to clock into the header.  Would like to be able to not have the headers show up.

Was able to get out of paper time sheets which saves me hours of time

The quick and easy use of the app for our employees and the ease of the website in managing employee's timekeeping.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I would like the option for employees to approve their timesheets digitally including their lunches, total hours worked, and any OT.  The team has said that they submitted this request as a product improvement idea so hopefully they'll make it happen soon.

It benefits us in being able to hold the employee accountable for clocking in and clocking out as well as keeping detailed track of their hours worked and breaks taken.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

ClockShark has helped us hone in on employee hours and job costing.

The customer service was very prompt and actually the quickest response I have ever received. 

It syncs pretty easy with quickbooks. 
It would be nice if the mappings were a little more user friendly and clear. It's kind of confusing to set up at first. 

Love the layout for the timesheets, where I can easily see each employees daily clock in and weekly total hours.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I would like to see more custom settings for overtime hours per week/per pay period. 

It would be nice to be able to set overtime hours per provincial regulations and have a banked hours option for each employee. 

I also noticed the automatic break function is a little glitchy. When it is turned on, and the employee clocks out for their break, sometimes the system will give them a double break. Then I need to go adjust it manually.

It helps track employee hours accurately and helps us track job costing. It also helps us quite future jobs more accurately

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Using ClockShark is easy. It doesnt take a lot of training for our guys to get the hang of it. And ClockSharks customer service is by far the best I've had to deal with in the last couple of years.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

We do not like that it pings you to remind you to clock in or take a break even if you have already clocked in and taken a break.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The guys used to turn in paper time cards that they would fill in at the end of the week no matter how hard we tried to get them to do this daily. So now they have to clock in via the app. And we are able to see where they are.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

We transitioned from Workforce to ClockShark and thie biggest improvement has been our time stamping! Clock Shark clock in works 99% of the time as opposed to the previous 70-75%. The app is super user friendly and their customer service has been wonderful!

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I wish we could have a client view for the calendar that only shows their location and who is working what day.

It is user friendly and keeps excellent track via GPS of my employees! It makes doing payroll SUPER easy! Customer support via CHAT is quick and easy. I use Clockshark many times per day to check on my employees.

I had a hard tie integrating it with my quickbooks online so I don't use that feature.

I don't love that I am limited on how it reports earned PTO to the employees and doesn't have a cut off to how much they can earn.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClockShark we had old battery operated time clocks the field employees would use to clock in and out.  Half would forget one or the other on clockin/clockout.  The foreman could never remember who was there or who was late, etc.
Now each employee is responsible for his own time.  We have almost eliminated the need to chase down hours in order to do payroll.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

I run a small business that is growing quickly, and I do everything myself, from making schedules to paying employees. Keeping track of every part of my business every day was becoming so hard. ClockShark has made my life so much easier. Not only does it have everything you could possibly need to run a business well, but it is also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I've discovered a few tweaks to make specific aspects more user-friendly, but overall, it's great! No feature has disappointed me.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an outstanding start. I discovered ClockShark online when researching timekeeping platforms. ClockShark has all my desired features. A pleasant and informed employee called me right away. Even better was the free trial! My workers enjoyed it too. So I stopped looking. Your personal team member supports you and randomly checks in on you. They led me through the site in a screen-sharing meeting. It was fantastic! The website's short, simple films may help you and your staff navigate the site. It's great! They're short and quick, which is attractive since no employee wants to sit through a 30-minute film on how to utilize a new platform their employer is implementing.

ClockShark is a great way for users to track time both in the field and in the office.  Customer support is fabulous for questions, and new user & job setup is easy.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Getting QuickBooks setup and integrated correctly.  Learning the most efficient ways to track time - unfortunately, tasks don't integrate/communicated with QuickBooks.

Very simple to use and serves a function that ADP is missing out on. Ashame we need a 3rd party software to manage clock ins/ outs after spending money with ADP, but the reps at Clock Shark have some of the fastest response time and getting it set up was extermely easy.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Very seamless and easy to use. Myself, nor any colleagues have anything against it.

ADP recommended them to us because of a few hourly employees and the set up process was easy and our 2 hourly employees are adapting to it just fine.

The customer service is wonderful.  We had a very manual system before and this makes my life so much easier.
It was easy to learn.  It works with my Desktop Quickbooks, which is the best.  I use it daily so it is nice to have a user friendly program.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I like all of it so there is nothing for me to not like.

Easier for keeping time and knowing where the guys are at.  Also, that it can integrate with Quickbooks which saves me time from manually entering in hours and jobs.

Running a plumbing company and needed a way to track job hours better than our previous software. So far this does the job. Easy clocking in and out. You can tell who is working and where quickly.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I couldn't figure out how to integrate it into quickbooks, but will one day.

We are able to check quickly to see who is working and where. I like the email when they forget to clock out, but wish it sent it sooner than 24 hours.

I love how it automates our payroll information.   We were using paper time cards and they were so hard to read.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about clockshark.

Timekeeping Issues.  We are benefitting as a company on being more job specific and accurately timekeeping.

Easy to use and staff are very helpful. Available most hours for support and data can be exported to QuickBooks.

As jobs at our company are fee based (not hourly), timesheets need to be adjusted manually before exporting to QuickBooks.

ClockShark's site permits you to follow the total hours you spend dealing with projects without any problem. You need to open an internet browser on your PC, sign in to your ClockShark account, access the time tracker, and afterward get started/out to begin and stop the clock as you work on undertakings and errands.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Assuming you have a business that utilizes more than 100 workers, ClockShark's ideal number of clients for its higher levels depends on 100. For those with an enormous labor force requiring an internet-based clock, then ClockShark is not fit for it.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portable time following: ClockShark's versatile applications can change any iOS and Android gadget into online trackers that log your representatives' genuine hours worked, positions and assignments finished, and client areas visited continuously. For development organizations that like to have their site chiefs track time, ClockShark has a "CrewClock" usefulness that permits bosses as well as directors to get started/out, switch occupations, and log breaks for all representatives in a place of work. They might do this in mass or each worker in turn.

The reports cannot be customized. Sometimes the job scopes integrate into Quickbooks wrong. That needs some work. But overall the app is okay. Just not everything that we are looking for.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clockshark helps us to eliminate the need for timesheets. It also has accurate and easy time tracking. It also reminds us to clock in at a specific job at a particular working time.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The only downside of Clockshar is that I cant the pay rate between tasks. Also, it has a lot of steps when our employee gets sick. I prefer just clicking the day and putting down the ill time.

The best thing is that you can run payroll quickly and accurately. The cost was also really competitive for the features and it also easy to integrate with other softwares.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

GPS is similar to a  "bread crumb".  The app "tracks" the employees.  It doesn't just mark when they clocked in and clocked out.  This is the only app that I have found that does this.  I love this feature.   I also think they have the best customer service.   They will respond via chat within minutes of your question.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I wish that they would expand their software to include more projection management so I could use only one app.  Great company.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you are looking for an app that will allow you to see where your employees are "real-time" this is a great app for you.  It is an easy app for the employees to learn and use.  It is compatible with QB and makes payroll very easy.

We are gaining more accountability for each employee.  I realized how many hours my crews were wasting.  Or how many times they were leaving the job site early or arriving late.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Multiple clock in options with multiple ways to protect employer whether its GPS based clock in or Photo capture via the KioskClock to avoid buddy punching. Employees can see time sheets all week so no reason to complain following week that their hours are incorrect.  Customer support even during our trial basis  was very active. Multiple clockshark team members reached out to answer all my questions. Called Hans today for a minor quickbooks issue and he answered direct, no robots even during a pandemic. The APP and website are incredibly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I would like to see a "Hard" Clock in time. For example if an employee clocks in within a certain time period it auto sets to 7:00am. I am currently having employee clock in when they pull up to the job-site but they sit in their cars etc. I have mentioned to clock in closer to 7am. But we all know how that is. So I find myself revising 10, 15+ employees 6:30 & 6:45 clock in time to 7:00am. I think this will actually iron itself out over time.

Man Hour organization. Not all our supervisors are proficient in organization skills and literacy. I have received time sheets on cardboard before.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clockshark is a great time-tracking software. We switched from a different software due to multiple issues. With Clockshark, jobs, tasks, and employees are all easily added. There is GPS tracking to ensure that employees are clocking in at the correct time and at the correct job. PTO policies and requests and easily managed.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The only thing that I noticed with Clockshark is that sometimes I will add jobs on the desktop, and they will not appear on my employee's app. Nothing else seems to be missing.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you are looking for an accurate time-tracking software to save you time and money, I highly recommend Clockshark.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clockshark has helped us accurately track time and PTO requests, saving us time on payroll. The GPS tracking is also a great feature, this ensures that people are not clocking in while on the road or on their way in to work.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Our Service Techs are getting used to the new process.  It is fairly simple for them.  Training was easy. We like the reports that ClockShark prepares.  The simplicity of preparing payroll is much easier than our old process.  We have not turned any reports yet to our payroll company, that is the step of integration that we are currently working on.  

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

We would love to have a different default screen - All of our Service Tech use the Crew Clock feature.  We would love for there to be a default screen for this when they log in.  We would also like if we could have different settings for our different shop locations.  And finally we would love to see some changes with the schedule process which we are currently not using.  

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering data for payroll is always a chore and the accuracy of the information is always a challenge.  The accuracy seems to be much better now with ClockShark. We are solving the problem of the difficult task of entering payroll data.  ClockShark is collecting that data for us now.

For customer service it's wonderful! The personnel are extremely mindful about the solutions as well as suggestions and do everything possible to use them. The simplicity of the person is great, as experts should be quick and easy. Reports have come during the last season. You provide plenty of info and can adapt it a little more today. Easy and quick to deploy. Work very well with Quickbooks and associated software.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

To be able to satisfy the needs of ours, I would individually make some changes. Honestly, Clockshark doesn't have actual drawback. It is able to do what we need to do and it's not only demands that we'd love to make much better as a business.

We enjoyed the seamless use of QuickBooks by ClockShark and didn't need us to completely modify our software. The number of staff members we were currently had also been the right price for us.

It was a perfect overall experience. Excellent price point, good customer service. They change constantly which will help to help keep us there. You're prepared to adjust to the constantly changing conditions and requirements of the customers.
