**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Very easy to use and streamlined for my purposes. Support is super responsive and they're always updating the platform with improvements. I can reach out to support and they'll actually work with the development team to implement feature requests ASAP.

Integrations and proposals have some kinks, but the support and development team will actually get involved to help work these out.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

I've been using Clientary for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a game-changer for my small business. The thing I love most is how easy it is to use. I'm not exactly a tech whiz, but I picked it up pretty quickly. It didn't take long to set everything up, and before I knew it, I was managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices like a pro.
One thing that really stands out is how many features they've packed into this thing. It's like a Swiss Army knife for business management. I use it almost every day for different tasks - from keeping tabs on leads to creating proposals. It's pretty cool to have all these tools in one place instead of juggling a bunch of different apps.
The customer support has been solid too. I've only had to reach out a couple of times, but they were quick to help me out. That's always a relief when you're trying to figure things out.
I will say, I haven't really tried to connect Clientary with other software. To be honest, I haven't needed to. It does so much on its own that I haven't felt the need to add anything else to the mix.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

First off, the task management isn't all that great. If you're used to fancy project management tools, you might be a bit disappointed. You can't add custom fields to tasks or upload files directly to them, which can be a pain when you're trying to keep everything organized.
Another thing that drives me nuts is how slow it can be sometimes. There are days when I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs for 4 or 5 minutes just waiting for the dashboard to load. Talk about a coffee break I didn't ask for!
Oh, and if you're always on the go, you might miss having a mobile app. It's kind of a bummer not being able to quickly check things on your phone when you're out and about.
One small thing that gets on my nerves is having to enter my email twice to log in. I mean, come on, it's 2024! Why do I need to type it twice?
And if you're working on a laptop without a mouse, get ready for some frustration. For some reason, you have to right-click and open things in a new tab a lot, which is a real pain when you're just using a trackpad.
Don't get me wrong, Clientary's not bad. It's just got a few quirks that can be annoying, especially if you're used to other software that does certain things better. But hey, no software's perfect, right?

Clientary has been a real game-changer for my small business. It's solved a bunch of headaches I used to have with managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices. Before, I was using a mishmash of different tools and spreadsheets, which was a total mess. Now, everything's in one place, which saves me tons of time and hassle.
The invoicing feature is probably my favorite - it's made billing clients so much easier. I also love how it helps me stay organized with client info and project history. The time tracking has been super useful too, helping me price my work better.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

We have been looking for a client management portal for a long time now. We found this app in Appsumo, unfortunately the lifetime offer had passed, but the value this app creates for us, has made this a no brainer for use in our operational management. From Invoices to Embedded Forms, this is power packed application ready to integrate! We love itt!!

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

We haven't used the Custom Domain & Online Payment Processing so far! But that's on us! We'd give this one a 5 Gold Stars!!

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending Estimates and Invoices works like a charm! The minimalistic aesthetics seamless merges with our brand! As a digital agency, we use the forms to collect data in the initial onboarding of the client and it works like a charm!

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

As a web freelancers, I've used almost every other platform out there and they all fall short somewhere. They might have a great invoicing system, but they don't time track, etc. Clientary has it all and does it well. I've now been using them since 2012 (when it was Ronin) and it's remained a solid platform to build my business on. Estimates easily get approved, invoices, get paid, time tracking is easy, and report are simple to view. I'd highly recommend it to keep your business running smooth.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

I get nervous that they will start to get "Featuritis", where they start adding too many features that starts to make the system a bloated, too complex system, what it does right now it does well. The only area I wish they did better was the reporting. It good enough, but I'd love to see some charts, graphs, etc. Take a look at how beautiful cushionapp.com does their reports. They lack in many other areas where Clientary excells, but their reports and visuals are fantastic that I wish Clientary would beef that up and I could see a solid dashboard showing invoices that have been view, recently paid, current projects, etc.

Helps me keep track of time on projects and easily invoice them. I also love the flow of sending estimates that clients can approve, then converting that to a project, then sending a half down invoice. That whole flow is fantastic!

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Intuitive and friendly interface, the tools for tracking billing time allow you to manage the entire life cycle of the client, and the navigation bar is very well designed, including all the options easily accessible to customers of this software. Among some tools, we have the control panel, the opportunity for proposals to customers, project tasks, execution times, billing, and many more tools to highlight Clientary, the configuration to add new customers and manage them is straightforward, and I can also export what I have done.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

They could add more color to the taskbar; at the beginning, the software looks simple; for example, in the expenses option, it would be interesting to see graphs where the total expenses are marked by date, what has been billed and not billed, it would be easier to understand everything and more creative for the user.

**What problems is Clientary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to have better organization regarding the service provided to customers; everything is stored in groups and by the company so you know who has not paid and who is solvent; payment reports, expenses and estimates allow you to keep track and customer resume, you can also generate reports of potential customers so I know who I can focus more without neglecting others, you can manage the hours of customers.

Clientary has become an invaluable part of my business, from running my jobs to organising invoices and keeping time, it's a tab that's consistently open on my browser and the functions it performs make it one of the best investments I've made for my business. No joke. It's simple to use, and support is quick, efficient and genuine!

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

I had some trouble coding the invoices initially (thought my own user error/ineptitude), but thanks to the support it's not working beautifully!

The best part about this program is you can easily add time and billable items to a project or invoice. You can make the program work the way you want to work and not be forced into a specific style. I have never had any problems billing or getting paid through this program.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

It offers a complete and open channel to supervise the entire life cycle of our clients, from minimal aspects to much more diversified solutions, which has allowed us to expand our field of work and much more complete space. From the front page, tracking expenses and billing has allowed us to be more present for our clients and transparent in our commercial area. It has given us a vast space with different dynamic tools which will enable us to manage our work correctly, pay attention to details in our projects and focus entirely on each of our potential clients to accompany them throughout their process, thus being more aware, from a more personal point, what customers are looking for in our service. With Clientary, we can be present at every precise moment, manage everything in real-time, and estimate different steps according to our proposed strategy. Every minimum step within the cycle is thanks to Clientary.

Highlighting a negative aspect is a bit complicated because the truth is that we have been using the platform for a short time, and so far, it has not presented any error, nor has it interfered with our workflow. The support team has been a great help and has guided us throughout this time to get the most out of the platform. Without a doubt, Clientary has provided a good user experience, and we have been impressed with how much we can achieve with its tools.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Everything! Its customizable, inexpensive, simple, and intuitive. It makes my startup look professional and assists me in supporting clients. From beginning to end, Clientary provides the technology needed to plan, invoice, and connect with clients online. It creates a safety net for my business and makes client and B2B relations so much easier and more effective. I cannot think of what we would be doing without Clientary.

Nothing! I love the entire platform. I guess the platform could be more graphically appealing and support more payment methods, and the invoice could be a bit more customizable. But overall, no gripes with this platform! I mean, I have nothing but positive things to say about Clientary. They have truly changed by business for the better.

We run a consultancy and tutoring service at our nonprofit in addition to our charitable programming, and we were spending time trying to log hours in one platform while invoicing in another. Clientary helps us to manage task and project in very smart and efficient way. It's able to house everything regarding  to a client in one place be it leads generation, projects, proposals,  tracking invoices and billing. It's aslo  able to offer various invoice templates that are customizable to fit  into our different clients needs and aslo online payment is very secure. They aslo offers a free version and their customer support team is awesome.

So far,no negative aspect of the application. It has been stable and efficient.

The most helpful is the fact that this application is combined of invoicing, tracking of time and client management. It makes work easier and convenient when you can track all the clients and their invoices in just one place.
This product has the ability to customize and the capability to track invoices.
It's a great tool and very convenient in the sense that, you are able to manage the entire client life cycle from just one single platform.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Clientary is my favorite tool for creating invoices to send out to all my clients. It is not only an invoicing solution but also allows me to maintain all the data about clients there so that it is easier to manage each one of them and deliver the graphic design work on time. With the proposals, I am able to start working with clients once they complete the signature, and it is all kept digitally, no need to mail them the documents to their office. It is a software that helps me communicate better with my clients.

I think that the organization of the data in Clientary could be better, I think there are not many customization options when it comes to visualizing the information of the clients, and it would be nice to have this option so that it can be rearranged in a comfortable way.

The use of Clientary has really helped me have more control over my finances and be able to manage all my clients. **What do you like best about Clientary?**

It's good to be able to count on a platform with every one of the characteristics we need to develop a job in or good way. It provides a section of proposals where a brainstorm is created for the generation of different projects in real time taken to each of our clients to select the most appropriate one. Other positive points are assigning tasks where the entire work team can work collaboratively harmoniously, planning the task times, the expiration of each activity and the distribution of the load in an equitable manner. Likewise, Clientary has an endless number of tools that allow you to create a different project from scratch and integrate the entire team so that they collaborate and develop efficient work. One of its main sections is the control of expenses and invoicing since it allows us to keep an eye on this type of aspect and have the advantage of anticipating any unforeseen expenses.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

In general terms, the platform is undoubtedly quite efficient, providing functionality and usability in all senses. The only thing that could stand out would be to have a much more comfortable and easy-to-use interface, where customization is one of its weapons. The rest of the platform has worked perfectly, and I don't find any negative aspects.

Thanks to this platform, our company can develop more than 200 projects from start to finish, following each step to the letter and monitoring everything in real-time, allowing us to be unaware of each step we take to improve our performance and productivity and offer you thus to our clients a service of more significant benefit. Our team has managed to maintain control over expenses thanks to constant and adequate billing and an active schedule due to the planning that has allowed us to keep the platform.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

It's a platform that gives us confidence in everything that concerns our clients. The attention we pay to this is essential, so being able to manage the entire customer lifecycle from a single platform is convenient. Not only has this helped us, but it also provides the ability to be the support through which we complete our work successfully since it has the right tools to make the perfect link with each one of them, either from the budget time, an adaptation of the service and the billing and collection system, making the entire system reliable and optimal. It guarantees a relatively comfortable user interface, has adapted quite well to our user's needs and has already allowed for greater integration and group collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

One of the things that I think is important to highlight is the integration of more payment methods; in this way, it would be much more comfortable with making payments. Other than that, the software works perfectly, each of its tools meets our requirements, and the interface provides a relatively friendly experience.

Having more interaction with our clients in each step we take has given us the opportunity to be closer to them, to provide them with a better service and to be more effective in our work. Without a doubt, having a guide that brings us closer to optimizing and automating all work processes, filtering out everything that does not represent importance, makes it easier for us to be precise in our daily work. Regarding billing, it greatly facilitates this task and adds value to the results. Being able to offer our customers speed in this process has made us more satisfied customers.

**What do you like best about Clientary?**

Clientaery has so many good features that I enjoy using, it is a solution that works pretty well, mostly, I like these aspects of the software:

1. Its main editor is easy to use, does not have many complicated features that make the job more difficult, and it supports CSS to many any editing needed in order to make the invoices loook polished and professional, it is mostly customizable and the results of the customization always look like what we are striving for in the moment.
2. The tool for tracking time is absolutely amazing, it makes the job easier, and it allows the rest of the team to know how many hours they are working per day, making the payments easier to complete because the data is inside of Clientary already.
3. Along with these tools, the estimates features are also incredible and of so much help, it calculates estimates for projects, and it allows us to get started with our projects very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

Nothing! I do think that there are some things about Clientary that could be improved over time and with newer updates, like the customization of contractors' roles in the platform, but there is nothing significant about Clientary that I would complain about.

I love Clientary and the way it is so simple to use and have your team logged in for better management, it is helping us create multiple invoices and calculate estimates for every single project that we work on, be it directly from our business or with a client. It is incredibly helpful to keep management of the financial operations in our business and it is a great tool for small businesses.

Clientary is the perfect way to create invoices and deliver them correctly at the perfect time. It is a wonderful service with a touch of modernity, a platform that is very well designed to perform at a good pace and helping customers during every step of the way, building a stable connection with all clients, managing and receiving each payment in the due date, creating a nice process for both our business and the clients. It is a cost-effective and accessible software that brings so many positive aspects to the management of money.

As of right now, I don't think that I have found any issues with the way that Clientary works, it is a smart software in which I have never experienced any bugs while using it and it works very fastly and efficiently, creating invoices in a short span of time and sending personalized invoices to clients, so I do not have anything to complain about.

Clientary is an innovative software that I feel it changed the way that we managed all our finances and cost management, it has been really easy to work with Clientary and manage things like sending proposals to potential clients, collecting needed signatures before the due date, getting payments processed, and all of this within one single software that helps us run the business in a timely manner and it is very reliable for us.

For me, Clientary is the best invoicing tool I have used for our business. It is an interactive, easy, and fresh tool to work with, giving us the power of customization for all our financial matters, and starting our first proposals to a client in a powerful way, getting more clients and offering them the best service. What I like, specifically, is that it allows us to customize our proposals and perfect them in a way that attracts the client. Drafting our proposals and perfecting them in a way that draws the client. Drafting our proposals is easy, and we can arrange all our services to catch the client's attention. Additionally, I think that the environment of Clientary is beautiful because it is all-in-one software where we can control the payments and have our clients review our proposals without downloading anything.

I think that Clientary has its ups and downs sometimes, and the software keeps on bringing new updates filled with the improvement of the features that are already implemented; however, I do feel that some new features could be added to improve even more the functionality of the entire software altogether, and as a result, increase leads.

I think that Clientary has helped create an environment in which we can get more clients because of its premade templates and have more control over our offers and our estimates as we work through them, it is an excellent software that makes the possibility of working in teams real, and the experience that I have had with it is pretty positive and outstanding because I have been able to make a great first impression with each client, our business has been more manageable overall.

The customer support is also very responsive and attends to every question no matter the simplicity of it. That being said, when it comes to the fundamental aspects of Clientary and how it works, I like various areas of it, including the options to billing and how it allows me to automatically create invoices on every scheduled date to save time. Its interface allows us to have all billing information in one single place, as well as maintain all information about our client's stages, from the proposal stage to the invoicing stage.

The addition of more tools in the area of proposals and reports would be really helpful, I would like to see more tools added in the reports are such as more visual features that can help understand the reports better and visualize everything quickly.

Clientary is a helpful software that I really love using and it has a lot of cool features that add to a very good use of the software; mostly, I like the fact that it has so many nice templates that can be customized so that the invoices look really nice and professional, ensuring that it maintains the business image at all times. The payments are made directly and processed online thanks to the system that Clientary provides, and we are able to track and maintain an archive of all the invoices and payments.

What I don't like about Clientary is the way that it does not do a great job at offering project management features that are actually easy to customize according to the different needs that one may have, it is a great invoicing tool but it does not offer great project management tools.

1. Clientary allows us to create a proposal from scratch, a complete proposal, with terms and conditions, number of clients, rules and our signature, so that this proposal goes through a review process.
2. Generalized work time measurement by the project is accurate and helps us track how much time employees spend over a week or month to progress on a project.
3. The time measurement section is essential; it allows you to see how many hours of work you have generated for each calendar date; all this information is saved in the Clientary Cloud.
4. Clientary allows you to generate Invoices with different designs and beautiful templates. In addition, you can also create reports of the Invoices generated in a week or a month.
5. Each expense that is made within the company will be recorded in Clientary expenses; this section helps a lot to control general expenses.

**What do you dislike about Clientary?**

I did not get problems in the Clientary functions; all the functions of client management, employee management and expense management worked correctly. However, I do consider that some things can be improved within Clientary, such as:

1. The "customers" section could improve a bit, adding fields where you can insert social networks of recently added customers and thus have much more direct contact.
2. We have not had any problem with the fact that there is no Clientary App for mobile phones; however, an App would help a lot so that we can inspect and manage tasks or clients from our cell phone and have a more compact experience.

Clientary provided a relatively noticeable and progressive ROI for managing our activities, command and control of general and individual expenses, customer management, and customer retention and also helped us manage a large number of projects across various sectors of our company.

One of the most gratifying things that Clientary has is how you can obtain detailed reports depending on what you need, you can obtain reports of the Invoices that have been generated during a specific date, and you can also get payments reports, client reports or working hours reports. Clientary allows you to modify the information to obtain. 

I loved the task creation and administration system; also, I liked the project management system; it allowed me to manage projects, materials to use in each project, participants, duration time, estimated balance to spend on each project and much more. The task management within Clientary was perfect, I was able to add a time limit for each task, and I was able to monitor the status of each task in real time.

Also, managing customers and leads is seamless; it allows you to manage requirements, add contact information and customer profile and also add customer location.

Clientary has never given any failure; I have been using this platform for several years to manage leads and manage activities and tasks, and I have never had any problem with Clientary; I feel very comfortable with all the task management functions and project management, using Clientary is quite pleased, the general design of the platform offers a very remarkable comfort for all users.

Ronin is very easy to use. Both my employees and me like using it for time tracking and invoicing. The timesheet feature is very handy for making payments to my employees.

The way the pricing plans are designed. We work with just one client, and I had to upgrade to an expensive tier to add an additional employee for time tracking.
There is no Payoneer integration.
