ClientTrack by CaseWorthy is a human services case management application built for government agencies and nonprofits managing programs across homelessness and housing, workforce development, victim services, child welfare, and behavioral health. It brings intake, eligibility, service planning, outcome tracking, and federal compliance reporting into a single, configurable application. How ClientTrack Helps: Caseworkers spend too much time on administration and not enough with clients. Intake is duplicated across programs. Client histories live in spreadsheets or disconnected systems. Federal reports get assembled manually the week they&#39;re due. **What do you like best about ClientTrack?**

It has great capability to track clients effectively.

**What do you dislike about ClientTrack?**

You cannot proceed without entering specific data, such as a SS#. This is not the best tracking system for some organizations.

**Recommendations to others considering ClientTrack:**

It is expensive per account, but very efficient and can also allow several organizations in a community to track the same clients without duplication of records.

**What problems is ClientTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to track clients on a long term basis (years) and eliminated the use of many paper forms, due to the ability to add many factors in the system instead of filing the information in a cabinet.
