**What do you like best about charles?**

I use Charles for my automations and WhatsApp campaigns. It helps me communicate more effectively with my subscribers, target regions more precisely, and grow my database. I like the way our Journeys work and how many options we have for them to be set. It helps me bring new customers and open new conversations with the help of our Gorgias integration. The Charles team helped us to implement the settings, making the setup process smoother for us.

The segmentations part, I think it would be great if this could be improved.

It's simply a fantastic tool, an excellent way to interact with customers in the most effective way possible. The tool has many features, is very user-friendly, and has a top-notch staff – always well-prepared and helpful. Antonio and Laie, two employees of the company, guide us step by step and have significantly helped us increase our revenue.

**What do you like best about charles?**

Starting with WhatsApp Marketing and therefore with Charles, I experienced a tremendous amount of support and assistance when getting everything set up. We had many special requests but received a lot of help, even being able to put some new features on the list.

**What do you dislike about charles?**

Like many other young software developers, there might be some more minor bugs every now and then. I would recommend testing more prominent features and getting in touch with Charles whenever trying out new projects to reduce errors.

Charles is helping us to get more presence among our customers and to push out a marketing campaign that will be read within minutes. Since lead generation is getting more expensive, it's a good way to address future customers personally.

It is so easy to create campaigns, manage the community service and also to create automated flows. We built up a super easy leadgeneration process and are very happy with the results.

The analytics functions could be even more meaningful and clear. And from time to time there are problems with the flow builder. But these are small things that the team is already working on and supporting with clever solutions.

We use charles mostly for our pre-sales. The Open Rates are fantastic ( > 85%) and we have really high quality converions.

They are improving all the time to get all the relevant features you know from email marketing.

Since apple and android are blocking alot of data for performance marketing uses it is essential to build your own data more and more.
For us its a safe bank to get in touch and sell products. Dedidcate enough time for that channel and you will be rewarded.

Emails go into Spam for almost 70%. With charles we have the opperunity to reach almost everyone and helping them in the fastest way possible.

**What do you like best about charles?**

Charles gave us the possibility to create a help hotline. We could answer frequently asked questions by sending auto-replies. We also used the campaign tool to inform all our participants of upcoming events. Overall our guests were happy that had the convenient possibility to ask for support via WhatsApp

We hosted an event and used Charles also to inform guests on short notice. Sometimes this was a bit tricky as we needed to approve the campaigns by WhatsApp. But better preparation on our side could have solved the need for quick approvals

Charles was our tool to communicate with our participants at IdeaLab! 2021. They could ask any question and our team could easily answer them with premade templates. We also used the campaign tool e.g. for informing about delays in our schedule. If we wouldn't have had Charles we would have had to use a physical help desk, which would have not been as easily accessible as sending a quick text.

Mainly the ability to communicate with customers on a personal level and the customer experience, where you can give customers quick feedback on their concerns or questions.

There are no real disadvantages. Perhaps the dashboard with the KPIs could be expanded.

Customers can be redirected directly to the WhatsApp chat from any product page and receive quick answers or solutions to their problems. Communication is more personal than via email

It's an excellent tool to get in contact with our customers via Whatsapp. Also, Charles is busy helping us with customizations such as collecting phone numbers via thank you page or newsletter for our marketing.

Since Charles is at the beginning of their journey, not all features we would need are available. Also its running 99% seamless, so we have some issues here and there but nothing too big. I am sure they will improve everything in the future

The best thing about Charles is that you can write template messages. These templates make communication with client a lot more time efficient, as the often asked questions can simply be answered with a template.

The needed approval time from Facebook for Campaign-Templates is disturbing the workflow, but the Charles-Team has no direct influence on it.

Charles makes it very easy to communicate with clients via WhatsApp and other messengers. You can also connect it to Slack!

I think it's great to communicate with customers via WhatsApp and simply send them an offer.

There is still no app and a push notification is available. Unfortunately, it only works via Slack.

Photos could not be sent directly (Chat - Camera - Take photo - Send) even after converting them to JPEG.

Voice messages cannot always be played.
You cannot swipe through the pictures but have to open and close each one individually.

Long purchase completions via email. Complaint management can be made easier as the customer can show their problem with photos and videos.

The product itself but also the incredible support from the Charles team. Charles solves mandy of the issues of e-commerce. This includes providing personalization/communicating with customers in a more familiar chat environment, having a smoother shopping process/better convenience, providing exceptional customer service as well as faciliating repeat purchases.

In Germany/Europe only few people are aware about the possibility to shop through Whatsapp. Thus, consumer education about the service is still needed.

Charles is very intuitive and easy to use with almost no onboarding is required. All of our questions are quickly answered and the team at charles has great ideas on strategic usage of their tool as well.

Some essential features are not there yet, but the team at Charles often has creative ideas for workarounds to solve our problems anyways. You can feel how the tool is getting better every month.

The team guides you through the tool and takes care of your success. After a detailed onboarding, even if I have a few questions, I can always reach the support through our own Whatsapp group we have.

The tool is fully functional, but some features are in beta phase. The good thing: The team is fixing issues super fast and the tool gets weekly updates.
