## About Ceros
Ceros is the creative platform marketing and design teams use to build rich interactive web experiences that drive results. Landing pages, microsites, reports, product demos, full campaigns: designed, built, and published in one place, no developers required. AI lives inside the canvas to spark ideas, build first drafts, and handle the production work designers don't miss doing. You bring the vision. Ceros ships it, beautifully, everywhere. Start with a blank canvas, a fully editable template, or AI to accelerate time to launch. Everything happens on a fully flexible, freeform canvas with no-code animations and interactions designers can fine-tune to the pixel. Brand kits keep every experience on-brand by default, and a shared asset library puts the right files one click away. Built-in analytics track engagement and prove ROI on every experience, alongside deep integrations with the tools your team already uses. Ceros stays CMS agnostic, so your content shows up wherever your audience does.

## Ceros Reviews
 ### 1. Easy onboarding and collaborative training make Ceros a joy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like that it is easy to use for people who have little web development experience. I onboarded a new person to our team about a year ago and she was able to get comfortable in Ceros very quickly. I really enjoy the educate sessions, especially the multi-week trainings which feel collaborative with others who are in many different industries.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It is tough sometimes to iframe in the Ceros experience to the NBA sites. It can create issues that are harder to see like passing information between parent window and iFrame to track users journeys across our web experiences. It would be very cool if the html/css/js was accessible to users who are more well versed in web development.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros allows multiple people on our team to jump in and easily make landing pages and web experiences without coding knowledge. It is much faster than hard coding a webpage from scratch. It also allows us more control about how our webpages look and function than if we were completely reliant on the NBA's team sites via Wordpress.

 ### 2. Easily Integrates Designs, Needs Preview Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Betty L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like Ceros because it's quick and simple to learn and use. I appreciate how it combines the features of Figma and Adobe while having all the website design functionalities. It allows designers to put their design ideas into actions without struggling too much with technical aspects or coding. The initial setup was very simple, I'd rate it like a 9/10.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I think sometimes when I do the preview of a site, it doesn't 100% match the page where we design, like the text box sometimes needs to be a bit longer in order for preview to show the complete texts, while the design page looked fine without any adjustments.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Ceros quick and simple to learn and use for design tasks. It offers a blend of Figma and Adobe features while allowing designers to focus on creativity without worrying about tech or coding.

 ### 3. Finally, a tool that matches my creative vision

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

What I absolutely love about Ceros is the creative freedom it gives me to animate almost anything and build interactive stories that truly keep users engaged. On top of that, the support team is excellent, and the Educate resources are genuinely top-tier and easy to learn from.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It does take a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of, so if you’re used to drag-and-drop templates, it can feel a little overwhelming at first. That said, once you get past the initial adjustment, the payoff is worth it in my opinion.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a designer, I’ve always found traditional CMS platforms incredibly limiting, especially when I want full control over layout and visuals. Ceros changed that for me. It feels much more like Adobe Illustrator than a typical web builder, and it gives me real creative autonomy over every element without needing to write a single line of code.

 ### 4. User-Friendly Design with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I use Ceros with my creative team to showcase microsites for sales and partnership pitches, and it helps by adding interactivity beyond typical PowerPoint decks, which can sometimes boost sales efforts. What I like most about Ceros is its ease of use—you can get the hang of it pretty quickly. The pre-made components are a godsend for any creation platform, particularly when it comes to new users and ease of onboarding new software. I also enjoy that it's a no-code, drag-and-drop platform, and offers real-time collaboration tools, which are especially helpful in a creative team setting like ours.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I think one thing about Ceros that is a qualm is just how expensive it is for our team, though it has a lot to offer. In addition, I think there's plenty of room to grow for Ceros when it comes to better organization of projects (i.e. folders/subfolders), more shape/text formatting options, and finer animation control. Real folder hierarchies (not just flat lists), better tagging and smart filters, better version control and history, and a reusable components library are needed. Also, more easing/animation presets, the ability to save them for future use, group and layer-based animations, and scroll-based controls with more precision are necessary. Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma integration would be unbelievably helpful as well as those are two of our team's other main design platforms.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ceros to create interactive microsites for sales pitches, moving beyond static PDFs. It's easy to use, with pre-made components and real-time collaboration tools, perfect for creative teams.

 ### 5. Effortless Content Creation with Impressive Animations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luiza C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I love all the capabilities of Ceros and its flexibility, allowing us to basically do anything when creating content. It's great how easy it is to add animations and target states, which make all of our content look so much more impressive and polished. Ceros helps me easily and quickly create content without taking time to code anything. The initial setup is super easy, and it's a product I'm familiar with using at a second company. I'm so impressed that I would rate my likelihood to recommend Ceros at an 11 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I would love if there was a feature to schedule changes at a specific time, like having tiles of our event calendar automatically update or remove themselves after events. Also, there are issues with longer embedded content getting cut off since the Ceros canvas doesn't adjust to fit them.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros helps me create content easily and quickly without coding, and adding animations makes our content impressive and polished.

 ### 6. Flexible Creation with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ S. | Director of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I love Ceros for its flexibility because if you can dream it, you can probably build it. It gives us the ability to create dynamic website experiences with functionality that doesn't currently exist within our native website, which significantly reduces the website development work that would otherwise require us to work with an outside resource.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The time it takes to load on the website. Sometimes when a user visits a page with a Ceros embed, the embed loads after the page. It would be better if it was faster at loading. It takes a little time to learn how to use the builder, but after that, it's been good.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros reduces our website development work by eliminating the need for external resources. It allows us to create dynamic website experiences that extend our site's functionality.

 ### 7. Good flexibility with some performance hiccups

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The flexibility and interactivity. It's nice because it doesn't require coding skills or a developer, which means we can often develop a Ceros page more quickly and cost-effectively.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Overall Ceros tends to be a bit buggy. We've found several bugs with Ceros on some of the experiences we've created. Some interactions don't always perform as expected, and there are sizing issues on different browsers. Also, it's not optimized for SEO and not designed to be natively mobile responsive - which means rework to create both a desktop and mobile version of an experience.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros helps us design flexibly and interactive pages without coding or needing a developer, making it cheaper and faster than typical website development.

 ### 8. Ceros Makes Internal Publishing Easy—With Best-in-Class Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Ceros has been invaluable to our internal publishing platform. Thanks to its ease of use, we’re able to create more engaging experiences for our employees. Their customer service is hands-down one of the best in the business, and they can quickly resolve any issue I may have—often within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I think a few features could use an upgrade. For instance, there isn’t a built-in place for me to insert a sound byte, so I have to host it somewhere else and then bring it into Ceros. I’d really love the option to add audio directly, the same way I can with videos.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating more engaging content is the number one solution for me. It really wows employees, and it’s much better than reading static text in an article. With it, I can create an experience that feels more visually appealing and engaging overall.

 ### 9. No-Code + Ceros Flex Streamlines Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like the approach of no-code and I like the approach combined with Ceros Flex. It streamlines and makes building content incredibly well.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Pages start to slow down as you build more. It can make complex content difficult to tackle. Some of the minor bugs as well.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros allows our team to rapidly deploy microsites and digital content in a very streamlined simplified way. With the introduction of Flex, maintaining multiple pieces of content with constant update becomes far easier than the studio implementation. This allows us to scale our content rapidly and reach far more quicker to our client demands.

 ### 10. Flexible Modules and Accessible Templates, but a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa L. | Senior Content Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like the modular options and template accessibility, as well as the ability to edit just about everything

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I would consider it a fairly steep learning curve.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have an in-house designer or an in-house developer and Ceros gives our small marketing team the ability to create dynamic and visually appealing digital assets without those resources readily available.

 ### 11. Flexible Webpage Builder with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I appreciate how Ceros allows us to explore design options efficiently. My team uses markup for almost all our projects, and we customize webpages for our individual partners. I can create a template and then let my team members add specific details for each partner. Also, the initial setup of Ceros was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I don't like that you removed the feature to update the PDF markup. Now, all the comments are lost, and there are 3-4 links floating around for the same PDF.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros helps me explore design options efficiently and customize webpages for individual partners.

 ### 12. Best-in-Class Interactive Tool with Expert Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim U. | Creative director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

It's the best interactive tool on the market, with expert support.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

New platforms often have a steep learning curve, so iut take a while to upskill a team.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us generate a new style of published that we can sell to our consumers. An interactive article is quicker to read and form a better memory structure than just basic traditional copy.

 ### 13. Simple Yet Limited Interactive Platform

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin D.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like that Ceros is easy to use and straightforward. It makes it simple to create easy interactions with good tracking, and its straightforward nature allows me to easily access other files and understand colleagues' work without difficulties.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I think the main thing is that mobile and desktop are completely separate breakpoints and have to be built one by one, which feels very handmade and not smart at all.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ceros to build interactive experiences. It allows us to create easy interactions with good tracking and is straightforward, eliminating difficulties in accessing and understanding files from colleagues.

 ### 14. Design Flexibility and Quick Deployment Without Devs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S. | Senior Manager, User Experience

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like how Ceros lets us build interactive, visually engaging landing pages and digital content quickly without needing custom development. I appreciate the ability to create visually rich, interactive content without developer support. Its design flexibility and ease of collaboration make it especially effective for fast-moving marketing teams. What works well is that we can deploy without using developers.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I think Ceros could be improved with more Conversational AI features.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ceros to build interactive, visually engaging content quickly without developer support, providing flexibility for our marketing team.

 ### 15. Interactive Designs Made Easy, Needs Mobile Refinements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I use Ceros for creating interactive editorial hubs. I like that Ceros supports polished designs that are flexible. There's a lot of creative functionality, like games and hotspots, which helps me create memorable user experiences.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Sometimes there are issues with mobile designs glitching. If something is designed for both web and mobile, it can be tricky to get both platforms exactly right.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ceros for creating interactive editorial hubs with polished, flexible designs and creative functionality like games and hotspots that provide memorable user experiences.

 ### 16. Engaging Visual Content Creator with Room for Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like the real-time preview and the interactivity options that Ceros offers. It's generally pretty easy to use once you watch some videos and tutorials on the tool. The initial setup was pretty easy too, with the Ceros team making onboarding smooth and ensuring it was easily accessible for team members.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It can be slow at times when working with heavy graphics and animation.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros helps us create more engaging content over static forms and images, boosting interactivity and engagement.

 ### 17. Great No-Code Tool for Creating Interactive Web Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

It’s a great no-code tool for creating interactive web content in a really creative way. If you’re already familiar with other vector-based design tools, it’s easy to jump into Ceros Studio and start building.

The Ceros Support team is exceptional. I’ve logged many hours in the Studio, and they’ve not only helped me solve problems I’ve created, but also been there to brainstorm the best way to approach something when I’m not sure how to do it.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It's a no-code tool for interactive web content, so it has its limitations compared to something that is coded and more responsive.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Ceros, I'm able to develop interactive web experience for my teams without the need for development.

 ### 18. Immersive Digital Brochures That Elevate Marketable Collateral

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney O. | Regional Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The digitization of brochures into immersive digital experiences to create more exciting marketable collateral.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Maybe the inability to download and the ease of implementation.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros is solving for outdated marketing collateral and ease of sharing amongst audiences.

 ### 19. No Dev Resources Needed—Simple and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Doesn't require dev resources and design team can have complete control over design.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It's labor intensive and the production can feel a bit too manual than we'd want.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros has enabled our design team to have full control over both the design and build of the experience without needing to involve the engineering team. This helps projects move faster and also makes it easier to accommodate last-minute requests that require a quick turnaround.

 ### 20. Modular, mobile-reactive CMS with fast publishing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The modular nature allowed me to create pages outside of the usual scope of possibilities with other CMS. The dynamic and reactivity on mobile were also impressive, and the speed to publishing was very quick.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Long format content has some limitations on Ceros. For the majority of our content, this wasn't an issue, but it did mean we had to make some undesired changes to long length content.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing multiple stakeholders in the publication process. The ability to self serve as marketeers was ideal for us. The speed to market was a great benefit, increasing our reactivity to market changes and events.

 ### 21. Great Animation and Interactivity for Presentations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia E. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like how the platform is easy to use. No coding is required! Also, the platform has great updates with new features.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The Platform can be slow. The studio can have sometimes error out which can ruin the flow of my work.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the materials we need to promote our presence at a conference or when we launch LinkedIn campaigns.

 ### 23. Easy to Use with Solid Options, but Needs Better Starter Examples

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Easy to use, simple to understand an decent custimation and performance options.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Starting from scratch, need improvement in the examples that you can use as a starting point.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating web expeinces from Figma designs

 ### 24. Modern Design and Animations, but a Steep Learning Curve and Limited Templates

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like the modern design and animations.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

There is a learning curve to Ceros and it is very time consuming to create pages. The template library is very limited as well.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros provides the marketing team with modern landing pages that otherwise would require a developer.

 ### 25. Found some limitations but overall a really creative product!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Ceros' customer service was great at responding to me quickly and, for the most part, with helpful responses.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I wished that they had some more robust features - I found that their platform didn't support our needs halfway through the project.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

While the benefits are there, they're hidden very well behind a steep learning curve, a sales team lacking in organization and understanding of the user end of the product, resources that aren't given unless the client asks for them, and many, many more unfortunate issues that arose in my short time working with Ceros. There's a ridiculous amount of potential with this product, but they definitely have a long way to go.

For example, there is no offline editing mode, meaning that, unless you are connected to the internet, you cannot design. As a designer myself, I know that I'll get some of my best ideas quickly and unexpectedly, and Ceros does not (and has admitted that in no time in the near future will they) align for that offline experience.

Ceros never remembers login information. Closing a window means logging you out, refreshing a window after a short period of time means logging out, and closing the browser means logging you out. It's not the worst thing on this list, but it is horrendously inconvenient.

When your design is published, Ceros has admitted that it is impossible for those viewing your project to zoom in or out of your project on mobile or desktop, making it out of the question for those with visual impairments to have even the slightest chance at viewing your creation.

It is impossible to hyperlink - any piece of text you'd like to link to must be done with a "hotspot", an additional element that must be placed like a mask in a layer over the element you'd like users to click through, instead of simply being able to link something as you would, well, anywhere else.

On the page, there are no default templated menu options for people to get to certain sections. Instead, a menu must be created completely from scratch with individual text boxes, rectangular shapes, and hotspots that act as jumplinks to bring users down, all grouped together and pinned to the top of the page.

There is no data visualization tool within Ceros. Ceros suggested I use their Chartblocks integration, which was difficult to use, would not allow me to sign in, and had four font options. Four. Instead, I was told that if I did not want to use their integration, I would have to create everything by hand – incredibly tedious and disappointing.

I could go on, but I'll save readers time by saying that unless the design you're creating is simple, you have an enormous amount of patience, and don't mind constantly switching between Firefox, Chrome, and their desktop app, there just might be a better alternative out there for you.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Ceros to create an interactive data visualization page for our readers to better understand and work with the original data we collected for an event. With Ceros, there are quite a few benefits in comparison to stagnant design, such as being able to present more information in a seemingly smaller place.

 ### 26. Former Ceros User

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Ceros is a creative platform to build an interactive/animated project without needing to know html coding specifics.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Multiple layers in a project can be very complicated to work with at times, especially overlapping clickable hotspots. Careful labeling of individual elements and layers is recommended.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am no longer a regular Ceros user (corporate decision), but it was a great tool to build elaborate client projects similar to building a unique website.

 ### 27. Graphics control over interactive content is the best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The platform is very rarely buggy, and the customization available for your interactive elements is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It does take some time to wrap your head around the platform if you've never done interactive design before; too many layers or pages can result in confusion.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe our company needed analytics, and it's either available (at a price) or they're working on it.

 ### 28. Great tool for non-designers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Easy to use as a non-developer once you get onboarded.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

A little overwhelming to get onboarded with the tool for non-designers.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have started using Ceros to develop training material for internal use. You can create engaging, easy-to-follow training material based on your exact environment for users.

 ### 29. Good Landing page design tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damini G. | Global Events Marketing Manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The landing page design elements and templates are pretty good, user friendly and easy to launch landing page with GTM tagging.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

I couldn't create native forms on the Landing page so we have to load it from other tool. This affects the user experience.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating landing pages.
Tagging and analytics is good.

 ### 30. Great platform for making your content marketing more interactive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

It makes our blog content significantly more engaging and inviting, increasing the dwell time on our site by 100%.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The client services team is backlogged and spread thing. That means if you need design help with a piece, you would have to fill out a brief significantly three weeks in advance.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grappling for attention and keeping people on our website.

 ### 31. Ceros

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like how easy they developed this to use. Its quite similar to Photoshop which is good because a lot of our users have experience with Photoshop and find Ceros easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Personally its a little bit expensive. Maybe this could be looked at a bit.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Great for the Marketing team to use. No coding skills required which is also good.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to allow users to use and manage Ceros which doesn't have no coding involved.

 ### 32. Creating Experiences with Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline M. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The product is exceptional in that it enables you to make your own substance without being a visual architect or composing a ton of code. It was additionally decent that examination were gathered on the substance to check client association.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It took for a spell to learn- - particularly for our understudy laborers who were utilized to Adobe inventive suite applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

I was asked to make a poster and I didn't know even where to start but venngage help me a lot to make my designs. Also I'm happy that I came across it on line.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the help cuz when starting some people may be their first time to use venngage.

 ### 33. Ceros is the interactive game-changer of the industry.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina L. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Not every designer can be the Swiss Army knife that we hope to be. As a static designer, I'm finding that my skills are slowly becoming stale as we move into the age of interactive design. My favorite thing about Ceros is that a layout designer can whip up an infographic, microsite, e-book, etc. and bring it to life. The platform is intuitive and feels so familiar, since it looks so similar to the Adobe programs we all love. Ceros is easy to learn, easy to use, and puts your static assets to shame.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

One of the types of content that we offer our clients is an assessment. Users should be able to click between a variety of options, fill out a lead generation form, and then be filed into a specific category. I've found that creating quizzes is not as easy as it should be in this platform, and receiving results isn't intuitive either. The analytics are a little wishy-washy when it comes to what user selected which answers. Also, building the assessment is convoluted and not as turn-key as I would have hoped.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

If your company dabbles with interactive content, then Ceros is right for you. If your company is currently producing strictly static content and are looking for a fresh start, then Ceros is right for you. If you're reading this review thinking to yourself, "I wonder if Ceros is right for me," then Ceros is definitely right for you. The only reason I would shy away from recommending Ceros is if you're interested in creating quizzes and quizzes only. Otherwise, I have no reason not to tell everyone to use Ceros. It's been the most talked about platform at my company for two years now, and it only keeps getting better. Ceros is constantly listening to user feedback, making changes and updates, and adding new features. It really is a game-changing platform.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the B2B world, companies are trying to push out the latest and greatest assets to their audience. They want their pieces clicked on and read first. Now that we're in a digital age, people are done reading boring content. People don't want to flip through exhausting PDFs to learn about something. Ceros brings exciting, interactive content to the table like never before. There are animations and clickable objects everywhere. There's movement and action that people are looking for to keep them enticed. Our clients are no longer producing stale content, and that's the biggest benefit there is!

 ### 34. CEROS - Great for Publishers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

CEROS' design interface closely resembles programs that designers already use, such as Photoshop and InDesign. It's extremely easy to use and any designer can work in the program quickly--truly within a week they will have a grasp. CEROS allows for clean, professional, interactive and eye-catching creations, from quizzes and infographics to flip books and microsites. You can get very creative with your work and make it from scratch, or download one of CEROS" already-made templates. If you see something you like that CEROS created for another publisher, agency, etc., chances are you can download that same template and repurpose it for your own use. For those in sales or marketing, the program can help create engaging presentations that move away from simplistic PowerPoints. The ability to share a preview link helps a company work with clients to ensure it was they want, providing a level of QA that you can't get with Adobe Creative Suite. Lastly, the support team at CEROS is fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

From a publisher's standpoint, CEROS inability to set a creation live for the future makes it difficult to work with. The use of scheduling is imperative when clients want their campaign to launch on a certain day; therefore, you will have to set reminders to go within CEROS and publish it live. In addition, the lack of capturing readers' information makes for another drawback. Readers who come to a publisher site cannot enter in their information on a CEROS creation. This is a big selling point when we work with clients who would like to capture an email database from a quiz; as a result, we cannot offer them this option and must revert to using a separate program. Lastly, the responsiveness can be tricky on certain websites.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Please keep in mind that CEROS training is required for designers who will be using it, but it is extremely easy to pick up. The program is costly so make sure your company will be getting the most out of the product.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, we are able to provide our clients animated products that we could not before, which helps us to create more revenue for our company. We no longer need to rely on an engineering team to create a custom product and can complete it within our design team. The product makes for efficient designing and production, allowing us to provide a faster turnaround time for our clients. Nothing makes a client happier than having a product be created in less than five business days and have it go live.

 ### 35. Easy to use, great results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul G. | VP Demand Generation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

We were looking for a way to create interactive ebooks, something outside of a PDF. We came across the Ceros product and have been really impressed. It is easy to use so my team who are not graphical designers can maintain and fix assets. It is a collaborative platform so our graphics firm can do their piece while we are editing, and we can review it together online.

Support is top notch. They answer questions very quickly (even immediately at times), and are always thorough.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Some browser specific issues sometimes, but that's about it. there are some features that would be nice, but that's not a dislike and I'm sure it will come.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Do it.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The resulting products are great. We have experienced a big uptick in click thrus with the eBooks produced with Ceros.

 ### 36. Didn't make it past the trial period

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The ability to create engaging, interactive content in a relatively simple, inexpensive way.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The platform wasn't as intuitive as we expected. We had some issue with hosting the content on our site. It was also really unfortunate that you have to design multiple versions of a piece of content for mobile & desktop.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

It is a great tool for companies hoping to create simple, attractive content. If you're hoping to use it for more complicated subject matter or needing to use sophisticated features, it may not be for you.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a way to outsource rich media content for our clients in order to free up our internal designers and developers for other projects. We wanted to cut down the total time and resources it would take to produce these pieces of content.

 ### 37. Great Customizations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2017

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The product is extremely user-friendly. Looks and feels a lot like Photoshop

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The hardest part was figuring out the lightbox feature and how to gate content

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

The product is fantastic! My only recommendation is to utilize their support site - they have a ton of great articles, videos, and webinars to help you learn what you need.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interactive content got much higher engagement for us.

 ### 38. Good Platform but has room for much more UX improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The best part that made us leave our previous platform provider has to be the transitions to create a page that becomes interactive for the user. The system is built to allow users to produce content very quickly and on the fly as the studio is hosted online rather than physical downloaded software.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Not being able to schedule creative to go live in the future. This is something that should be a standard tool in todays world. We also suffer from loading speeds of ceros content where the rest of the page has loaded and we are still waiting for Ceros to finish loading.

The SDK kit is more of a complex integration than we first imagined. There were a fair few bugs which we didn't expect to see which involved us rebuilding over 5000 hotspots on all our creative to work on iPad as the training didn't cover this specific area!

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Support are great at listening to developing the system to our needs and requirements. I cannot fault this, but with teething issues out the way, it is a great platform for any business to use for custom pages without the requirement of development time

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ceros for landing pages, look books, internationally across all devices to help promote marketing campaigns and merchandising products / brand launches.

**Official Response from Brad Hess:**

> We appreciate your review, Adam. Our dev team has worked relentlessly over the past few months to improve page speed, and your request to schedule content is on our roadmap. Thanks for your thoughts!

 ### 39. Excellent service for data visualization w/ attentive staff members

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine K. | Content Marketing Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2016

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The simplicity of the service. I provide my Ceros contacts with some specs/requirements for content, and they are able to produce quality pieces I can distribute. The communication between our team and Ceros is constantly flowing.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

We have had some trouble with mobile optimization and creating one piece of content that is optimized for multiple platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Make sure to have a clear idea of your company's strategy prior to reaching out to Ceros.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems in the area of content marketing. We want to show that our company is an educated resource when it comes to business solutions, a service that is not highly fashionable or easy to market. Ceros is taking our content that is textually rich but visually lacking and turning it into something we can share.

 ### 40. A diverse, developing product with a strong road-map.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace H. | Graphic Designer, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I'm a big fan of the customer support - the team respond quickly to our enquiries and have listened to our suggestions and needs. Whilst not everything has been put onto the road map as quickly as we would have liked, the product has been developed well over the time we have been working with Ceros.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

For me, I need the option to schedule an experience going live. This is so important with an E-Commerce site as when going into a sale period, we need the flexibility to push something live at a set time. We expected this to be a standard function with the Ceros product but unfortunately it has not yet been developed - I've been told it is on the road map for the future.

Also, I would like to see a better analytics area. I've suggested the idea of a heatmap a few times - again, I've been reassured this is to be discussed at the next planning meeting. It would significantly improve the post-launch end of an experience... After all, the creators need to know the best approaches and what worked well when creating more content!

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Take time to look through Ceros' examples area on the site - plenty of great content there to see what is achievable with their product. It's continually developing so it's good to check out their release notes frequently too!

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently created a LookBook intended to inspire the customer - Ceros supplied us with example links and suggestions of what may be achievable on this task. I feel their input did help us on our way towards creating the content.

**Official Response from Brad Hess:**

> Thanks for your review Grace. You are right–a brand new analytics environment is in the works. You can also integrate with Google Analytics to get granular page-level data. Let us know if you have any other good ideas for the Ceros studio!

 ### 41. Ceros us let's us focus on design and content.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chez Bryan O. | Founder + Creative Director, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Three things.

1) The platform is user friendly taking no time for new users to get acquainted with it.

2) Their customer service is genuinely caring and helpful. In three years, they've always gone above and beyond when answering questions or providing help. They even recently added an in-app customer service chat. So while you're working you can chat with someone on their end to help you through any challenges you may be encountering.

3) They regularly ask for feedback which fuels their frequent software updates. It seems they are pushing updates every few weeks. It's pretty amazing.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

We've been an early adopter having used Ceros since 2013. Early on our frustration was the lacking of typography features. Though has greatly improved since then, it is still something they could build upon even more.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

It's a bit pricey. However if you are producing substantial digital content on at least a monthly basis, you can make it back very quickly as it will lower your costs for designers and developers. In essence what used to take up to three people to produce in the past went down to one, plus it can be created in a fraction of the time.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros freed us from worrying about the talent, time, and costs associated to building beautiful digital experiences. It has enabled us to design and iterate great content quickly.

**Official Response from Brad Hess:**

> Thanks so much for your candid remarks, Chez!

 ### 42. Intuitive and rewarding to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris O. | Digital Content Manager, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

A lot of the Ceros interface is similar to Adobe CS products like Illustrator, so going between the two programs to create and then animate was very easy to pick up. The workflow on many things is similar, including the use of layers.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Some of the workflow is so similar between Ceros and Illustrator that I get a little frustrated when there's an Illustrator shortcut that doesn't work in Ceros. But these are really minor things, like the fact that ctrl+shift+> or < doesn't affect type size.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

The on-site support with Ceros is amazing. If I run into a question or there's something I'm not sure how to do, the live chat link is right there and the team is unbelievably knowledgeable and responsive. I never feel like I'm on my own.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our landing pages have always felt a step behind others in our industry and this allows us to do something fun and attention-grabbing that also more clearly communicates features and benefits.

 ### 43. Ceros: Valuable content platform to engage your audience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2016

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

This is an incredibly easy tool to use and get started on. The onboarding process was so easy based on the help from the Ceros team. It's been a pleasure to see all that we can do with such willing and passionate support all along the way.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

There are things we haven't been able to use, yet. We've only built out infographics, which is one of many creatives we can design. I'd like to see the full capability of the tool - not a bad review, just ramping up. It seems like there are a lot of new features being added, as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Use the Ceros team as much as you can. They are a wonderful resource that is really willing to help you achieve success.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now connecting and engaging with our audience. Before, we were sending out static graphics that were lost in the competition. Now, we can have our visitors come on a journey with us through the content we're producing.

**Official Response from Brad Hess:**

> Our team was thrilled to read your note – thanks! All I'd ask is if you'd please consider revising your review after you get a chance to try out all the platform functionality.

 ### 44. Ceros has great features but needs to evolve for responsive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I really love the fact that any e-book can be brought to life with engaging content and interactivity. I also found the real time edits to be useful as the file became a living and breathing document.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

There were restrictions to it's ability to be responsive for mobile usage. We had to reconfigure page sizes to accommodate. Also, there were times when edits didn't seem to take, not sure if that had to do with the number of layers we had built into the file.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Ask as many questions before taking on ebook development. Also, be more prepared with imagery and finalizing your document before you start building. Finally, make sure you've determined proportion to work with multiple screen sizes.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had wanted to showcase research findings. Ceros helped us do that in a more engaging way.

 ### 45. The Ceros Platform is a fantastick product that allows us designers to do what we are good at.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer W. | Creative Director and Owner, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I love the built in animation features, these allow me to add exciting elements to my designs without having to learn how to code. This way I can concentrate on what I am good at....designing

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Limitations on adding music to the experience, some editing features that many of the adobe products offer.

As for the subscriptions, they are quite expensive. As a small agency it would be great to have a monthly payment with a reasonable subscription to be able to offer to more of my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Give it a try. The support team is amazing at helping you get going as well as trouble shooting any issues that may come up. Plus it adds another credential to your resume to offer to clients.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to offer an exciting experience to otherwise dull pdf type publications for my clients.

 ### 46. Simple & Beautiful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanith C. | Assistant Web Designer, Apparel & Fashion, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

Ceros is easy to use for anyone who is familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop. UX from those platforms to Ceros is pretty seamless and because of that it's so easy to work on and create beautiful and interactive experiences. When you need help, the Ceros Support is always quick to answer sometimes within only an hour! At first, I was a little annoyed at a few missing features from Photoshop I've grown accustomed to but Ceros is updated frequently and on the support forums they're taking suggestions for new updates from users.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

The inability of changing the loading wheel unless you pay extra for it.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the problem of needed an update on our website, we wanted our imagery to be more impactful and have a more interactive shopping experience.

 ### 47. SVP Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben P. | SVP Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The experiences are beautiful, the Ceros team is easy to work with, and it's an affordable solution.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It would be great if the Ceros team could come to us with new projects, but that would require them to become an agency (as opposed to being a provider of experiences).

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

I would highly recommend Ceros to other marketers.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ceros helps us bring our content (sponsored stories, guides, whitepapers) etc to life in the form of an online experience/infographics.

**Official Response from Brad Hess:**

> Thanks for your valuable thoughts, Ben! We will take your suggestion to heart.

 ### 48. Great HTML5 content platform for those without dedicated developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The experience of using Ceros is smooth and consistent. Their WYSIWYG interface is slick and deep, their stability is wonderful and the performance of the embedded content is nicely optimized for speed. It really is a game changer, so long as you have the content to to take advantage of all of Ceros's strengths.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

It is a great platform but you need to have the content to produce. It is expensive it you are not going to take advantage of it. The built in analytics are good, but you will want to make sure you add Google Analytics to track deep interactions.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

You will be happy using Ceros. Their support is really wonderful and their team is very focused on customer success.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Ceros to solve the problem of not having dedicated developers for our content team. It performed very well for us, leading to great new leads and content downloads.

 ### 49. Powerful yet easy tool to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Correy H. | Director of eCommerce, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2015

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

The capabilities of the Ceros platform are extensive if you are looking at adding a digital lookbook or brochure. Additionally, the training to produce these pieces is very short --- especially if your design/creative staff is used to Adobe creative products.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

If you plan to embed video into your digital pieces, please we aware of your compression settings. Adding just a few 20-30 second videos could turn your smooth and fast loading lookbook into a clunky and slow loading disappointment. Be mindful when developing.

Also, while the platform is mobile friendly, it was adaptive and not responsive (at least our version of the platform).

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Be mindful if you plan to make your digital pieces shoppable that you will need to schedule additional time and resources for their SDK implementation. These capabilities are not ready 'out of the box.'

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create a shareable lookbook for our customers to access anywhere (desktop, mobile, etc.). Ceros even worked with us so that their platform had a bit more shareable functionality.

 ### 50. Bring your stories to life with Ceros

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2016

**What do you like best about Ceros?**

I like the interactive elements and how they can be used to bring certain stories on our site to life. We've used Ceros in the past for very immersive content to great success.

**What do you dislike about Ceros?**

Some of the embeds didn't work or render properly, especially on mobile. Also, some of the content was pretty heavy in terms of load times, and significantly increased page load times.

**Recommendations to others considering Ceros:**

Make sure that it load times are not affected by Ceros assets and that it works well on mobile.

**What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we don't have the resources to fully build out interactive elements in house, making Ceros a better solution from both a technical and design perspective. The teams we have worked with Ceros have been pretty responsive overall, and helped flush out the concept and deliver a pretty great product.
