What do you like best about Cardknox?

Communication is very important and missing somewhat from many larger financial companies. Being able to pick up the phone or shoot over an email and get quick response is key to help business thrive and keep customers happy. Cardknox does provides great service. What do you dislike about Cardknox?

The lack of a reseller control panel where all of my referral accounts could be listed. A CRM for sending referrals in, see commissions and enter leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cardknox?

I appreciate the high level of commitment they have to giving us and our mutual clients a good payment processing experience, especially in regards to EMV payments. We have previously used other systems for EMV payments and had terrible experiences, and Cardknox has made our lives as frontline customer support eons easier. Set up for our integration is easy, support is readily available and questions are typically answered quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardknox?

We have had a few miscommunications regarding who gets billed when our company has decided to cover costs for a client, and payment is taken directly from the merchant account. This has confused some of our clients, as they were not expecting costs to be covered in form of reimbursement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
