"Capacity Delivers Fast, Clear Answers for Routine Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

Capacity made it easier for me to get quick answers to my questions without having to wait for a customer support agent. The responses were clear and easy to follow, and the bot was helpful for handling common questions and finding information fast.

What I appreciated most was how quickly it replied and how straightforward the interaction felt. It cut down the time I would normally spend searching for information on my own. That said, there were a few situations where I still would have preferred to speak with a human, especially when the issue was more complex or unusual. Overall, though, I had a positive experience using Capacity.

I’d recommend it to organizations that want to improve response times and handle routine customer support questions more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

When I have more complex or unusual questions, Capacity sometimes needs additional context to fully understand what I’m asking. In those cases, I’d prefer a smoother handoff to a human support agent. I also feel the responses could be more personalized to my specific situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One AI Knowledge Base That Boosts Productivity and Automates Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

Capacity is its ability to bring knowledge, AI assistance, and workflow automation together in one platform. It makes it easy for employees and support teams to quickly find accurate information, automate repetitive tasks, and provide instant answers through an AI-powered knowledge base. Its integrations with popular business tools also help reduce context switching and improve productivity across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

One drawback of Capacity is that its setup and customization can take time, especially for organizations with large or complex knowledge bases. Some advanced AI and automation features have a learning curve, and smaller teams may find the pricing higher than simpler knowledge management solutions. Additionally, the quality of responses depends heavily on keeping the knowledge base accurate and up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Capacity Is a Lifesaver: One AI Knowledge Base That Slashes Ticket Volume"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

Capacity is a total lifesaver for our support team. The best part is having one AI knowledge base that connects to chat, email, and our ticketing system all at once, so we don't have to manage a million different tools. It instantly answers tons of repetitive questions, which dramatically cut down our daily ticket volume Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

While it breezes through standard tier-one questions, the bot can get confused or hallucinate when hit with deep, multi-layered technical trouble tickets, meaning your human team still has to jump in quite a bit. On top of that, smaller teams might find the pricing a bit too steep compared to simpler helpdesk tools, and the backend reporting and customization options feel a bit rigid when you want to tweak workflows exactly to your liking. "Simplifies Daily Tasks with Efficient Search"
4/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

I really like using Capacity because it helps me find things quickly without having to go through different documents or ask someone else for every small thing. The AI search and knowledge base features are particularly useful, helping me get the right information fast. The straightforward answers provided are mostly clear and useful, saving me a considerable amount of time in my work. Its simplicity is a big plus as well; I don’t have to spend much time figuring it out, which is great. Overall, Capacity makes some of the regular work tasks a bit easier and is a valuable support tool alongside my regular work software like Excel and Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

Sometimes the search doesn’t give the exact information I’m looking for, so I have to try the same thing in different ways. Also, some answers can be a bit generic depending on what I’m searching for. It would be helpful if the results were more specific and directly related to the question. "Efficient AI Assistant That Streamlines HR Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

The key feature of Capacity that makes it unique is its instant capability of responding to the typical questions asked by employees concerning their leave time, benefits, and company policies in real-time due to integration with the already existing HRIS systems and apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams. The system allows for the elimination of administrative ticketing and provides HR specialists with an opportunity to concentrate on more important tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

As far as the disadvantages of Capacity are concerned, the point that should be mentioned is the fact that both the initial configuration process and the training process of Knowledge Base are rather time-consuming in order to achieve the required accuracy of the answer provided. Moreover, complicated and sophisticated HR-related questions cannot be handled automatically and should be referred to human agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined HR with AI-Powered Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

I love how Capacity makes it easy for employees to get answers without having to figure out who in HR to contact. The centralized information and AI assistance make handling common questions much quicker. I also like that it reduces the routine workload on the HR team, particularly when the same questions keep coming up. It makes keeping HR information organized and accessible easier, and the self-service aspect is great because employees find what they need without creating a ticket or email for simple questions. It helps keep the experience more consistent as everyone uses the same information. The initial setup was easy too, with just some time spent organizing HR information and configuring the knowledge base. Once the basics were in place, the team could use Capacity with little technical effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

One thing that could be improved is how it handles questions when the information isn't clearly available in the knowledge base. In those situations, the response can sometimes be less useful and the employee still needs to reach out to HR. I'd also like more control over how answers are reviewed and updated, so HR teams can make sure the information stays accurate as policies change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Interface, Amazing AI Assistance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

The best aspect of Capacity is its simple interface, which makes all information easily accessible in one place, saving me time. Its features are excellent and make my work easier. The AI assistant is also quite good, making it easy to manage Excel and PPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

The issue I have with Capacity is that it has no offline service. There are network problems in my area, which causes a slight delay in receiving responses. This is an area that needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Knowledge Source with Impressive AI Search"
4/5
What do you like best about Capacity?

I use Capacity as an AI-powered knowledge management and support automation platform. I like its AI-powered search, ease of use, and ability to centralize information from multiple sources. Its standout feature is automating repetitive support tasks and common employee questions, which saves time for both the end user and support team. The AI-powered search has significantly reduced the time I spend looking for information because it pulls relevant answers from multiple connected knowledge sources instead of requiring me to search through several applications. Its ease of use means there is very little learning curve, making it simple for both new and experienced team members to adopt. Centralization of information from multiple sources has made my workflow much more efficient by giving me a single place to search for the information I need, instead of switching between documentation platforms, internal wikis, shared drives, and communication tools. Additionally, it was easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capacity?

I find that Capacity could improve in handling highly specific or context-dependent queries, especially when it comes to company terminology, team-specific questions, or recently updated documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how it automates routine HR tasks and reduces the time spent answering repetitive HR questions. I use Capacity as an AI platform to automate routine recruiting tasks. It delivers quick, accurate answers to common questions, making it easy for recruiters and candidates to find information without waiting for someone to respond. I appreciate being able to tailor workflows, FAQs, and knowledge content to match our recruiting process, which makes the platform more useful for our team. The initial setup was really smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
