BugHerd makes it easy for clients to leave website feedback. They simply point, click and comment - BugHerd grabs a screenshot, saves technical details and creates a task for your team to track. It's a simple tool for clients to use without requiring them to create accounts or log in. BugHerd website feedback & bug reporting tool is ideal for teams that build websites, including: - Agencies - Web Developers - Web Designers - Project Managers - QA/UA Testers - Marketing Professionals - Content Creators One of the key differences between BugHerd and other platforms is that users pin their comments directly on live webpages. This makes it easy to show exactly where feedback or issues are. This is a huge benefit when collecting feedback from multiple clients or stakeholders as they can see the feedback that's already been given and avoid duplication. All feedback automatically comes with a screenshot and technical details such as browser, URL, operating system, etc; and each comment is transformed into a trackable task on an inbuilt Kanban board, enabling teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. BugHerd also has deep two-way integrations with all project management tools such as ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, and more; as well as supporting integrations with collaboration tools like Slack & Microsoft Teams, and developer tools like GitHub. BugHerd also has a fully featured API and Webhook support enabling custom integrations with any application. ## BugHerd Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Website Feedback and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is a go-to tool for reviewing websites and landing pages. It makes it easy to pin feedback directly on the page and assign it to the right team members—no messy email threads or screenshots. It’s also great for collaborating with clients, who can leave comments without needing any technical know-how. It’s made our QA and revision process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The only minor drawback is that adding team members can feel a bit clunky, and it sometimes takes a bit of explaining to get clients comfortable using the tool. That said, once they’re in, it’s easy to use—and the benefits far outweigh the small learning curve.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd helps streamline website reviews by centralizing feedback directly on the page, eliminating the need for scattered emails, screenshots, or spreadsheets. It solves the problem of unclear requests by allowing comments to be pinned to specific elements, making feedback easier to understand and act on. It also improves collaboration across teams by turning comments into trackable tasks and assigning them to the right people. For clients, it simplifies the process of giving feedback—no technical knowledge required. Overall, it speeds up QA and revision cycles while keeping everyone aligned in one easy-to-use platform.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write us a review - we really appreciate it! It's great to hear that it's made your QA and revision process much more efficient.

That's what we strive for and our web dev team works hard to continue making it even easier.

Regards
Marina.

 ### 2. Effortless Client Feedback, Minor Learning Curve for Some

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corinne F. | Owner, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Love the ease in which our clients can give feedback on our websites and request revisions.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes our clients aren't sure how to use it or install it but this is rare and usually occurs with clients that have difficulty with computer based tasks anyway.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our clients to easily leave feedback and ask for revisions on our website builds. It decreases the time in which our projects launch.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Corinne! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about clients getting started to our Product team.
Regards
Marina D.

 ### 3. Much easier than email and spreadsheets!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love how BudHerd allows me to log my bugs in real time, but it allows the developer to fix at their own pace.

It's way better than emailing back and forth with screenshots.

It's way better than using a spreadsheet.

It just makes sense, and it was easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I wish I could more easily tell which tasks were complete, or see them organized in some way.

I would also love the bug log to be able to minimize so that if I'm copying and pasting text from the page, I don't have to close it out and start over.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to make regular updates to our website, and it was cumbersome logging the many changes via email.

Now, whenever I see a change that needs to be made, I can log it instantly and the item is added to our web developer's queue.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write us a review; we really appreciate it. It's great to hear that you have such positive feedback about BugHerd - it's definitely so much better than using emails and spreadsheets for collecting feedback!

With regards to managing tasks, I've included here a link to a Help doc that might be able to help you with their organization. But if not, please reach out to our Support team who I'm sure can assist you - support@bugherd.com

Thanks again for your feedback!
Regards
Marina.

 ### 4. Invaluable tool for website design feedback and content edits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian V. | Managing Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I have tested several similar services and found all of them lacking in critical ways. BugHerd works incredibly well for our small team of developers and content managers. We deploy the software on all of our WordPress sites and it allows our clients to quickly supply feedback and submit change requests.

I reached out to support to help resolve some layout issues in various WordPress themes and builders and they have been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There is a bit of a learning curve and some improvements that could make the modal that overlays the site a bit easier to use.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the process of client feedback for new website development

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Brian
Thanks for taking the time to write us a review - it's much appreciated! We are really pleased to hear about how easy it is for your clients to provide feedback, and also your positive comments about our Support Team. I'll be sure to let them know.

Our Product Team is continuously looking at ways to improve the onboarding for BugHerd to make the learning curve as quick as possible so stay tuned for updates.

Thanks again!
Regards
Marina.

 ### 5. Easy Installation and Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Easy install and quick to implement. As a marketer within an organization, I appreciated this ease.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I've run into a tiny issue with logging a bug within a nav dropdown, but this can still be done by recording a screenshare within the extension.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're updating our website. BugHerd is a great system for logging bugs and style changes during testing.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comment about the nav dropdown to our product team.
Regards
Marina D.

 ### 6. Pinpoint Feedback Makes Website Reviews Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly L. | B2B Marketing Consultant & Agency Founder , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love that I can refer to the exact point on the website the feedback applies to.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I would like the pins placed on the webpage to be moveable.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It collates all feedback (internal and client) into one place. This saves lots of back and forth emails and makes project management smoother.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of BugHerd. We really appreciate the feedback and I have passed on your comments about the movable pins to our Product team.
Regards
Marina D.

What I like most about bug her is the ability to collaborate with clients and have all of that documentation and one place for them to see as it goes through our workflow process

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Don't have too many complaints as it so noncompany and they're always coming up with new and exciting things

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's eliminating receiving edits and updates through multiple sources and allowing my customers to have one portal to work with when making edits for the season.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

 ### 8. Effortless Client Collaboration, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The ability to have the client send work and feedback without interruptions.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I think it would be best if it integrated with other project management software

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the time I spend trying to understand exactly what the client wants.

 ### 9. Very useful and timesaving tool for design/development teams with internal and external reviewers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Super easy to use. Intuitive for users with different skill sets.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I truly can't think of a single thing that I dislike about this product! We have had great success in using it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd has saved us time and frustration and greatly reduced miscommunication about bugs/feedback on our projects. It also serves as a wonderful repository of valuable information for future updates. It truly has been a game-changer for us. Because it is so easy to offer feedback, we are creating much stronger projects that reflect everyone's input and observations.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 10. Bugherd makes it easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole N. | Digital Accounts Onboarding Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd makes it easy to input a large volume of website edits, and as a project manager, it bridges the gap between client requests and development speak.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There are several issues with screenshots not being taken when quickly adding mass edits, and often times the pin dropped goes to the wrong place when the task is submitted. Additionally, the extension sometimes breaks down, so you have to uninstall and reinstall the program, which is a pain. The tool is fantastic, but some maintenance and bug fixes must occur as we roll out Bugherd to our whole company. Also, please let bugherd integrate with Brave, not just chrome.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to point out specific areas our developers need to change or edit when we're creating websites for our clients.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Cole,

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review, really appreciate it! Makes me really happy to hear we bridge the gap between client requests and developer speak.

Thanks for adding your request for BugHerd to work better on Brave and thank you too for your patience with the recent technical issues - definitely a priority for us to ensure BugHerd works as seamlessly as possible for everyone.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 11. Essential tool for any web company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert A. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is an essential part of our development process, it streamlines ticketing by removing any questions our developers have by providing clear image drived feedback. It massively speeds up our team.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The tool is great for identifying where the bugs are, but you still do need to clarify to your team what a good quality comment is when using it. For example, typing - "Fix this" isnt terribly helpful and comment. A Good description of the issue is still required for the most part.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves our team a huge amount of time by visually showing where every bug is specifically to the pixel on a page, rather than competitors like Jira who link to a full page, leaving you to figure out where the issue is.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Robert,

Really appreciate you taking the time to write us a review about how BugHerd streamlines your ticketing and speeds up the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 12. Game changer for organizing feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline C. | Sr. Software Architet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

If you are still using email chains and screenshots to gather client or stakeholder feedback - STOP! You want bugherd.

Eliminates guesswork on what "this is broken" or "feels funky" means - as a developer I can't tell you how invaluable it is to see precisely what a user saw and what device/resolution they saw it ON. Clean workflow and commenting adds so much.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Not a thing. It is great out of the box!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing cycletime and work on fixing issues

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Hi Caroline - thanks so much for your positive feedback and we're so pleased that BugHerd is able to help you and your clients. Our Product and Dev teams are constantly working in the background so the platform will just get better and better.

Thanks again!
Regards
Marina.

 ### 13. The Ultimate QA Solution for Streamlined Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd has completely transformed our QA process! Its built-in automations are a lifesaver, capturing errors, screenshots, and the exact locations of issues effortlessly. This has significantly reduced the back-and-forth communication, allowing our team to focus on solving problems rather than hunting them down.

What sets BugHerd apart is its seamless integrations with platforms like Monday.com. Connecting systems is now a breeze, and it keeps everyone aligned and on top of tasks. Whether you're managing a small project or a large-scale application, BugHerd simplifies and streamlines the process like no other tool we've used.

If you're looking to enhance your QA efficiency, collaboration, and overall workflow, BugHerd is a must-have. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There are a few additional features I’d love to see, like the ability to keep a project open but prevent new items from being added. That said, the BugHerd team is always incredibly responsive when we share feature requests, which is reassuring and shows their commitment to improvement.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd is solving the challenge of team alignment and creating a single source of truth for our QA process. By automating the capture of errors, screenshots, and precise issue locations, it ensures that everyone on the team is on the same page with clear, actionable insights. Its seamless integrations with tools like Monday.com further enhance collaboration by connecting our systems, centralizing information, and keeping tasks organized. This has helped us maintain clarity, reduce miscommunication, and work more efficiently toward resolving issues as a cohesive team.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Oh, thank you for sharing that BugHerd has completely transformed your QA process and is also seamlessly integrating with Monday.com.

We love hearing how we can make BugHerd even better, and the good news is that being able to stop additional feedback is definitely something we're planning to add.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 14. Exceptional application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nic W. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is a superlative application that helps our agency team collaborate in real time, incorporate client feedback (and inevitable requests to extend scope), and reduce time-to-delivery of high caliber work.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would be somewhat useful to have a mobile interface, but not a priority.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating with clear visuals is excellent. e.g.: our US-based team has four native languages, and BugHerd reduces confusion in vernacular thanks to the visual capture feature. Task assignment and production roadmap gives a real-time POV to help PM's keep projects on track.

In short: we deliver great work, on or ahead of schedule and on budget due in no small part to BugHerd

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Nic,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share that BugHerd helps you deliver great work, ahead of schedule and on budget. Love hearing this!

Really appreciate it, and glad to hear you're loving BugHerd (maybe even more so with a mobile interface!)

Thanks,
Merrin

It's Easy to use and a game changer for

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Mobile version is not great and we just don't use it at all.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to write our QC Edits in a document and take/upload screenshots there, it was not great for follow up or feedback.

**Official Response from Marina Domoney:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write us a review - much appreciated! It's great to hear that BugHerd is helping you with your website QA process. It definitely speeds things up and makes it so easy for everyone.

The BugHerd dev team will be working at improving its mobile version and we'll let you know once that's ready.

Regards

The ability to log bugs directly on the site, to share designs and communications with clients or team members separately has been a game changer for our team. ### 21. Best bug tracking tool and QA reviewer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Moremm A. | Freelance Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's extensive bug tracking features, data archival, intuitive and fast User Experience is one of its highlights

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The clarity is sometimes not that clear and there is a room for improvement for some parts of its User Experience

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detailed bug tasks listings and easy to use extension to facilitate the bug tracking for QA checkers

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi John,

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on BugHerd and how it's helping with bug tracking and QA.

If you have any specific ares for improvement you'd like to suggest for UX, we'd love to hear them - feel free to send up an email to support@bugherd.com.

 ### 22. Using BugHerd Will Level Up Your QA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole T. | Quality Assurance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Pinpointing edits has never been easier, and the automatic screenshot with annotation capability is very handy. Even better is the ability to screen record with verbal explanation. BugHerd has really made it easy to increase our efficiency on a day-to-day basis during the QA process, as well as the client feedback process.

It was easy to set up our BugHerd account, and when we have a problem with the software, their customer support is very friendly and helpful via email.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The notification system needs an overhaul. Turning on/off notifications isn't fully customizable and there's no internal inbox, so my email inbox is constantly being spammed. I've taken to filtering all notifications from BugHerd directly into a folder and never looking at them.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending QA edits to our dev team was laborious and slow prior to using BugHerd. We were manually typing out the edits with locational information and instructions, and taking screenshots ourselves to annotate with tools like Paint and the Snipping Tool. BugHerd streamlined this process and reduced not only the amount of time it takes us to report bugs to the dev team, but also reduced the number of errors we were getting back from the dev team when asking for changes to be made.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Nicole for taking the time to send us a review. Love hearing how much faster BugHerd has made your QA edits.

Re notifications - there are options to turn on and off notifications you don't want: https://support.bugherd.com/en/articles/33888-when-are-task-email-notifications-sent. If those are serving you well, please do let us know what would help via support@bugherd.com.

Thanks again for the review.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 23. Incredibly useful and efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iole W. | Director, Project Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

We use BugHerd to QA as well as for client reviews. Clients love it because it only requires an extension and then it's seamless from there - just click and comment on what needs to be changed. On the agency side, this also encourages clients to be specific in their feedback, requiring them to think it through! As a project manager, it's so easy to drag and drop cards on the task board. Mass updating makes things go more quickly as well. Strong feature sets.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Product suggestion - would love to be able to a place per project where I could add QA instructions, links, assignments, etc. So anyone that's been instructed to go check out the work on BugHerd can find the what/how of their assignment. The search/filtering functionality can be a little clunky and takes a minute to figure out how to use. Email notifications seem to be lacking (unless I'm missing something); I want to know if anyone has commented anywhere on a project, and it seems like you must be assigned for that to happen. As oversight, I need to manually check BH frequently vs being alerted.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The specificity of the 'real-time' feedback along with the ability to assign, sort, tag, categorize, etc is invaluable; for me, it ensures nothing is missed. Clients can be very vague in their feedback and BugHerd forces them to think through their feedback before making general comments. My developer loves it for the sake of organization - it's great to clean that board!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Iole,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a great review. So happy to hear clients and your developer love it!

Thanks for the product suggestions. Like the idea of a location for putting instructions for clients. Also, email notifications can be modified (see help article) - but you're right re comments - only for tasks you're assigned to, or unassigned tasks if you're a manager role. I'll pass that feedback on to the team.
There are the notifications in product, which might make things a little quicker: https://support.bugherd.com/en/articles/84984-notifications-for-new-comments-and-mentions-in-bugherd

Thanks again for the review,
Merrin

 ### 24. Great Solution For Managing Website Feedback.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like how everyone can collaborate in real time and provide feedback that is easy to interpret thanks to the tools such as pins and screenshots. Moreover, it's very easy to install and integrate to a website, and once it's done, with the help of the browser extension, you can activate it with 2 clicks.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It can be a bit buggy sometimes with images not being taken or if the sites have password protection, this can lead to bugherd not working fully

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users are able to see feedback in real time and where each bug is which saves a lot of time for the team. Moreover we can always go back to it and keep a record of the work that's been done which is very helpful for project management. I would maybe just add a time tracking feature, that would be quite handy.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hello Alexa,

Thanks so much for taking time to write us a review, happy to hear it's helpful for project management.

Thanks for the suggestion of a time tracker, BugHerd does integrate with Harvest and time Doctor, if you're looking for a way to track the time spent managing client feedback and bugs.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 25. BugHerd is a lifesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love how much it speeds up our intern QA/QA processes and streamlines client feedback. The fact that it also captures browser info and provides screenshots makes it much easier for our developers to fix bugs.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The client view is a bit limited and using auto correct when adding task descriptors is a little clunky.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps speed up the QA/QC process and makes gathering client feedback a breeze.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a lovely review about how BugHerd is a lifesaver!

Looking forward to delivering some more value for client view of tasks in the new year, too.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 26. Perfect tool for collecting feedback during a website redesign.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan D. | Director of Content Strategy and Data Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd made it easy for us to solicit feedback on a new website from a wide variety of stakeholders. We could then organize that feedback and triage any fixes.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

While overall this tool worked super well, it did require some training for non-technical staff who participated in the review process. However, a little bit of training went a long way.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to collect feedback on a fully redesigned website in advance of launch. Bugherd allowed us to collect feedback from dozens of stakeholders in an organized way and track our progress in resolving bugs and feedback they found. This was an invaluable tool in an essential project that required a lot of eyes.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Ryan for sharing your fab review of BugHerd. So glad it made getting feedback from a wide variety of stakeholders easier.

If you have any suggestions for how we can help better train less technical staff, please feel free to send them to support@bugherd.com.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 27. Excellent Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I work for a charity, which runs various fundraising events throughout the year. We use BugHerd to review the webpages created for these events (approximately 3-4 events per year) - to provide feedback during testing periods. Prior to using BugHerd we would have to email all our feedback to those managing the various programs and IT. This was very time consuming and a very ineffcient process (e.g. duplicate comments being reviewed in various emails, having to enter links and screenshots of potential issues found, etc.). With BugHerd, we can view other comments made by colleagues (avoiding duplicates) and enter our comments directly in location on the page where a potential issue has been found. BugHerd saves countless hours of unnecessary work.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The only thing I dislike about BugHerd is that we can't use it when we are reviewing the features of our Participant Centres for our events (e.g. If someone registers for a Walk, they can login to a Participant Centre). We can only use it to review public webpages. When reviewing our Partiicpant Centres, we must do things 'old school'.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving countless hours of unnecessary work!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write such a lovely review. Always love hearing that BugHerd is saving you time and hassle.

Please feel free to get in touch (if you haven't already) about using BugHerd on the Participation Centres and we'll see if there's a workaround for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 28. Superb tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Incredibly useful piece of kit when logging everything from bugs/errors to simple typos on websites. Easy to implement and set up too. Ability to save screenshots and videos makes life a lot simpler for our tech team to work out where exactly the issue is on a webpage. Also being able to use it for public feedback and then track that through the kanban board is very handy.
Customer service is great too - if you want to check something, or suggest an improvement, they're very responsive.
We use Bugherd on a daily basis and we'd be a bit lost without it now.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Not many downsides at all. Slight niggle is that integration with Jira doesn't seem that straightforward. We tried via Zapier but not succeeded yet, but it's early days

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

updates to new websites we're building, tracking issues on existing websites. Managing customer feedback and fixing issues

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks so much for your stellar review of BugHerd and our customer support - love hearing that everything is going well.

Please do contact us about the Integration - as we do have a direct integration with Jira, that might work better for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 29. Easy to Use Tool for Team and Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd makes identifying, assigning, and tracking necessary changes easy, quick, and intuitive. It makes client communication and feedback easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I would like to see a few more features on the client-use side of BugHerd.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying and tracking necessary changes on product.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you so much for your lovely review of BugHerd. We love helping make client communication and feedback easy and fast.

If you haven't already sent us the additional client-side features you'd like to see, please do feel free to shoot them through to support@bugherd.com - we'd love to hear from you.

Thanks again,
Merrin

 ### 30. Saves time on project changes and updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

A great tool to collect and enter site updates and changes!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I'd like to be able to review a site in both desktop and mobile from one machine.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proofing and QC on site builds.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write a review for BugHerd. Really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 31. Easy in-browser reviews for any site

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren O. | Senior Manager, Learning Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's the easiest way I've found to give website related feedback; it's quickly deployed and ideal for tracking the implementation of feedback as well. It's also very easy to integrate -- the Chrome plug-in means it's intuitive and easily available.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Using some of the features can be a little tricky to set up right - tagging items at annotation creation is ideal so that they go to the right place/person, but this can feel a little clunky

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering internal and external feedback. It's a key part of our development process.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Lauren,

Thanks for the awesome review of BugHerd and how easy it makes it to give feedback on websites. Always good to hear it's a key part of the team's development process.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 32. BugHerd makes my company possible.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The ease of training end users. Most get how to use BugHerd the first time. If I had to teach someone Jira it would not work at all. But with BugHerd they get to reporting issues with little delay. We here at breezysites.co use the tool every day.

Getting users to implment this tool is much less effort than comparable tools.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

No downsides that I know of. Most of the issues are around people forgetting to use the tool.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers were having a hard time telling my team what they wanted done. Now, we are all looking at the same issue the same way.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave such a great review. Love hearing that it's easier to train new users.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 33. My favourite website development tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is extremely effective in allowing our non-techy clients to be able to explain what they would like to change, without us having to setup long winded screensharing review sessions with them. They can point and click, leave us as many notes as they want and we can see the comments arrive as they review. It's superb.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I don't have any crticisms about Bugherd as a product. It continues to be developed all of the time so I'm excited to see where it goes.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd saves us a lot of time. Before we had this tool, we had to organise screensharing sessions with clients to get feedback. Now we can let them review in their own time.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Nicola,

Thanks you for your lovely 5 star review! Really appreciate it. Love that BugHerd is saving you so much time!

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 34. Convenient testing & bug raising tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

- Integrates well with my browser,
- Great tagging system (e.g. severity, team member),
- Quick bug raising (requires a minimal amount of clicks),
- Allows great communication between teams,
- Automatic screenshot capture and precise pin placing on the site,
- Neat & Modern User Interface,
- Frequent updates - always improving,
- Great customer support,
- Implementing Bughers in our company was smooth,
- I no longer hate testing thanks to Bugherd and I use it daily :)

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The screenshot editing tools need improving, especially editing the shapes and keyboard shortcuts like undo, copy/paste, and delete

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy bug raising. It saves me time.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to write a 5 Star review and so happy to hear you no longer hate testing! :D Love that you're getting great support. Thanks for the feedback on screenshot editing and keyboard shortcuts, I have passed that along to the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 35. BugHerd is an essential part of our quality control process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's easy enough for the average user to understand, but robust enough to manage large projects.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't really dislike anything, it would be great to have more options to export tasks to a spreadsheet, but overall, I think it's a fantastic tool.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We build websites. Sometimes our clients understand the process of ironing out the bugs, but sometimes they don't. BugHerd gives us the ability to allow even the least tech-savvy client to easily add pins to things they want to know more about, ticket areas that need attention, and keep track of decisions made along the way via comments.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for the great review of BugHerd. Really love hearing how it helps makes website reviews easier, even with your least tech-savvy clients.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 36. Organization inside agile projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicomedes Y. | Analista de TI, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It permits to organize tasks according to the development state. It helps to easily view the current state. It permits to access other users only to see the content.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It doesn't allowed me to add more fields insider the task form.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organization of bugs and tasks

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hello Nicolmedes,

Thanks for taking the time to send us a 5 star review! Love hearing that it helps organize bugs and tasks better.

Love the feedback around being able to customise fields - feel free to send more info on what you'd like to be able to add to support@bugherd.com.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 37. BugHerd helps with reporting and correcting website issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is a really helpful internal tool for our subsidiaries to report any issues or corrections on our website. With our website being available in 9 languages, our subsidiary marketers use BugHerd to notify us of any translations or images which need to be corrected. Our tech support team has access to BugHerd to report any incorrect links or changes to our product support team.

We further link BufHerd to Monday.com using Zapier so any reported bugs get fed directly to our Monday boards.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The pins sometimes don't show so I need to take a few extra steps to see what the reported issue is.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd is assisting when we have incorrect translations or broken links across the 9 languages we manage. The corrections get annotated by our subsidiary marketers and I get notified to fix the correction.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Eric,

Thanks for taking the time to share your review of BugHerd. Great to hear BugHerd helps you manage 9 translations!
If you have examples of pins not showing where you want, please feel free to send them to support@bugherd.com and we can look into it for you.

Thanks again for your lovely review,
Merrin

 ### 38. Pretty good tool with some missing features and functionalities

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

We love bugherd bc it has improved our QA process, specifically for designers and PMs reviewing and approving eng work before it goes to QA.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The notifications are not where they need to be. They are structured poorly and you have to either choose to be undernotified or overnotified, no in between customizations. The Slack integration needs to be greatly improved.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catching bugs sooner and more often, improving the overall product.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd and letting us know it's improved our QA process.

Please feel free to let us know what you dislike about the new notifications (email and in product) at support@bugherd.com - I'd love to hear from you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 39. Bugherd is a great tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is easy to manage and a helpful tool that we recommend to clients and to use internally.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Guest access could be improved as it can be difficult for viewers to use.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps with efficiency while looking at websites and writing notes.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Charlotte,

Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd! Appreciate the lovely review and the Guest Access information. If you have any further suggestions for how the guest access could be better, please do feel free to send them to support@bugherd.com.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 40. A great simple tool for reviewing projects easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke E. | Studio Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Simple implementation and very easy to add clients too. The ability to tag specfic components for visual feedback makes the process very seamless. It fully integrates with the native kanban board to track bugs and improvements.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes when using javascript heavy websites, the Chrome extension can cause some odd behaviour and console errors. This is not too wide spread but has limited us in some areas.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd removes the need for large documents of feedback and provides a large depth of feedback that we'd expect from an in person feedback session. It also allows for anyone to feedback at any time and capture it all in the standardised way.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Luke,

Thanks for the lovely review - great to hear how BugHerd has removed the need for the old spreadsheet of doom for feedback!

If you've got any examples of the odd behaviour/console errors with javascript heavy websites, please shoot them through to support@bugherd.com and we'll take a look at that for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 41. Must-have tool for website testing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's super easy to use and stream lines our testing process by removing the need for tons of testing documents that are difficult to keep organized or track progress in. Bugherd makes website testing so simple and saves us precious time.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

No downside so far! There are a couple features that would be nice (default "severity" for all bugs logged, ability to attach bugs to dialog boxes/pop ups, etc.) but nothing major!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd offers a solution for stream lining website testing. By cutting down on unnecessary documents and integrating the logging of bugs with notifications, many hours are saved when testing entire websites.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you very much for the 5 Star review. Love hearing that BugHerd is a must-have tool for website testing!

I've passed on your feedback about the nice to have features to the team.

Thanks again,
Merrin

 ### 42. QA Web products with minimal effort. A great tool for the web development toolbox.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is a browser plugin that lets you redline your website. Suggest edits, comments and user feedback and have information like the users Browser, URL visited, a screenshot and contact information of who reported the bug. INVALUABLE for development and marketing departments technical and non technical stakeholders as a time saver. Streamlines communication. Directors to copywriters at my place of business love it.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is an amazing tool. I wish that it had a better method to integrate into third party project management systems. Bugherd has an API - and you can achieve lots of customization and integration, but honestly it feels like bugherd should be an add on for every project management tool that could be used to run web development.

The Zapier Zaps are good enough for many scenarios, but don't always fit the bill with every other project management system.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi stakeholder QA on multiple web products. It assists with our product launch and marketing initiatives as well making them "more perfect".

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Zac,

Thanks for your review of BugHerd. Think I might start adopting "more perfect" for my projects too. :)

Feel free to drop us a line with what additional project management tools you'd like to see BugHerd integrate with, as we've been building out our direct integrations.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 43. THE bugfix board for your team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is easy to use, and all the tools that you need to work through bugs are right there - I've never had an issue or bug through bugherd. It's easy, clients get it, and your bugfixin' developers will use it all day!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

If you need a client and internal board, it can be tough to delineate them.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy to use board for developers and clients alike, which allows us to communicate and keep the work in one place!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks so much for the lovely review. Makes us happy to hear we're keeping bugfixin' developers happy! :)

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 44. A fantastic addition to our staging site process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana F. | Web Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd has made it extremely easy to collaborate across departments as we are working on a staging site to deliver to our clients. It has significantly cut back on the hours we spent in google docs looking through screenshots and pages of comments.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I wish there were different levels of permissions settings. We have run into a few issues with team members trying to create tasks for certain people, assigning them etc. I would also love to be able to organize all of the different projects I have in bugherd. Right now I just view a bunch of projects in one place organization for that would be amazing

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of complex 60+ page long google docs. Saving a lot of wasted time and resources decoding changes that were normally just us going back and forth in a google doc

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Diana,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of BugHerd, we love hearing from you that it's made your complex feedback process simpler.

Thanks for your suggestion regarding organising projects - have shared that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 45. Crucial to our QA process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Ability to log, track, assign, validate bugs with precision anywhere on a site.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Not able to direct which project a bug goes to when adding it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily communicate QA between teams

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the great review - love hearing how helpful we are with the QA process.

Thanks too for the bit about wanting to be able to change projects for a bug when logging it. Will definitely share that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 46. Overall really pumped up our productivity.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherif N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The screenshot capability in the browser plugin makes it super easy to register and track bugs.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

2 main issues,

1. The screenshot capability does not work when a modal/dialog etc are open (Prob a backdrop issue), this would be great to solve.

2. Multiselection of tickets, that would be amazing although not urgent .. but really nice to hve .

3. This is really minor, but I cant tell you how cool it'd be if screenshots can be dragged/dropped instead of just browsing directory structure.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking bugs, we had a mess of a time trying to keep track of all the bugs, and as I previously mentioned the plugin + instant screenshot capability is just a gamechanger !

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Sherif,

Thank you for reviewing BugHerd. Appreciate the time you've taken to share how BugHerd is helping track bugs.

Thanks also for sharing what would make BugHerd even better for you. To help, here's an article about how to get BugHerd working on modals : https://support.bugherd.com/hc/en-us/articles/6802225549711-Using-BugHerd-on-Modals
and keep a look out for future releases, as we're planning to add some multi-ticket actions to BugHerd.

Cheers,

 ### 47. Overall great - a few minor nitpicks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's a fast and easy way to log bugs on a project. The ability to record short videos and attached screenshots for context is great, and the technical data captured around the browser, resolution, etc. makes troubleshooting a breeze.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There are a few little interface things that could use some help - sometimes tabbing between fields doesn't work quite as smoothly as I'd expect, and I end up doing a bit of rage clicking to open up the dropdown I want (assignee, status, etc.). Additionally, the latest bigger update to the sidebar introduced some annoying ticks where the cursor will move around when trying to enter a bug description. Even with these flaws, the overall platform is great.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mean, it just does what it says on the label very well. Capturing bugs quickly and easily, organizing them, prioritizing them, getting them assigned... it's anything I think we could need from this type of service.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd. Have passed the feedback on to the team about the annoying ticks, but please feel free to message support@bugherd.com with specifics.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 48. It has improved the way we used to keep a track of review comments.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Easy to tag people concerning the review comment, and be able to take a screenshot of the element reviewer is speaking about. It is great to have a link to reach to the LMS page where it was added.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would help if the concerned person would be notified once an issue is resolved and also if the comments would appear according to the hierarchy of their importance.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Easy to review the LMS.
2. Easy to tag the concerned person who can fix/ implement the change required.
3. Easy to keep track of the comments and link the page to a particular issue in the LMS page.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write a 5 star review of BugHerd. So good to hear it's helping you review content for your LMS.

Thanks for the feedback about notifications for resolved issues. Notifications are sent when the task is archived, but would be great to have one when moved to "done" too.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 49. Easy to use and understand - an agency's dream software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Collaboration with the team and the ability to have a screenshot of what is being seen on the viewer's end for the best possible diagnostic support. The ability to have the google extension is also very nice for clients to easily use the product

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes things can get buried or lost if the client is not well organized or likes to post multiple requests about the same section. Perhaps to mitigate this you could have the option to group requests via subpage as well?

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a website design and reform agency Bugherd helps to not only root out any site issues during the building process but also allows for efficient design feedback too. Allowing us to better work with our design team to get the whole picture of what a client is looking for!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with BugHerd. "An agency's dream software" is bringing a smile to this product marketers face. :)

Love the suggestion for grouping requests - would tagging the items help with filtering and sorting this for the moment?

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 50. Has made a huge impact on our agency in the 5+ years we have been using it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

We have used Bugherd for every single web project we have ever built and just changes the game allowing us to triage internal, development and client feedback, saving time and money. It's great for projects big and small.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Maybe 1/20 clients either just doesn't 'get it' or just refuses to use it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to pull feedback from multiple parties before the launch of web development projects, bug tracking after launch and forward planning post-launch for new features and updates.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Tom,

Thanks so much for your lovely review of BugHerd. Great to hear it's so helpful for you and your clients.

Cheers,
Merrin
