## Archbee Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexey Z. | Senior Technical Writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee makes creating and deploying documentation very easy. The WYSIWYG editor is a joy to use with a wide range of elements for building content, which helps make our docs look fantastic. The team keeps improving the product by adding new features. It’s also highly customisable for adjusting the visual style of docs. As we build our multi-product documentation, Archbee provides flexible solutions allowing some docs to be written directly in the Archbee editor, while others are managed through the GitHub integration. Overall, Archbee perfectly meets all our documentation needs.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

While frequent feature releases may cause some issues for those with custom elements in their docs, the Customer Support and Dev teams were very responsive in solving these problems in no time. Basically, this is the only issue we have with Archbee.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a solution that would let us create great-looking documentation for both desktop and mobile, with advanced customisation options, broad integration support, and the ability to easily embed content from other platforms — Archbee checked all the boxes. At the same time, Archbee enables our authors to easily create and edit pages, collaborate through reviews, and quickly deploy documentation to production. I believe one of the reasons for the success of our main product is its user-friendly, visually appealing documentation, which attracts up to 100K unique visitors per month.

 ### 2. Intuitive and Accessible, Perfect for Building Knowledge Bases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

For the past six months, I've been using Archbee as my primary tool at work, and one of the aspects I appreciate most is how accessible and user-friendly it is, even for those who are new to the platform. The interface is highly intuitive, and the formatting options are excellent, which is especially important for my work in building knowledge bases. Currently, I rely on Archbee every day, and it truly streamlines my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I realise this might sound like a minor complaint, and I apologise if it comes across as nitpicking, but at the moment, the platform does not allow opening a page in a new tab using the scroll click. This feature would be extremely useful, especially when managing several pages simultaneously. My current workaround is to refresh the page I'm working on to open it in a new tab, but this approach occasionally causes problems with keeping the page name and icon formatted correctly.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having built and used knowledge bases in many previous roles, I've experienced a range of platforms with varying degrees of practicality. So far, Archbee stands out as the most compact and accessible option, not only for me as a content creator but also for my colleagues who need to quickly understand and access information. Unlike many other platforms, its search function is genuinely robust and effective, which significantly cuts down the time spent searching for specific guidance. The modern interface helps streamline information, breaking down large amounts of knowledge into more manageable, bite-sized pieces. The editing tools also allow for visually appealing results, making even dense guidance feel less overwhelming and easier to review. This is especially valuable since most of our team works remotely and training isn't conducted in person, which makes it more challenging to adapt teaching to individual learning styles.

 ### 3. Archbee: a top notch solution for any comprehensive knowledge base needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack B. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

After a long and drawn out search for a solution, Archbee has been the best and easiest answer to our internal and external Knowledge Base needs. It was super easy to implement and integrate into our existing site, and we found it especially simple and powerful in relation to porting over what existing documentation we had already done in previous systems and documentation iterations. The team at Archbee is super responsive and we have found their customer support model to always be A++! We can't recommend this team and product highly enough.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Many other products offer bigger, and much more flashy options in relation to AI assistance, as well as more robust tools for immediate Localization of documentation. While compared to Archbee's offerings, theirs may seem to have some downsides... we have found that the robust and simple tools in Archbee should pretty much answer any team's overall needs. There will always be some other bigger enterprise solution out there that may do more, or offer a million different options you "think" may be cool or useful, but what we have found is that Archbee solidly answers our immediate needs, all while working to implement what is right for their tool, and improve it with a keen eye to the future. They aren't glomming on to the latest trend for trend sake, they are making the right choices for their tool and user base now.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very wide user base in almost every continent and every timezone. These users need easy and constant access to documentation on the use of our system, but also need to find their answers easily, and quickly. Time is of the essence. Archbee is easy to navigate, easy to use and with it's ai assistance built in to summarize articles, our users always have what they need to get the job done, and done right from the get go!

 ### 4. Effortless Admin and User Experience with Archbee—Streamlined, Supportive, and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

As both an administrator and content creator, I truly appreciate how straightforward Archbee is to use and manage. Having tried several other platforms for customer training, making the switch to Archbee has made administration so much easier. Since I work with a very small team, having a streamlined admin experience is crucial.

Our users have also seen significant benefits. We've received excellent anecdotal feedback, and the data clearly shows that users prefer Archbee when searching for the information they need.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There is very little I dislike about Archbee. Whenever a bug arises, their team addresses it promptly. Additionally, when we submit feature requests, they usually already have those improvements planned on their roadmap.

While the system does impose some limitations on how you can author content, I find that this actually contributes to its ease of use. The available options for displaying content make it simple to maintain a consistent appearance, even when multiple people are contributing.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we managed our content through an LMS, which allowed us significant control over user tracking and restricting content to the right audiences. However, as our business developed, the challenges of limited content accessibility and the heavy administrative workload associated with the LMS became overwhelming. We decided that most of our content should be publicly accessible to encourage wider adoption of our technology, while the small portion that needed to remain gated for customers required a much simpler administrative process.

Additionally, we found that LMS platforms lag significantly in terms of AI integration. We were looking for an AI chatbot that could be restricted to our specific content yet still be advanced enough to match the latest developments in AI. Archbee fulfills all of these requirements.

 ### 5. Archbee can help do wonders!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikolaos N. | Community Moderator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

What I really like about Archbee is that it makes documenting stuff for my team way easier. Everything's in one place now, and there is no more digging through Drive or Slack to find things. It’s fast, clean, and actually built for technical docs, which makes a big difference. I can write guides, link things together, even embed API references or videos without any hassle. The search works great, and onboarding new people is so much smoother. Honestly, it just saves time and keeps us orgcanized.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

If I had to pick something I don’t love about Archbee, it’s that the interface can feel a bit rigid at times. It’s great for structure, but sometimes I wish there was a little more flexibility or customization, especially when it comes to styling pages or organizing the layout just how I want. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve if your team isn’t used to structured documentation tools. Nothing deal-breaking, but it takes a bit to get everyone up to speed.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archbee helps us tackle two big problems: keeping documentation consistent across teams, and making sure it actually gets used. With other tools, people would either ignore the docs or forget where to find them. Archbee keeps everything organized and easy to access, which means the docs are actually part of our workflow now.

 ### 6. Great Notion contender

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Clean, fast editor, easy structure for product and API docs, great markdown and code blocks with tabs, painless embeds for diagrams, intuitive internal linking, short learning curve for non-technical teammates. We haven't raised any support issues because there were none, but I can imagine their support team is great too.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Search indexing can take a bit after big edits, minor formatting quirks with heavy copy-paste from Google Docs. Would be great to have more integrations.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Archbee as our Knowledge based for everyting including Sales, Marketing and Dev.

 ### 7. Great Growing Software & Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

We have been using Archbee for many years now. We have appreciated the team's support as we grow and as they grow. Most functionality we ask for has been actioned, which makes us feel listened to. We use these sites externally and the team has been able to support our unique use case despite us not fitting into most business models. I appreciate everything they have done to grow and mature the software. I can only imagine where they would be going next. The reusable content blocks saves so much time, migrating from our previous CMS has been worth the investment in terms of time saving just for content snippets alone. Overall, Archbee is very easy to use and and has become a key part of our company's product offering. I would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

We are in North America and sometimes there is a delay between our team and the Archbee team in terms of customer support. That can be a bit frustrating at times but it has not caused major issues so far.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our external facing support website

 ### 8. Finally, the perfect documentation platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff P. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It's hard to narrow down the list but some of my favorite things about Archbee include:

- The fact that it's hosted and I don't have to deploy my own documentation platform is a huge time saver.
- The ability to create and link together multiple documentation spaces has given us a lot of creative freedom (e.g. Docs, API, Best Practices)
- Publishing a new document or updating existing documents go live instantly.
- The support team is lightening fast in getting back to us on questions/issues.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There are very few things I dislike, but since this is a required field, I'll share a couple:

- Their developer API is an additional add-on. It's a fairly basic API and most SaaS products include API access with the plan.
- I wish their Swagger API doc generator supported tag groups so that we can better represent our API's endpoints by functional area vs. all resources in a global namespace listed alphabetically.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined authoring and publishing of product and API documentation.

 ### 9. Simple Yet Powerful—Perfect Solution for Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stony G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Simplicity of writing combined with surprisingly powerful features.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Minimal downsides. They have solved our documentation needs.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a way to provide our users with technical information in both written, visual, and code format. Archbee does all of that, including handling the display of the code. Our display needs are complicated, as we need to display Salesforce's Apex language, which is a less common language. Archbee does great even with that!

 ### 10. The best CMS/hosting system I've found for documentation overall

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Manager of Documentation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

I've used several similar systems including Drupal, Confluence, and Document360, and Archbee has proven the best. Editing and organization of documents is easy. They have markdownbased editor similar to the one Confluence has, but more focused on documentation needs. There is a special workflow block which is excellent for step-by-step instructions. Support has also been very prompt and good in answering questions, and the dev team is actively working to continue to improve the system (I know because I use it every day and get prompts to restart the app when something has changed). Working with Archbee has been a very good experience.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

No system is perfect, of course, and as I've been using Archbee, I've developed a wishlist for enhancements that I will soon be submitting to them. I'm confident that they'll address some of them in time as they are clearly working to improve the app constantly. Near the top of my list will be search and replace, at least within pages, but preferably across spaces or even multiple spaces.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing is to be able to manage, create, and update documentation efficiently - we have a very small team managing a lot of documentation for products that change almost daily. It's also a great collaboration tool, enabling us all to work across pages without worrying about overwriting what someone else has done.

 ### 11. Create Great Looking Documentation Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick B. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Very intuitive, fast, lots of nice features, API docs, custom branding, hosting on our domain, pricing.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Occasional bug here and there when doing things like creating blocks fast. Not being able to edit API reference after importing from postman.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its our knowledge base and API reference. It is meeting our needs.

 ### 12. Plagued with bugs and issues

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham M. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The pain point they are solving is excellent. It is a solution-focused tool that solves a very particular issue at a great price point.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

This tool is incredibly frustrating to use. It is plagued with bugs that both impact the editor experience but also ultimately impact the end-user/viewer's experience.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to be an easy to use & scalable solution to help us launch new product guides, but ended up causing us client-facing issues. It did solve time, but really frustrating to deal with.

 ### 13. Moves fast but it's unreliable

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

- Reusable blocks
- Reverse proxy support
- Easy to use
- Responsive support

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

- Bugs
- Poor GitHub integration
- More bugs

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Archbee to host internal and external docs page. It's easy to host multiple spaces under the same domain.

 ### 14. Organize ideas, collaborate with multiple teams, publish on your domain

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

I like how Archbee fulfills several functions. I use it as...

1) a place to capture, organize, refine, and retrieve notes of all sorts. I have in my mind a complex project with many aspects to it, and I need a place to flesh it out, define its goals and steps, and describe it so that collaborators can to step into it, understand it in depth, and start expanding on it.

2) a collaborative workspace, with sophisticated permissions management, that enables a few different teams to refine and share documents and to generate documentation that is intended to be shared on a cluster of related websites.

3) a documentation publishing system that can display specified Archbee docspaces under the custom domains of the related websites which the team creates for the project.

The app is fast and reliable. The development team is responsive and is improving the app.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I want more control over text styling. The app serves several functions, and styling appropriate for API Documentation is not what I want when brainstorming or refining ideas. Admin access to a selection of well-chosen style presets assignable by docspace/collection — or better yet admin control of fonts and spacing per docspace/collection — would enhance the pleasure of working in Archbee.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing ideas, collaborating with multiple teams, publishing on my domains.

 ### 15. So far so good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Speed of recording useful information and presentation options

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Search is lacking. Features become unavailable overnight, such as the PDF download which had become buggy but a big seelling point for us. Some bugs not fixed.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier to capture knowledge, and making it possible to share that including with customers.

 ### 16. Best & feature rich tool for knowledge base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sritharr J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

I love their powerful dashboard that allows you to customize and arrange everything in order. I like the features that enable adding custom codes to the page. I feel this is a compelling function that allows site owners to customize their page further to look unique or match their brand style.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Nothing really. But it will be great if they allow customizing the design further using CSS. Currently, it's only limited to sections they allow.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

If you have tried other alternatives, then you will know how powerful and valuable this tool is. Look no further and stick with archbee. You will not regret it.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge base database for site users and registered members. Very easy to organize into sections, clone, or move the article freely across the collection. We usually get many support questions and wanted to sort that out; a solid knowledge base section help to reduce the number of tickets.

 ### 17. An Intuitive knowledge base for teams and clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad S. | Admin Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee's is the simplest way to organize your knowledge base for your teams internally or clients externally. It lets you create a library of bits of information that you can link together to form bigger ideas.

You can create a hierarchy of notes that enables you to organize your ideas in the way that makes the most sense to your work style as well as keep you always organized.

The app is one of the fastest and our team is very happy using it for the last 2 years

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

not much but I believe they can get better if we have apps for Ipad / Mobile in order to create documents on the go

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

You're missing out on something that is very helpful for your business

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating product-based documentation.
Creating Knowledge Base documents for Clients and our Teams.

 ### 18. Archbee - Finest & Easy to use Knowledge base

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit J. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It is fast. Using the custom domain feature, the portal is hosted. Archbee interface is clean & easy to use editor makes it awesome. Within two days, we were ready to do live. Our client's support requirement has been reduced.

We have used features like callouts, task, diagrams to explain. The document generated are clean & keeps focus for the users.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The space given in our current plan is low; Roadmap Pages & Vote Up portal would make this complete suite for SAAS platforms

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

It is the finest tool you should take up; It can reduce the support requirement of your platform.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowlege based for our clients

 ### 19. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Ability to link/cross-reference between different documents within KB and link to different sections within the document. Good overall search function.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Search - I would like to have the ability to do a specific phrase search by using quotes. Right now, if I use a 2-word phrase, it will search both terms but not as a phrase.

Full path of a doc - I would like to see a full path/trail shown at the top of each document. If you search and select the document from a search, you cannot easily identify within which category you are when you 'land' within the doc.

Video embed - I would like to see more options for video embed - at least Google Drive and getcloudapp as additional options.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good option as internal Wiki/KB. Helps me keep knowledge organized and provide a reference point to staff.

 ### 20. impressive Documentation Generation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani V. | D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Its super easy to use, super powerful, it has a lot of rich embeds, fast development cycle focused in both performance and features.

This is a serious Doc-gen tool with killer looks.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

the search is not so powerful, and its not very customizable.
Its not easy to move from different tools.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to host our api and technical documentation. We like how you can make changes and then just publish when you are ready. The frontend is beautiful and the users like it.

 ### 21. It is awesome software but one thing I did not like about Archbee!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajneesh S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The user interface and this software is easy to use and comes with a lot of features to create docs for your team or product. Overall it's a good software for documentation

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The Grammarly integration is broken. When I asked about this from their support they told me it is from Grammarly end we cannot do it anything. That was the only downside I saw as of now.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage all the docs from a single dashboard.

 ### 22. Simple design, powerful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tayshiro K. | Sócio proprietário e Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

I love the typography, the UI and how easy is to achieve what you want.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The desktop app is a bit memory-heavy, so I rather use the web version.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

I tried several tools before finding Archbee. So I recommend you to test. The readability of the documents created in Archbee is just suberb. I really enjoy it.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I create QA reports, feedback documents, project scopes, even a journal using it.

 ### 23. Great tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is so easy to use. I like all native integrations that help us to create notes very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

It would be great if we can have some option to track users how they interact with notes. Simple quizzes, questions etc. And then see some statistics. Something like managing SOPs.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Archbee mainly for taking our internal notes and feedback from meetings. It also helps us with FAQ, knowledge base etc.

 ### 24. Awesome documentation tool for the team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is a tool with good UI and I've used it with my team. It has the ability to link/cross-reference between different documents and the native integrations with other apps.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I really like this tool but it can be better if it comes with a web clipper (similar or better than notion web clipper) that allows the user to save the web page directly to the project and more pre-built templates.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Archbee is using by a team of 3. It helps the team to better manage the knowledge, information and also it serves as a personal library.

 ### 25. We use it for SOP's!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shlomo Z. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Ease of use.
Great tool for Collaboration.
Easily, give or revoke read/edit access to team members (on a Collections level, not a doc level).

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

No major dislikes...
But if I had to choose something I would say that it's not very mobile responsive (although I believe that they are working on a mobile app).
Also, I would have liked even more control over granting access to team members on a "doc-level" but again, there are ways to work around it & it's not a deal-breaker.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Go For it, there is a lot of use cases that I am sure every company can use

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I only realized how useful Archbee was AFTER I switched over from Google Docs. The tool is easy to use, yet so powerful.
I use Archbee for 2 main things, Create & Manage SOP's for my team & to easily collaborate with team members for internal projects.

There are many features available, some that I use & some that are way above my head (coding languages & other useful developer stuff that I'll never understand).

 ### 26. Great and user friendly tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordy B. | Eigenaar, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The user friendlyness of the tool itself. I either like the many possibilites for markup when you write an article.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Almost nothing, I really like the tooling

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some bugs in an earlier stadium. But the founder is really helpfull and the product is continuously being improved.

 ### 27. Archbee is the software you need to organize your business process documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is a feature-rich tool that I procured for my three businesses as a way to centralize documentation and better manage information across teams. The app is super fast and conducive to some pretty good collaboration between different teams. Everything is synced right away and I don't have to worry about inefficiencies caused by a lack of centralized knowledge. I originally come from Gitbook and was constantly frustrated over slow development, a lot of bugs that would take a really long time to resolve. Archbee is pushing out updates frequently and the layout keeps getting cleaner and easier to navigate. I'm looking forward to the mindmaps feature, and most importantly, the Google Drive integration. It's going to be an absolute game-changer. While our use case was documentation of business processes and making certain key operational information centralized, I'm going to be expanding to creating sales playbooks and onboarding material for staff. I was ecstatic when I found out that a macOS app was made available and that they AUTO-UPDATE. I don't know who is in charge of their customer success team, but man are they excellent. Their improvements are always just so spot on. OH AND BEFORE I FORGET, Grammarly works with Archbee ;) for all of you a little challenged...grammatically ha ha.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Nothing really, it's a strong software. I haven't fully explored its integrations but I'm going to explore Slack, Trello, and Google Analytics integrations soon. An iOS app would be nice ;)

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Explore the rich features of the software, it can do more than you originally think about. Stay up to date with their changes, they are always making things better allowing YOU to do things better.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly scattered knowledge and chaotic document with complex file structures that make it hard to navigate and find information quickly. Also documenting business processes and important operations information. Soon to use for onboarding and sales playbooks.

 ### 28. Amazing Software To Organize Your NOTES and Process for your Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salcedo N. | Director de marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The subdomains and branding, nice User Intertface, nice support, good team, they only need to develop more faster but they definitely listen to the community, they have a widget where you can see announcements and a public road map, so you wont have a problem, when i need help, they anwser me in less than one day.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Nothing so far, they need to delevop more faster, that's all, but i like that Dragos and the support, they are always there if you need something. Im not in any way dissapointed about archbee, i also use it to have all my clients, i mostly work as a marketing agency and we use it as wiki and to organize all of our clients. If you want a good wiki with your brand and custom access for your clients, you definetily need to check this one.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

everything is very easy to use, they have a tour, wont be a problem

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data base, processes in a good and structured way, this software is certainly the best in the marketi when it comes to WIKI, i use it for my clients every day, and its good if you want to share a password protected page. i use it every day, im always logging in archbee, i also have some passwords in there and all my proccesses, you can embed videos and pdf's, like use this for notes but also to share documents with your clients, this one is a no brainer.

 ### 29. great collaboration tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthias R. | Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is perfect for project collaboration. Due to the Wikipedia-like structure projects can be perfectly structured and documented. The possibilities for joint editing are very well thought out. In addition, apparent "little things" such as emoticons or the possibility to comment on certain passages are extremely helpful. Excel sheets, which are stored on OneDrive and shared accordingly, can be easily embedded via iFrame. Videos can also be embedded. The support responded very quickly and competently to the few inquiries I had so far. I have rarely had to call on support because the whole system is intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

At the moment there is nothing I don't like about Archbee.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently using Archbee for collaboration in a project with 3 people. The main benefits for me are that the collaboration runs perfectly, that I always have a structured overview of the project structure and that the project is automatically documented by the collaboration in Archbee. All in all I am really enthusiastic about Archbee (my colleagues feel the same way). I could not imagine working on the current project without Archbee.

Additionally I use Archbee for myself to store information that I need again and again (e.g. standard texts for e-mails).

 ### 30. A good platform to house all your documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

What I like best is the ease of use. I invited my team, and they started using the system with almost no training.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There are a few things that could be improved :

1. When I try to print API (or convert to PDF), it does not come out properly

2. No functionality to clone an API on the same document (saves a lot of time when we have similar APIs)

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Archbee to document internal and external APIs and documents.

 ### 31. Archbee the notion competitor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adil A. | Technical Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It has been very comparable to notion as far as I have been using it. Many of my works require diagrams and it has a mermaid editor (to produce state diagrams, gantt charts, etc...). The fact that I can do that without busting my head with a GUI, but with mermaid makes my life considerably easier.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The major thing that I disliked was literally removed today. There were 3 panes, one more than Notion. It was becoming annoying and I was seriously reconsidering my use of Archbee based on that... but since they removed that third pane, it looks much more like Notion, bringing us right back to the theme of my review... they are very comparable.

One last thing that really irks me (occasionally) is the icon they have for users... mine is a cartoon looking tiger, like Tony the Tiger... even though he's great! But that's not the professional look I'm going for using this type of a tool

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Try it out, but don't get discouraged, even if it's not perfect. With their continuous maintenance and updating, it has really started taking on a clean and polished look with some very nice functionality.

The team is improving it, so give them a chance... and it already looks and functions amazing!

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to bring my team together to dump all their knowledge in one place. The use case is a standard use case for the software type.

I am able to divide out my knowledge and organize it so as to share it with my people in a structured manner.

 ### 32. Solves a problem every company director has

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Director | Investor | Consumer Psychologist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It's very simple to use, yet has all the functionality we need

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Minor, but I would like the tags to be alphabetically listed or by theme. This would improve the time to tag those documents together. This is a good and bad thing. You can only store very lightweight documentation in the system, for example, videos. This has plenty of plus points such as keeping costs low but it does mean more time is spent on occasions by having to use two applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Reall y great product - that does a great job.
How can you have repeatable processes without a system for doing this? - Grab a trial.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us -
Duplication of documentation
Versioning of Documentation
Letting VAs and Freelancers have easy and secure access to education and processes to allow them to run jobs
Access as and when needed by a large team with really low costs per head

 ### 33. Best I have used.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James H. | Information Security Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

There are many features about archebee that make it alot better than the average wiki.

One of the most helpful for what I have used is the Callouts and checklists. This ensures you can focus on what is needed for the reader.

The integrations are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

At the start there is a little confusion between workspace and knowledge spaces . However, to use this, you need to commit.

There could be a better authentication engine for guest or to make the knowledge base a subscription to others service. However, this many be misunderstanding on our end.

The feature i would like to see is one showing how the articles or docs map to each other. Or a way to customise how the docs look when downloaded.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Use the trial but commit if you are going to use it

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes mapping down knowledge very very clear.

If you wish to help guide people through a complex subject it is ideal.

 ### 34. Great for companies that need documentation, both for internal and external use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oguzhan G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is simple to use, and has been a lifesaver for my company.

I have used it with my small team to create our coding standards, and explain why we did certain things the way we did. I can create easy to use documentations on the fly, and can always edit them if need to. I can also create teams, and make documents private/public.

It also has many great features such as:
1. Making notes and drafts
2. Useful templates (or create your own)
3. Tags
4. Search Engine
5. Custom Domain

Lastly, they have used ReactJS to build the front end, and the UI really flows.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I have not come across anything that made my experience negative.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Archbee is useful if you are a growing company who needs to maintain strong documentation.

If you are unsure, I suggest you try the trial and spend a day setting it up. Likewise, it would benefit you if you bring another team mate to work on it with you. This way you will have a second person validating its use cases for your company. You will most likely find out quickly if this is a useful tool for your organization anyways.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Archbee solves for me is organization of my code documentation and training of new employees/freelancers.

Before Archbee, I documented my code framework using Microsoft Word but it was time consuming to send them out to my employees. Now, I can just create one document on Archbee and share it with all to see. I can also allow my employees to create their own documentation and edit it, so its similar to Google Docs...

Similarly, I need to train clients regarding the platform I have built for them. Sometimes they have questions and instead of emailing me, they just search for it themselves or I can email it to them and have them bookmark it on their browser. That way, they don't need to ask me to email them the same document multiple times.

In conclusion, Archbee saves me time, allows me to be more organized and makes my company look more professional.

 ### 35. The best Gitbook alternative on the market for IT professionals!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arman M. | Expert Automatisation - Senior Inside Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

What I like the most:
- ultra fast UI thanks to their robust infrastructure
- full fledge editor for taking notes
- and the best of the best: the diagram/schematic editor
- the native Mac OS and Windows apps

The biggest differentiator with Gitbook is that here you don't have to install anything to get all these cool libraries, all is included.
It's the perfect Documentation and Knowledge base tool for me.

Also the rich integration is a huge plus:
GraphQL, Swagger, Github Gist, Loom, Google Drive, Numeracy, Codepen, Mode Analytics, Slack, Airtable, Trello, LucidChart, Typeform, Mindmaster, Prezi, Miro, Invision, Figma, Framer, Abstract, Marvel, Google Analytics, Intercom.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Nothing.
Would love a chrome plugin to snip quick pictures and add them to the docs.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Just try it and you'll love it like I do.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultra fast documentation editing.

 ### 36. A great tool for internal SOP's & Docs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Licensing structure, Intuitive interface, templates and modular approach to writing content with blocks.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

1. Lack of ability to securely provide access to an entire Doc folder to a team member, it's either the top-level Docspace or individual document.
2. Collaborative editing is buggy, two people can't write at the same time
3. The comment feature needs to be improved similar to Google Docs/Notejoy so client can comment on content and you can see it in context.
4. You can't paste in a list with links and preserve the links.
All of which are on the road map so once implemented this will provide a better project and client environment than Google Docs.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Vote up the missing features outlined above to turn this into a fully featured document management solution that would suit businesses looking for a collaborative document management solution for remote teams and clients

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal SOP's and client delivery management for a marketing agency. Almost a more efficient/flexible document management solution than Google Docs pending the requests above.

 ### 37. Archbee is a clean, fast tool to quickly document business methods and archive project notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It has an uncluttered interface that makes it quick to capture notes.

It provides for blending text and diagrams to make capturing concepts & processes - either new project ideas or SOPs - pretty quick.

Keyboard shortcuts make the marking up of documents pretty quick - and the shortcut list is easily available to help speed up your workflow.

Diagramming tools - both flowcharting & the recently added Mermaid option - provide you with sufficient diagramming capability to not have to switch out to another tool.

The recent native app option - enabling you to access Archbee outside of your browser is a nice addition - although export to PDF using the native app currently has not worked for me.

The block editor is similar to WordPress's Gutenberg blocks. Working within both platforms with a similar editor look & feel leads to greater efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There is no export to docx at this stage.

Related to the above - while there are templates to assist with creating new documents, there is no option to format or brand the exported PDF. At this stage that leads to pretty bland exported PDFs. That's fine for quick working project docs, but if you want to share with clients, an option to create some export templates would be good.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm documenting key ideas that I have about my business - what to focus on now, and into the future.

SOPs - capturing methods - both as reminders for myself for tasks that I perform on an irregular basis, as well as for sharing with colleagues & clients.

Benefits - easily accessible from anyway. Comprehensive content easily created.

 ### 38. Great tool for SOP and Knowledge base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Goran M. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Easy to use, fast, clean. UI is very intuitive, even non tech users can easily use it. This tool is not trying to solve all of your issues, if you need centralised documentation hub, if you need to store documents in one place and if you need to onboard client and team members this is the right tool to choose.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I still miss some advanced features like formulas and additional integrations with other apps.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

You can set it up in a matter of minutes, fill the data and test it. Most likely you gonna love ease of use.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing knowledge with the team members, storing standard operating procedures... What is really great is that you can have internal base for registered users, but also you can share live links which are branded with custom domain. Basically you can use it for internal team education and at the same time for the clients outside of the organisation.

 ### 39. Great internal/external knowledge base

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

We are migrating from 3 different wiki's and legacy knowledgebases that we where populating during the las 5 years to a One4All solution. So far I must admit the support is the main reason we stuck to this Archbee. We had some hickups. but support always replied fast and helped us solve the issues. Dev and Project management alike...all are full Ok with Archbee, so we are here to stay.
I am using mainly the MacOS application - like it alot.
+ swagger and other cool widget are already implemented so easy for me a PM to use.
lightning fast in comparison to Confluence

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Some catch up to do with missing feature like:

- marketplace to integrate other apps
- better Video integration (via iframes, Gifs) currently only youtube/vimeo is supported

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We migrated from an awfully hack-md wiki which exported corrupt markdown files. Archbee is currently fixing this

 ### 40. Awesome tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesus V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It's flexibility creating wikis, docs and any other support documentation for your business

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

No mobile or desktop app availabke at this moment

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation to train my staff

 ### 41. Future of Wikis and documentation tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emad A. | Technology Capex & Opex Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Minimalist and modern look and feel. Great UX and UI. The editor is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Some external providers are not compatible with embedding in Archbee

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docuemntation and blogging

 ### 42. An affordable viable alternative to Evernote

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jcares . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Able to search for data that I have input in any format; tabulation form, wiki, notes, etc

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

1) Although I could copy tabulated data to Archbee, I could not create tables directly on Archbee.
2) When doing a word search, Archbee only brings me the page where the word or words are found. It would be more helpful if Archbee could also highlight the pertinent words found on the page.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current use case is information storage for my research. Arhcbee ability to import and edit the imported Word documents is a great feature. The search function is the most crucial function for me. It will be super helpful if Archbee could highlight the searched word(s) found in the pertinent pages. Wiki is very important to me too.

 ### 43. Clean UX and Powerful tool for knowledge base

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pieter H. | Zaakvoerder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The simplicity on getting started is what I like best about Archbee, it's templates help you be consistent and the ease of creating your documents in your own styles is just fenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There is nothing to dislike about it honestly..

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

If your looking for the flexibility to administrate and consult your own internal/external knowledge base, then look no further, Archbee is a powerful tool and with a clean UI you'll be jumping and handling your documents as a pro in no time.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal database of knowledge, snippets of code (easily copied), personal checklists and just an easy way to keep everything documented and searchable. The use of integrations like Google docs, lucidchart, miro, ... that's just very nice to work with the tools I like and use.

 ### 44. Better alternative for Microsoft OneNote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oskar B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It does what it says, perfect place to create your internal knowledge base or company wiki. I'm not a software company, but I'm using it anyway as my ecommerce business knowledge base for almost a year.

This is what I like the most:

1. Superfast intuitive UX
2. Very useful content blocks
3. Great starting templates
4. Easy to use permission options. You can limit the access for every docspace.
5. Inline document comments

I need to say again, the speed is what impressed me the most. It's like using MS OneNote on steroids.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There's not much to dislike here, I needed to think what would I improve, and there isn't much.

1. It would be nice to change colors for Workspaces.. But that's not necessary

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using this as my companies knowledge base. Great way to document the know-how.

 ### 45. Splendid documentation and knowledgebase tool especially for dev teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramon H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

You can embed nearly anything in a Archbee Doc through Iframe. Furthermore, they offer great blocks for API documentation, general diagrams, Mermaid Diagrams, Swagger UI, GraphiQL and general code. Additionally, they have directly integrated most of the tools which are used by dev teams. The Docs can be protected for members only or publish on a custom domain as a sophisticated documentation or knowledge base. The team collaboration features are top-notch. The UI is very clean and charming for the eye.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Android and iOS app aren't released till yet, but they are high on the roadmap. Till they will be released the mobile responsive experience has to suffice.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and money through effective collaboration on internal and public docs.

 ### 46. Powerful Knowledge Base and Wiki Software for Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Many code languages supported out of the box, including html, javascript, python, java. Integrations with many commonly used software like Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Airtable, Figma, Trello, Github, LucidChart etc. Powerful software to allow knowledgebase to growth easily within company or even for external consumption. It has custom domain feature which allow your own branding like docs.mycompany.com, this is brilliant!

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The newly launched app sometime showing blank page after left idle for a day. Hope it will get smoother soon since it is still a new launch.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

This is a great and powerful wiki and knowledge base software for a company. Don't miss this,

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow our knowledge base to grow in a structure way and scalable at the same time.

 ### 47. allows me to create software documentations in no time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It has a fairly simple, elegant and easy-to-use interface that allows me to create software documentation in a very short time, the fact that it has a large number of templates is very useful when creating user manuals or documentation of software for my clients, another thing that I really like is the fact that I can create flowcharts quite easily and quickly to determine the way in which information is currently handled and to simplify the way in which information is captured, its operation and performance is quite good, which allows me to create a large number of documents without any problem, the customer service team is quite fast and efficient when answering any questions or concerns about the use of this application.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

My biggest complaint is that it is practically impossible to achieve major customizations with respect to this application or its templates, so I cannot make major changes in the design of the templates and the way the information is displayed.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most difficult task in any software development process always turns out to be the documentation part due to the large amount of time that is necessary to invest in order to synthesize all the information about how to use my applications in a simple and easy way. understand so that anyone can be able to use my systems without problem. However, thanks to Archbee, this stopped being a problem for me, since it became the perfect tool to achieve this task in a much more dynamic way and in a shorter period of time, which is why it has become our right hand when making user documentation.

 ### 48. Archbee simplifies and empowers internal and external documentation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhys L. | Founder + Visionary, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The platform is fast and easy to use. There are many features built in that give good 'quality of life' while using it; it is obvious that some care has gone into the UI/UX and feature set.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Every once in a while I fight some of the app shortcuts which automatically pop up when typing a forward slash (/) in edit mode.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

Put some thought into how your documentation will be structured - who needs to access it, what will the hierarchy of content be, etc.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for both internal and external documentation - a 'knowledge base' for both our clients and our team. Having a single source of info has been great on both sides.

 ### 49. Excellent for internal KB

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron J. | Website Expert, Principal, Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Simple to use and customize for our needs. We specifically like how your docs/collections can be manually organized (so you can control the specific order), the hierarchy abilities, code snippets within docs, etc.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Originally, it was that there was no backup, but this has since been added in a recent update. I don't have any dislikes, it's perfect for what we use it for.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we mapped out our internal SOPs we were looking for a solution to properly organize these for our team. We discovered Archbee, reviewed/tested, and decided to jump in. It's been a smooth process to get things set up and it's provided us that 'repo' for our SOPs that we were lacking (goodbye Google Docs).
