I really like that it collects multiple data and sorts them in different ways so that we are ale to see what aspects of our app need improvement, and I also like that we are able to reply to user reviews from the application, and save different responses templates depending on the mood of the review that was left, so that we can save a lot of time but still let the user know that their feedback is being considered. With AppFollow, I like that it is easy to see and track down the different sentiments that customers feel about our application and display them into easy to digest analytics, speeding up our work. **What do you dislike about AppFollow?** I feel like the interface is not very intuitive and is quite confusing, at least it was when we were starting up.
