**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

What stands out most to me about AnyRoad is its focus on helping brands turn experiences into measurable, meaningful business outcomes. It’s not just about hosting events it’s about capturing data, understanding customer behavior, and using those insights to improve engagement and drive loyalty. I also like how the platform connects different touchpoints (online, in-person, hybrid) into one system, which makes it easier for companies to see the full picture of their customer journey. That combination of experiential marketing and data-driven decision-making feels especially relevant right now, as brands look for more authentic ways to connect with their audiences.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

If I had to point out a downside, it’s that a platform like AnyRoad can feel pretty complex especially for teams that are new to experiential marketing or don’t have strong data/analytics resources. Getting the full value out of it likely requires time, training, and a clear strategy, which can be a barrier for smaller teams.
There’s also the question of cost and implementation effort. Tools that aim to unify event management, customer data, and analytics tend to be a bigger investment, so companies really need to be committed to using those capabilities fully to justify it.
Lastly, because it’s such a specialized platform, it may not be as flexible for organizations that just want a simple event tool without all the deeper data integrations and reporting features.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyRoad is basically solving a bunch of headaches around running events and experiences.
A big one is how scattered everything usually is ticketing, check-ins, customer data, payments all living in different places. AnyRoad pulls that into one platform, which just makes life easier and way less chaotic.
It also fixes the issue of not really knowing who your attendees are. Instead of just having basic booking info, you actually get meaningful data on your customers and how they engage. That makes it a lot easier to tailor experiences and not just guess what people want.
Another big problem is proving whether events are actually worth it. AnyRoad helps connect the dots between an experience and real outcomes like purchases or loyalty. So instead of saying “this felt successful,” you can actually back it up with data.
For me, the benefit is pretty simple: I’d have a smoother workflow, better insight into my audience, and a clearer understanding of what’s actually working so I can make smarter decisions going forward.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

I was able to integrate AnyRoad with payment gateways and my websites easily and simply. What I didn't understand, the technical support team solved for me quickly. They were very helpful because we needed to get everything ready before the event. So their quick response was the least I expected from the AnyRoad team and so it was. Regarding its operation and features, the only thing I can say is that it correctly records the feelings of the guests and their experience at the event.

In the 2 years I've been using AnyRoad to manage my clients' events, we've had no issues. It integrates well with other tools, and is flexible enough to adapt the configuration to any type of event.

Recording and concentrating all the information received during an event. It allows me to better understand the consumer and, through detailed analysis, generate ideas to create better experiences for attendees.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

AnyRoad is a tool designed to manage all aspects of an event in an easy way. It integrates all the tools necessary for its operation and management. I can generate detailed reports with the data obtained by the platform and perform analysis of the user experience thanks to the feedback collected.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

It is not an easy tool to set up. Our first event managed from AnyRoad was the most difficult part. However, we always had the support of the technical team and the other platforms to make it work. Once it was set up and the APIs connected, it was very easy to manage.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has significantly reduced the time spent on event planning and management. Integrating all the tools in one place and viewing the data generated in real time has helped me make more informed decisions on the events I manage. All with the goal of ensuring that consumers have the best possible experience.

It offers a clear and detailed perspective of the data collected during an event. It facilitates sales and event management because the platform allows all types of integrations, either directly or through Zapier. We manage everything from a panel where we can also view the consumer response in real time. Without a doubt, a necessary tool to improve the management of the consumer experience and create memorable events.

Implementation is not easy, it requires the assistance of software specialists. Another issue to consider is the periodic updates you have to make to the connectors or APIs.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes event management easier by allowing us to connect the payment gateway, registration and scheduling in a single platform. I can focus entirely on the consumer experience, and in this way I can create experiences that make my events memorable.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

AnyRoad is easy to configure, it has a range of options to host any type of event. The graphs that are generated in real time are illustrative and revealing about user trends. The creation of reports is another function I value about this platform because it allows me to make a detailed report of the event and the consumer's response.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

The first steps are difficult, the implementation part. Connecting the APIs and carrying out tests to verify that everything works as it should is exhaustive, but it is all worth it once you have gone through that part, because all the data flows into graphs and reports.

Providing a positive experience when hosting an event is no easy task. It is the responsibility of our marketing and sales department to offer the consumer a pleasant and unforgettable consumer experience. AnyRoad has the necessary tools to get us closer to this goal. From having the integration of popular payment gateways to having an orderly booking system, they are a key part of the path to building unforgettable experiences.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

Setting up events is relatively easy. The platform has a wide variety of features, so it is easy for me to set up different types of events. Among these features are Webhooks integrations that allow sending the data collected by AnyRoad to third-party applications. These integrations are ready to be done and do not require coding.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

Costs per event vary. Sometimes virtual events are more expensive than on-site events or vice versa. Luckily, AnyRoad's sales team is always attentive to my messages and proposals.

With AnyRoad I can keep a clear track of the data obtained from each event that my agency organizes. The platform allows a high degree of customization, so we can adapt the generated websites to the brand of any company that requests our event organization services.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

Improve customer experience. We have implemented AnyRoad in some campaigns and have received an increase in positive feedback regarding the overall consumer experience. It's a pretty nice solution for events and on-site marketing campaigns. Because they generate a lot of awareness and improve the reputation of the brand.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

Being such an innovative solution, I personally think that its use is subject to certain limitations. In my opinion it should continue to innovate and expand its functions to other industries.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyRoad has mainly helped me with capturing event information. Compiling their experiences and thus analyzing their performance. AnyRoad has a control panel where we can see different metrics of the event, measure the impact and ROI that allows me to generate very detailed reports on each event or campaign we have carried out.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

The insights was so helpful! It's helped us dial in our next experience! The ease of use was wonderful, the implementation and hands-on training was extremely appreciated. The customer support, customization options were absolutely easy to use. Nikita was our customer success manager and she was phenomenal! She was organized, thorough, and always made sure to advocate for us. We're going to continue to use Anyroad with our future experiences, but will limit it to our private events / bookings.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

The biggest obstacles we faced were: creating discount codes (we needed to reach out to Support anytime we needed discount codes), and the payouts were delayed - which defeated the purpose of our pre-sale. Another thing we needed to reach out to support about was blocking off certain time slots for specific dates. I also would have loved to see a gift card option of some sort. The app wasn't always reliable when it came time to showing the experiences or creating bookings. We often had to toggle between the web app frequently.

My other suggestion was to be able to support marketing automation integration. I was really hoping to be able to automatically integrate our customer data with our Hubspot platform. They initially offered to have someone help, but it didn't seem like it was a big priority for him.

AnyRoad took the guesswork out of the data and insights of our guests. It was helpful to have an NPS score and brand affinity gauge. It's made it easy for us to create new events, tiered pricing, and really dial in our event times.

It has a well-structured platform, from which I can observe metrics and obtain insights from our event. No matter where I am, I receive the data collected on the spot in real time directly on my computer.

The service has not presented any failures. Which is expected from tools like AnyRoad since they have to be active 24/7 and for which I congratulate their team for making it possible.

This solution has helped me manage my events more intelligently. Insights and real-time monitoring of data. They have helped me, together with the event planning and organization team, to correct or improve details thanks to the results of the first surveys.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

The platform is easy to use, easy to set up. Great customer care with speedy responses to questions. There also seems to be a lot of listening to clients and progressing the platform to meet increasing demands.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

We have had some glitches, that I owuld not have expected as the platform is already widley used, hoever the team are working to resolve these.
There are restirictions when creating a private event and the ability to turn that info in to a BEO to enable the operations team to run that event. Formatting is the big issue.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a simpler to use,  more professional looking platform than we previously had. Reporting function is also so much better and helps me make informed decisions.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

I love the dashboard and tailored reports. The customizing of reports is crucial with so many different events, extracting the data we need is critical and AR makes that possible!

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

It would be great to have the ability to see "cancelled" or "timed-out events in the reports. Anything that is "expired" from a reservation standpoint does not pull through and this makes it challenging for us to keep track of any changes without having a moderation turned on.

The AR system helps us manage an array of events and booking and house the entire collected data in a single hub. The centralizing of the reservations makes it easy to have visibility as a multi-faceted team!

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

The customer service is very good. The platform itself is well laid out and the report function is easy to use. The insights dashboard is also a handy visual aid

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

I find it frustrating that one cannot track changes that have been made to a booking i.e. was hte time or dat chnaged at some point. I would also like to be able to change the affiliate and expereince type of a booking without deleting it and replacing it. It would also be good to be able to create duplicate bookings.

Until recently, there was an issue with detailed sales reports not properly updating the staus of payment which was frustrating, but has now hopefully been resolved!

Occasionally, payments can get "caught" - when a customer makes a booking online and they think it has gone through but the payment status shows with us as "transaction failed" or something of the like. This is frustrating at times (not sure if it's a customer issue though?) and it would be good if when this did happen we could sen the customers a payment link because at present I have to delete the booking, create a new one, email the custromer to explain, and send them a  payment link for the new booking.

It would laso be useful if the sytem, could be et up to automatically send out payment links when a booking is unpaid (on a daily basis perhaps) and if it recorded how many payment links had been sent and when.

Finally, it would be good if the system kept a record of all refunds made and the associated details, as we currently have to do this seperately manually which is a bit annoying and time consuming.

It is providing us with a platform for our guests to book themselves on to tours and expereinces without the need for any interaction (mostly), whislt also allowing us to input bookings for larger tour operators. When it works properly, this allows us to mostly focus on the travel operators.

Anyroad is one of the best event managers that I have worked with. Tickets are easy to purchase, we have full visabilitity into the platform, and even get great insights from the team!

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

Nothing comes to mind particularly bad, except maybe the calendar UI. I think it could use a little work on the Anyroad side as I am constantly having to switch between month/week view.

Anyroad allows us to ticket our distillery events and tours without having to have a teammate assist them. This saves, time, money, and frustration with the customer.

**What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

In the decade+ I've been building and managing websites, I've worked with HUNDREDS of tools, services, plugins, scheduling and booking apps. AnyRoad takes the cake!

The product itself boasts high ease of use and a clean, professional interface. 

Even the best product can lose points if their service isn't there to back it up. But AnyRoad's onboarding system and service has been 10 stars!! A TEAM of awesome, knowledgeable humans make sure you're 100% set up for success - from the smallest branding details, to assisting with implementation (which is dead-easy), to training you and your team on every nuance of the tool. They do what they say, when they say they will, and it's clear they run a well oiled machine based on strong internal systems and procedures. 

Since you have a dedicated account manager, response times for questions is fantastic and they really want to do everything possible to ensure your success with your BUSINESS (not just with their product). They recognize that YOUR success is their success. 

During our onboarding WIllie our team leader and Shelby our account rep asked insightful questions and offered thoughtful suggestions of TRUE value based on their experience in marketing and optimizing bookings. 

If your business is at the level (or close) for AnyRoad to be a viable tool, I can't recommend them enough.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

Really nothing. It's unfortunate that the cost barrier to entry too high for smaller businesses, but it's a worthy goal to reach the point where AnyRoad makes sense for your needs.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client had serious issues with their prior booking partner who made them a lot of promises they failed to keep. Implementation was a pain, there were always bugs and events were tedious and confusing to manage. The service was super lacking as well. Once they had gotten a contract signature, they all but abandoned my client! 

We had multiple events types to manage with a lot of flexible options. The AnyRoad team helped us think through them all and tweak the product to fit our exact needs.

Easy to book through, user friendly. 
In regards to work, it is easy to make, cancel and check in bookings, all information is easy to see and the system is efficient.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

It is frustrating trying to amend bookings, especially when you need to move a booking from one experience to another. Instead of being able to amend their experience you have to cancel then rebook which can be time consuming.

The feedback section is useful as it really encourages reviews on all experiences. This allows us to analyse what works well and what we can improve on via honest customer feedback.

I like the simplicity of the product, its very user friendly and having no experience with booking of any kind, it was easy. The onboarding with Shelby was amazing.

Helpful and responsive customer service available all the time.  Willing to help create custom insights and have meaningful conversations to help advance our business. Feels like they really care about our success.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

Data and reports are geared towards larger operations, making it sometimes difficult for smaller operations to draw conclusions. Some metrics that they feel stronglyy about (% of timeslots booked) don't really make sense for our operation.

I like that we can have the option to have multiple employees from multiple locations able to work all at the same time and in real-time. I like having the option to have any type of event or experience set up in one system. We enjoy being able to get feedback from customers. We can access reports, see whos coming in, what's coming up, and many other things while using Anyroad.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

I would like to be able to enter each of my guest's emails so that they all receive a customer feedback survey. We would also like to have every email related to Anyroad to come through anyroad. Right now there are two folders we have to bounce back and forth from to see emails. OUtlook and then Anyroad messages. It would be easier to view all on one page.

-Improvements/ upgrades are always promised but do not happen quickly or do not happen at all
-Fees associated with invoicing are high (10% per invoice!)
-Data reporting is skewed because it only collects data from the person making the reservation and not everyone in the group that is attending. This also applies to feedback after the experience
-Closures related to emergencies/inclement weather are hard to communicate to guests. Customer service sends us a list of guest emails, and our staff has to put together communication and send out. This process is often ineffective because people often do not read their emails while traveling
-Does not communicate with our POS system, which makes inventory related to add-on sales and financial reporting difficult. We also need to have multiple pieces of hardware/ equipment at the front desk
-No wait list options for guests who are unable to book
-Not clear when tours are sold out, which causes guest confusion and leads to an influx of messages that staff need to respond to

-CRM and data collection for future events and marketing opportunities
-Allows us to have an online ticketing option for our experiences, which we would not have otherwise

anyroad saves us a lot of time in terms of making bookings over the phone/email and taking details over the phone etc.

We often get calls from people saying they tried to use the online system but had a glitch at the final payment stage so we have to then take a booking which remains unpaid and then these are sometimes no-shows and we lose the revenue.

Anyroad is collating all of our feedback and people are more encourages to leave us feedback as they are prompted by AR. The only downside of this is that these reviews are not seen by other customers

AnyRoad's customer service is the best I have received anywhere. They schedule time each month to check in and take any feedback we may have back to their programming team to implement our suggestions.

There are some data collection platforms that AnyRoad does not yet sync with. That being said, the programming team is currently working on a solution for this.

Before our launch of AnyRoad, I manually accepted and scheduled bookings for our tour experiences for up to 56 guests per day! On top of that, we had no viable solution for feedback or follow up with our visitors.

AnyRoad's dashboard is valuable, allowing typically seamless interaction with daily activities. The insights and reports provide opportunities to understand the clientele, the patterns and the platform to continue interaction with guests. That data collection is one of AnyRoad's most significant assets for our organization.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

The areas of AnyRoad that we struggle with include the lack of dynamic pricing to adapt to demand; the lack of integration options for the feedback we collect from customers to promote experiences; and the limitations with custom bookings, and the limitations with maneuvering bookings once they've been created. As a result, we often have to find workarounds, which the system accommodates, but which also require more work for our team.

AnyRoad allows our organization to continue growing relationships with our consumer outside of the experience. We have laid a solid foundation through the AnyRoad platform over the last several years. The data they have helped collect from our guests has led to further industry buy-in to our mission. **What do you like best about AnyRoad?**

Anyroad has been extremely helpful for us since we started using it a few years ago. While tours were shut down during covid we were able to utilize AnyRoad for surveys for customers and the feedback and data collection it has given us to understand our guests is awesome.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

I can't think of anything I dislike, other than that it can be a little hard to navigate time slots when you're trying to just do an all-day event. Really not an issue though.

Anyroad solves the problem of a lot- specifically it's a system that allows our fans to book tours whenever they please, and our team instead of having to sign up manually can then go in and see who they are, any special notes about their stay with us etc. We don't have as many staff now that Covid has decimated the work force, so using this has cut out a lot of time and energy for our staff to focus on other key things. We were also able to use it for interviews when we were hiring multiple positions across the company!

Anyroad Feedback analytics allow us to better understand what our guests are enjoying and where the gaps in the operations are affecting guests.   Its also great to see this feedback in context of an actual review.  In short, it aggregates data quickly and then we are able to confirm a complete understanding of the situation.

**What do you dislike about AnyRoad?**

A gap of the platform is making short-term changes and notations to certain tours.  For example, we cant inform guests of affected tours that the Brewhouse might be down for annual maintenance for a specified duration.  This would help maintain NPS scores for guests knowing ahead of time what to expect before they come visit us.

**What problems is AnyRoad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyroad heard our requests to include dynamic pricing-where we can change the cost of tours for certain times of the day or different pricing for days of the week.  This would encourage bookings at off peak times.

Always responsive to inquiries and provides a good system to communicate with guests. We need a fluid way to work with guests as their situations change and they need to update or cancel reservations.

Occasionally, guests want an immediate response about a request to cancel a reservation and they often turn to AnyRoad employees to make the request. I feel like we're being reported to the AnyRoad police if they don't get the answer as quickly as they like.

As we add new experiences, where mashbills and number of guests can vary, they are helping guests indicate that information when they book.

I do experience occasional glitches with the app and website. I also find the app less intuitive and effective at performing some of the basic booking functions on AnyRoad, forcing me to use the website from my computer more than I would like to.

AnyRoad does the heavy lifting vis-a-vis our brewery tour booking, giving us a lot more time and flexibility to engage with customers who require more assistance than the average visitor. AnyRoad makes it incredibly easy to schedule, coordinate & promote our brewery tours. The UI makes it easy to communicate with guests before their arrival and to make changes to their bookings as needed. We use it for recurring bookings, one-off private tours, and large ticketed events, and the process has always been smooth for our staff and the guest. Customer service has also been top-notch whenever we needed anything.

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. There is the occasion glitch on the website, like still showing new messages when they have all been read and responded to, but nothing that is a big deal

The ease of use when utilizing all of Anyroad's tools is fantastic. It provides so much amazing data, while also making the customer experience when booking so much more streamlined. There's next to nothing I dislike about Anyroad's current capabilities! My team and I are very excited to see how the platform develops, and are so excited to see our feedback always being taken into consideration.

It is easy to get in touch with the Anyroad team when problems are observed. It is also very easy to register guests.

It does not seem to fit the needs of our business well. Many of the features are probably useful for other business entities but are not as helpful for our organization. Reported concerns often require long investigation and we are required to use our own workaround anyway.
