It is a fully integrated dental software (it is the equivalent of SAP for corporations! I worked with both !) 2. Always evolving - in the right direction - i.e. brings new functionalities, updates, enhance features that help tremendously the day-to-day operations of the clinic 3. unparalleled training and support! 4. the latest Cloud version brings so many advantages, workflow is improved, lots of automation, savings (Yes, A LOT) **What do you dislike about ABELDent?** Nothing comes to mind! Whenever we can't find something we need, their Support shows us how to find it and use it! It is there, most times! I see some people don't like the colors..... Well, this is an Advanced Detal software, no need for bells and whistles ! The latest Cloud version even allows for individual personalisation... **What problems is ABELDent solving and how is that benefiting you?** The nicest and most productive ever: automatic allocation of insurance claim coverage once sent EDI ! On the spot! No more printing of form, calculator, write amount, or charge patient the wrong amount (then have accounting and A/R deal with differences...) One click, that's it ! No errors, valuable time is saved for what's important for the clinic! Anybody who knows about insurance coverage should contact Abeldent and have a demo! ### 2. Kimberley was so patient with our transition from Version 14 to 15. She explains everything clearly and I really appreciated all the help she gave us!! **What do you dislike about ABELDent?** The home screen scheduler has so many of the same icons and a lot of them are similar and it is hard to remember what does what **What problems is ABELDent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We like the SMS and short notice list. Saves time when there are last minute openings so that we can fill the schedule quickly ### 4. Kimberely was extremely supportive throughout this process. She was intuitive, thorough, organized and knowledgeable. We have been with Abeldent since 1991 and have had very few issues or problems that were not easily resolved. Working with people like Kimberely builds confidence in our knowledge that we have chosen the correct software company for our diverse and growing dental practice. **What do you dislike about ABELDent?** All software packages come with inherent quirks that are unique to that particular software. We are confident that if we were to try other dental software packages, there would be a "wish list" of must haves. For the purpose of efficiently running our dental practice, Abeldent has met all of our business needs. **What problems is ABELDent solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are issues with the medications tab. There are also a few problems with the numbers of contacts sorted in the treatment manager. We have had problems in the past where customer support can not resolve an issue and need to "escalate" the question.
