**What do you like best about 5Feedback?**

The app is focused on soft skills, keys to employees’ performances.
The answers are anonymous and the results are confidential. The user is the only one to have access to his/her dashboard.
The user can share his/her dashboard with his/her manager, if he/she wants.

**What do you dislike about 5Feedback?**

As this is based on feedback recieved from individuals.So it is not trustworthy everytime because some people may give wrong feedback.So it will affect overall result.

**What problems is 5Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving feedback is a time consuming process.So 5Feedback have created a 22 soft skills referential to help people giving feedback.
For each skill, you have 4 questions with a system of 5 stars for rating. The questions had been designed with international experts .
It's user centric, very quick and easy to manipulate. It take less than one minute to give a feedback.
