They also bring new technologies front and centre and integrate with our existing content so we can utilise the power of AI in a way that benefits both the administrator and end user. ### 2. There are a huge number of features available that the 5App team continually improve and update as well as adding brand new features frequently based on their customer needs and individual experiences. On top of that, the platform is able to integrate with a wide rage of other systems within our organisations ecosystem to provide the best user experience. For someone like me that didn't have an extensive background in L&D but managed the implementation process of this tool within our company, the process was seamless and stress free from start to finish **What do you dislike about 5app?** One thing that is not currently offered by 5App that I would find very useful is the automatic generation of certificates including the names of the staff member to download. There is the option to award a certificate for a completed training course but it is only a generic certificate created by yourself, it does not have the functionality to autogenerate the name of person who completed the course. Having said that, there are no aspects of 5App that I dislike, only areas with opportunity to improve **What problems is 5app solving and how is that benefiting you?** 5App is due to release a content editor tool, which will allow administrators to manually update course completion dates for staff on their platform. This is particularly useful for our organisation as we have recently transferred our mandatory training from a different platform, over to 5App. With this content editor tool, I will be able to set completion dates for staff within 5App that previously completed the training through our other system which will in turn prompt them to complete the renewal at the time of that course expiring. ### 3. Firstly as an admin it is extremely efficient to use. I can get a piece of content up and deployed in seconds without any complexity at all. Secondly It reflects the content we are providing on 21st Century skills - if the platform did not match the users high expectations of a web experience then we would lose the user immediately. Our users love 5App! Thirdly the people at 5App are reachable and really helpful when i need some advice - although i have only needed advice a handful of times in the last 3 years because the platform just works. Lastly the Platform is extremely easy to implement and deploy - we have almost no queries from users trying to get onto the platform...again creating something that is as simple and seamless as this is very hard and the 5App team have done a great job. **What do you dislike about 5app?** None that i have encountered at all. We haven't needed to use everything 5App offers but we can see the potential for future improvements. The support we have received has been excellent - the team are always on hand to help, quick to answer questions and troubleshoot issues and they have been a pleasure to work with. 5App is easy to use to create and update the content we need. **What do you dislike about 5app?** Nothing at this point in time, we have been very happy with everything so far. **What problems is 5app solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are rolling out a new system to customers who are geographically distributed and whose diaries are challenging to coordinate (to deliver in-person training). 5App has provided us with a solution which they can access anywhere and which is presented in easy bite-size modules. Although it has not fully replaced the need for us to run training sessions it has been significantly reduced. This has enabled us to deliver this rollout more efficiently and increased training completion rates. ### 5. Engagement with our business communications, learning, and collaboration is at an all-time high in our business, and a lot of that is due to the hub. The hub changed the way we communicate and engage in our business. Our employees love it and so do our clients! The platform is easy to use as a learner and administrator and there are new features being added all the time. We regularly get to share our ideas about future developments for the product. The 5app team are great, and help set up and integration of the platforms in such a simple way.
