What do you like best about 365Talents?

What makes the strength of 365 Talents is the combination of a quality product, committed teams, and strong technical expertise:

1. A quality product, easy to use: "skills centrix" (UX, functional, coherence, vision) backed by an "up-to-date" technological component integrating AI in a transparent and responsible manner, all "open API" to integrate into the existing HRIT ecosystem. A product that evolves quickly, improves consistently with a strong product vision while listening to customers.

2. A committed team: at all levels from pre-sales to build to post-deployment RUN for a single objective: to provide value in response to defined use cases/challenges. I particularly appreciate the constructive and challenging exchanges we can have, aiming not just to do what the client asks, but to better define our challenges/needs to respond to them in the best way with support always on hand in connection with the product or technical teams.

3. Strong technical expertise: whether it is security, data protection, AI, accessibility, or integration issues... The expertise is always present while transparently sharing areas for improvement. What do you dislike about 365Talents?

Management of client repositories & integration supervision:

1. The management of the client's existing repositories is not yet fully integrated and satisfactory. Workarounds & temporary solutions are found but have limitations.

2. The supervision of integrations is very limited, leaving little autonomy to the client and creating a dependency/burden on the 365T side. Compensated by a very high responsiveness of the 365T teams but not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A bold and innovative HR management platform, driven by 365T"
What do you like best about 365Talents?

The 365T platform is both ergonomic, aesthetically refined, and scalable. We were supported for 3 years by the 365T teams, with a focus on mapping and managing skills within the Network, and then, at our own pace, on various HR dimensions (jobs, training, missions).

The project team is available, attentive, and agile in response to our specific requests. The support team, on the other hand, is particularly responsive.

Thanks to this tool, we were able to:

• Value internal expertise and facilitate peer-to-peer connections

• Deploy the connection between the skills listed in profiles and the training, job offers, or missions we could offer within our organization

• Use the sandbox (test environment) to experiment, notably, with the creation of job descriptions using AI

On the user side, the platform is intuitive and supports the development of career paths by suggesting skills, training, and internal opportunities, in line with their declarations.

On the manager side, the tool offers a detailed mapping of skills, professional interests, and development wishes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 365Talents?

• The management of the skills repository could become more streamlined for HR administrators (even though changes are already underway)
