**What do you like best about 360 Enterprise Suite?**

What I like best about 360 Enterprise Suite is that it brings a lot of moving pieces into one place without feeling overly overwhelming once you get used to it. The UI/UX is fairly intuitive for an enterprise platform — there’s definitely a learning curve because of how feature-rich it is, but the layout makes it easier to find what you need compared to some other enterprise tools I’ve used.
The integrations are a big plus. It connects well with other business systems, which helps avoid manual work and makes adoption easier for teams already using multiple tools. Instead of jumping between platforms, we’re able to centralize more of our workflow.
Performance-wise, it has been reliable even when managing larger workloads or more complex tasks.

**What do you dislike about 360 Enterprise Suite?**

While I’ve had a generally positive experience with 360 Enterprise Suite, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest challenge is the learning curve — because the platform is feature-rich, it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users or teams onboarding quickly. Some workflows take time to fully understand, and there’s room to make certain features more intuitive from a UI/UX standpoint.

On the integration side, while there are many available connections, setting them up or customizing them for more complex enterprise needs can sometimes require extra support or technical involvement.

In terms of performance, there have been occasional moments where certain reports or dashboards take longer to load, particularly when handling larger datasets. It hasn’t been a major issue, but there’s room for optimization.

From a pricing perspective, the investment may feel high for smaller teams unless they are fully utilizing the platform’s capabilities, so the ROI becomes clearer at scale.

I’d also love to see the AI/intelligence features become even more proactive and customizable over time, especially in surfacing recommendations tailored to specific business goals rather than general insights.

**What problems is 360 Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits has been improved visibility and organization. Having data, workflows, and reporting in one place makes it easier to track progress, collaborate across teams, and reduce manual effort. The integrations also help eliminate duplicate work by connecting with existing systems rather than forcing teams to completely change how they operate.

Nothing to dislike about it; It does its job well. Document management could have been less time-consuming, and the pricing could have been competive related to its peers.

perfect integrated system with all the info with all the possible channels via email, call and also it has one data base for all the visibility for the data for sales system for their productivity

**What problems is 360 Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were initially storing all the info manually and informally, through 360 suite we integrated everything and now e have 360 view of all the info either came through email or call and we can store at one place and can track the things too. Also it's helping sales to improve the efficiency and saving the time with which they can do something more better.
