Great Partner to Move Us Forward to Integration of Business Platforms **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Wayne B. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024 **What do you like best about 1ntegrate?** Attentive to our needs discussed to go from a manual workflow to automate flow between the different business platforms used by our firm. **What do you dislike about 1ntegrate?** Smaller start-up so not a large staff, however, it has not significantly hampered their ability to keep the integration process being designed. **Recommendations to others considering 1ntegrate:** Take an honest look at where people have to create templates to build within each platform manually between the CSR, Sales, Project, Budget/Costs, and Billing/Invoicing to present a current state where they can provide integrated solutions for automating between those platforms to save time and money. **What problems is 1ntegrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1ntegrate has played a key role to streamlining several manual processes by integrating automated flow between our CRM, Project, budget, and billing/invoicing platforms to reduce administrative tasks so our team can focus more on the customer and less on manual buildout of each area. So far has been a win-win and looking forward to ongoing enhancements to continue improving our productivity process flow overall. ### 2. They are incredibly knowledgeable and brought in ideas to create maximum efficiency that we would never have known were an option to us. They created a process for us through their integrations that allow a smooth sailing process for us to be able to do our jobs easily! **What do you dislike about 1ntegrate?** No dislikes - our process has been smooth with openness and flexibility from the 1ntegrate team where we have asked for additional changes. The team is incredibly pleasant to work with and incredibly solutions-oriented! **Recommendations to others considering 1ntegrate:** Be open to hear the team's ideas as they are definitely the experts! Overall it's a fantastic journey to be on with the team. **What problems is 1ntegrate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our processes working with clients were slow moving and all over the place. We were working out of many programs to meet client needs. From Slack, to FreshDesk, Google Docs, and more. It felt impossible to keep track of every step in our process. The 1ntegrate team came in and reviewed our process. From there, they provided us a very innovative and efficient process integration which has been a breeze to work with upon implementation. Our implementation period was seamless and we have been able to provide feedback that is met with enthusiasm to ensure we have the best process possible. Now we are meeting client demands at a much faster rate and accomplishing so much more! ### 3. We partnered with 1ntegrate and they streamlined our program to significantly reduce the amount of time planners had to spend posting for volunteers and filling out forms.
