"Turning Complex Financial Workflows into More Efficient Processes"

5/5

What do you like best about Pharos Production?

What I like most is their practical approach to problem-solving. Rather than immediately pushing a particular solution, the team spent time understanding how our business operates and what challenges we were trying to address. They were willing to discuss different options, explain trade-offs, and help us make informed decisions. That collaborative approach made the engagement feel productive and helped ensure the final outcome aligned with our operational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pharos Production?

One area that could be improved is the amount of visibility provided during certain stages of development. While major milestones were communicated clearly, there were periods where I would have appreciated more frequent updates on smaller tasks and ongoing progress. It wasn't a significant issue, but additional status reporting would have made it easier to track activity between scheduled meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pharos Production:

Spend some time outlining your objectives, priorities, and success criteria before starting the project. The team tends to ask thoughtful questions and provide recommendations based on your specific situation, so having a clear understanding of your goals will help you get the most value from the engagement. It's also helpful to involve key stakeholders early in the process to ensure requirements are aligned from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pharos Production solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with fragmented processes across several internal systems, which made it difficult to access accurate information quickly and created unnecessary delays in day-to-day operations. Pharos Production helped us consolidate key workflows and improve how data moved between different parts of our platform. As a result, our team spends less time dealing with manual tasks and more time focusing on client-facing activities. The improvements have also made reporting more reliable and reduced operational bottlenecks that previously slowed decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pharos Production?

The discovery phase required several meetings and detailed discussions before development began. While this ultimately helped clarify requirements and avoid issues later, it did make the initial stages of the project feel slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pharos Production:
