The feedback from the email studio is fantastic, we're looking forward to upcoming refinements for this module. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** I appreciate the challenges in building great software, but I believe the time it takes to introduce new features or corrections can be improved on. We migrated from the other platform that starts with an "S" and could do multiple search from the students module, it'll be great to be able to do that now. We need to block events from CareerEco. We're bombarded with unwanted notifications from them and it takes the team valuable time to reject them from the site. It's sad that we can't delete them as well. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to advance our career service delivery and reporting to a world class standard because of how robust the system is and accessible the APIs are. Managing and reporting on thousands of appointments, event registrations, jobs, employers have become a seamless operation. ### 2. By using ODA alongside CSM and ERM, we’ve been able to create a highly curated environment for our students. Instead of a generic 'one-size-fits-all' job board, we can connect our students to regional employers and specific roles that align with their interests. The platform is intuitive for both staff and students, making it much easier to manage the entire students career journey from enrollment, to engagement with our office, through their first applied learning experience to their post-graduation career placement and beyond. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** While not entirely a dislike, the reporting and customization features are very complex and the learning curve is steep. We needed to hire someone to manage, which in the long term will be a benefit. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** A more robust system for outcomes reporting and the curated experience for students! ### 3. Changing to 12twenty has helped unify many different offices across our decentralized campus. The customer service and frequency of system updates is unparalleled. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** The system seems to have been originally built with law and business schools in mind. As a fairly early campus-wide large university adopter of 12twenty, there are some features that don’t quite fit for us. However, 12twenty is quick to adapt, build new components, and help make the system work for. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making data collection and reporting easier to collect and access. This helps us provide better customer service to students, employers, and other partners across campus. We also appreciate the customization of the system in a way that is not overwhelming to build and implement. ### 4. It’s very innovative and feels like it’s working to ,are our jobs easier yearly **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** Turn over … knowing who to go for for what, in some ways it’s very custom itzable and in others ways we find “oh it doesn’t do that“. Great one stop shop for our career needs. Easy to collect and aggregate data for sharing and reporting. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** The resource library tool is chunky and hard to navigate. It would be great if we could introduce more integrations campus-wide across platforms. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Love the new email builder and filters! That will really save us time with reporting. ### 6. The options were very easy to navigate and the process was quite seam less. The bases are definitely covered in the feel of the looks, the feel, and the flow. It took me approx. 15 min total to have my entire content delivered and submitted on this beautiful platform. The interface is primarily check marks and drop menus taking the work off of your shoulders and speeding up the process. The look and feel of the finished post is also quite appealing. I think the ease of the platform combined with the finished look will also make a user end experience nice as well. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** There were a few options that I didn't like have to choose between. I am confident that these were the nature of 12 Twenty though but the hosting company utilizing the platform. Since I am on the user end of the platform, I can't speak for the initial set up of the product. I am not sure of the pricing involved. **Recommendations to others considering 12Twenty:** It is definitely a user friendly platform that would make provide great resources and tools to your company. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am utilizing this platform as a user through another company. It provided me a super easy way for me to get my job posting out to an endless number of possible candidates. The reach I have sustained is awesome. ### 8. The ability to click on the appointment calendar to easily add an appointment. The ease of using filters to search for opportunities and students. The ease of keeping employer notes and contacts all in one place. The system ability to message a list of students based on an event or filter. **What do you dislike about 12Twenty?** No automatic function to disable a student's ability to continue applying for jobs on the system when they've already accepted a position. Interview scheduling and management could be improved, I believe the way it is now, if a student drops out of an interview schedule, someone else is automatically slotted in according to their place in line, when really the employer should be the ones to choose who would fill that slot based on their hiring preferences. It would also be great if the students could receive notifications if a job posting or info session that fits with their preferences has been added to the platform. **What problems is 12Twenty solving and how is that benefiting you?** On campus interviews, job and internship applications, searching student profiles and communicating based on preferences, resume book management, event scheduling and promotion. ### 9.
