I appreciate the challenges in building great software, but I believe the time it takes to introduce new features or corrections can be improved on.

We migrated from the other platform that starts with an "S" and could do multiple search from the students module, it'll be great to be able to do that now.

We need to block events from CareerEco. We're bombarded with unwanted notifications from them and it takes the team valuable time to reject them from the site. It's sad that we can't delete them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most impressive aspect of 12Twenty is how it bridges the gap between employer engagement and data-driven outcomes. By using ODA alongside CSM and ERM, we’ve been able to create a highly curated environment for our students. Instead of a generic 'one-size-fits-all' job board, we can connect our students to regional employers and specific roles that align with their interests.

The platform is intuitive for both staff and students, making it much easier to manage the entire students career journey from enrollment, to engagement with our office, through their first applied learning experience to their post-graduation career placement and beyond. While not entirely a dislike, the reporting and customization features are very complex and the learning curve is steep. We needed to hire someone to manage, which in the long term will be a benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system seems to have been originally built with law and business schools in mind. As a fairly early campus-wide large university adopter of 12twenty, there are some features that don’t quite fit for us. My students love it compared to handshake . I like that it is intuitive and that it covers the career side alumni side employer side and student side in one place. I posted my first job posting utilizing this platform and I couldn't be more pleased. The options were very easy to navigate and the process was quite seam less. The bases are definitely covered in the feel of the looks, the feel, and the flow. It took me approx. 15 min total to have my entire content delivered and submitted on this beautiful platform. The interface is primarily check marks and drop menus taking the work off of your shoulders and speeding up the process. The look and feel of the finished post is also quite appealing. I think the ease of the platform combined with the finished look will also make a user end experience nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were a few options that I didn't like have to choose between. I am confident that these were the nature of 12 Twenty though but the hosting company utilizing the platform. Since I am on the user end of the platform, I can't speak for the initial set up of the product. I am not sure of the pricing involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The updated/current look of the platform. The ability to click on the appointment calendar to easily add an appointment. The ease of using filters to search for opportunities and students. No automatic function to disable a student's ability to continue applying for jobs on the system when they've already accepted a position. Interview scheduling and management could be improved, I believe the way it is now, if a student drops out of an interview schedule, someone else is automatically slotted in according to their place in line, when really the employer should be the ones to choose who would fill that slot based on their hiring preferences. It would also be great if the students could receive notifications if a job posting or info session that fits with their preferences has been added to the platform.
