Often, after making edits, if someone on the staff is logged into the same Job Description, your work can be lost unknowingly.

A lot of clients I work with hope to speak to a person when running into an issues vs having to do everything via chat and send screen shots.

The process can seem time-consuming from a candidate's perspective. I find that serveral people do get intimidated by the whole process from registering with all their information.
