The pink Mail icon will show a number representing how many times the email was read, and expand to show a drop down with the option to open in Gmail. I don't understand why this option is not offered all the time, even when unread.

of the people that may be on the fence about purchasing your product.
From speaking with your help staff it sounds like I am not the only user that would like this capability. As a mentioned above I would at least appreciate a notification if a contact is added to a company when they were previously associated with a different company.
