What do you like best about Shopify POS?

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

What do you like best about Shopify POS?

I love how seamlessly Shopify POS connects with our online store. The interface is modern and very easy for staff to use, especially during peak hours. Inventory sync is real-time, customer profiles are automatically updated, and the system supports quick checkouts. It’s also very customizable with a strong app ecosystem and hardware integrations that just work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

The main downside is the cost. Some features that feel like they should be standard (like smart inventory reporting or advanced staff permissions) are only available in the Pro plan. Also, offline mode is limited and feels unreliable at times when internet drops. Customer support can be slow to respond for POS specific issues compared to Shopify’s online store support.
