
I like that I can control portal access for clients. Security and data privacy are very important to me, and I chose MASV because it doesn’t use my data or my clients’ data to train LLMs. If that’s no longer the case, I need to know, because I would switch if you decide to do that. There are some difficulties identified by my clients. They would like notification when something has been successfully transferred. Also, they noticed that if they included a .docx document in their folders, that stopped the transfer. As for notifications, you can adjust notification settings under "Features & Settings" along the left side of the app. We are working to provide more customizable options in the near future so stay tuned here: https://help.massive.io/en/how-to-manage-masv-email-notifications
