
The EasyComp team is very knowledgeable about sales compensation and gave us great advice on how to set up our sales commission plans even before implementation started. We had been struggling to calculate and track commissions in Excel, so I was surprised that within about a couple of weeks we were live on EasyComp, and our commission tracking and payouts process is now super smooth.
EasyComp has also been very proactive with support, flagging areas where we needed to watch for potential issues (for example, our invoice setup wasn’t properly configured). We also switched CRMs about a month after we started using EasyComp, and they moved the CRM integration extremely fast and without any issues.
If you’re looking for commission software to replace spreadsheets, EasyComp made our process faster and far easier to manage. Overall, I’m really impressed with how much easier commissions are to manage now—and with the increase in morale on our sales team thanks to the clear breakdown they now have around their payouts. EasyComp’s integrates with SalesForce (our current CRM) very easily, and exports cleanly to Excel and PowerPoint, which makes it easy to analyze commission data and build reports and business reviews outside their dashboards. The main downside is that they don’t yet offer a payroll integration (i.e., an automatic sync for commission payouts to payroll), so we download files for review by our accounting team and then upload to the payroll system.
