"Fast setup, accurate commissions, and clear payout reporting"
What do you like best about EasyComp?

The EasyComp team is very knowledgeable about sales compensation and gave us great advice on how to set up our sales commission plans even before implementation started. We had been struggling to calculate and track commissions in Excel, so I was surprised that within about a couple of weeks we were live on EasyComp, and our commission tracking and payouts process is now super smooth.

EasyComp has also been very proactive with support, flagging areas where we needed to watch for potential issues (for example, our invoice setup wasn’t properly configured). We also switched CRMs about a month after we started using EasyComp, and they moved the CRM integration extremely fast and without any issues.

If you’re looking for commission software to replace spreadsheets, EasyComp made our process faster and far easier to manage. Overall, I’m really impressed with how much easier commissions are to manage now—and with the increase in morale on our sales team thanks to the clear breakdown they now have around their payouts. What do you dislike about EasyComp?

EasyComp’s integrates with SalesForce (our current CRM) very easily, and exports cleanly to Excel and PowerPoint, which makes it easy to analyze commission data and build reports and business reviews outside their dashboards. The main downside is that they don’t yet offer a payroll integration (i.e., an automatic sync for commission payouts to payroll), so we download files for review by our accounting team and then upload to the payroll system. What do you like best about EasyComp?

The standout feature is how quickly we got up and running. Where other vendors quoted 4-month implementations, EasyComp had us live in just 2 weeks. Their team was incredibly proactive throughout the process, working alongside us rather than just handing over software and disappearing. They've become true partners – responsive when we need help and genuinely invested in our success. The platform itself handles incentive calculation really well, which is exactly what we needed most. What do you dislike about EasyComp?

As a startup, EasyComp is still building out their full feature set. Right now they're primarily focused on incentive calculation (ICM), and some modules like quota management are still in development. If you need a complete end-to-end sales performance management suite with every bell and whistle available today, you may need to wait for some of those capabilities to be released. What do you like best about EasyComp?

I run a consulting business where compensation depends on both contracts signed and invoice payments. Before EasyComp, it was difficult for the team to see exactly how their pay was calculated. EasyComp handles our different payout types and explains the calculations clearly, which has eliminated errors.

What do you dislike about EasyComp?

What do you like best about EasyComp?

EasyComp strikes an effective balance between end-user simplicity and structural rigor. While I haven’t used Exactly, my impression is that its strength in structure and scalability comes with added complexity for end users. On the other end of the spectrum, tools like CaptivateIQ and Spiff often feel like enhanced spreadsheets, where users eventually run into the same challenges as spreadsheets themselves—managing formulas, QA’ing logic, and dealing with nested or brittle calculations.

EasyComp provides a strong middle ground: it’s intuitive and lightweight to implement, while still offering a solid foundation and the right level of structure to scale confidently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyComp?

With the caveat that it’s been a couple of quarters since I last used EasyComp (so this may have changed), the admin side of the platform was missing some self-service administration features. As a smaller team, EasyComp was very responsive and helpful in handling administrative tasks on their end. What do you like best about EasyComp?

EasyComp gives us unmatched flexibility to customize commissions for every rep; even with highly individualized and exception-heavy plans. The implementation was flawless, from requirements gathering to go-live in under a month. What impressed me most though, was the leadership team: their execution, service, and customer support have been exceptional. I didn’t realize their depth of expertise at first, but it quickly became clear we were working with the best of the best. EasyComp treated Alkira like a top priority from day one. My only regret is that EasyComp didn’t exist sooner. Before implementing it, finance team, sales reps, and I spent countless hours each week wrestling with commission issues.
